ChallengeandResponsibilityHello,everybody!Firstofall,Iwanttothankyouforyourlisteningsincerely.ThetopicofmyspeechisChallengeandResponsibility.Next,pleasefollowmetorealizethechallengeandresponsibilityinmyeyestogether.Atthementionofthechallenge,therearealotofthingsthatwecansaybythelightofnature.Nevertheless,inmyopinion,thechallengeisabigdifficultythatwecanovercomeornot.Forexample,itisveryurgenttoourcountry'santi-corruptionissue.Andtheenvironmentalpollutionproblemisalsoachallengethateverybodyisn'tallowedtoignore.Inaddition,theincreasinglyseriousemploymentproblemhasinfluencedmillionsofworkersandundergraduates.What'smore,serioussexratioimbalanceandtheagingofpopulationphenomenonhasbeenworseandworse.Thereisnodoubtthattheseproblemsaren'tbeneficialtomaintainsocialstabilityandimproveperson'shappiness.Asaresult,Icalledthemalltochallenge.Iknow,mostofallprobablythinkitisonlytheresponsibilityofthegovernmentandtheydon'tworryabouttheseproblemsatall.However,Ican'tagreewiththatTheriseandfall,fortunesmore.AsacitizenofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,asayoungcollegestudent,asareplacementforthemotherlandinthefuture,weareallowedtobepositivetobeartheburden.Notonlythecorevaluesofcontemporaryaskedustodothis,eveninancientChinatherearemanyexamplesofTotheworldasitsownduty.Forinstance,FanZhongyanpracticedSorrowandthesorrowoftheworldfirst,aftertheworldofjoybutjoy.throughouthislife.Besides,asateenager,ZhouEnlaiwasdeterminedtostudyfortheriseoftheChinese.WehavetoacknowledgethefactthatthereisasenseofresponsibilityforthecountryinChinesemind.Thereisnodoubtthatwearewillingtoseethiskindofphenomenon.Onlyweclearourownresponsibility,couldwefindawaytomeetthesechallenges.Asisknowntoall,challengeandresponsibilityareoftencompanions.So,theproblemishere.Whatdoyouthinkshouldwedowhenwefacethechallenge?Justkeepasenseofresponsibility?Oh,no!AsfarasIamconcerned,weneedn'tonlyastrongsenseofresponsibility,butalsoanabilitytotakeresponsibility,meetthechallenge.Thenhowtocultivatetheabilityforustoovercomethechallenge?First,weshouldkeepabalanceddietanddosportseverydaytokeephealthy.Afterall,healthisthesourceofrevolution.Second,weareallowedtostrivetolearnprofessionalskills,becauseknowledgeispower.Third,weshoulddevelopasoundpersonalityandexercisetheirinterpersonalskills.Fourth,itisimportantforustocultivateoptimisticstateofmind.PleasebelievethatKeepyourfacetothesunshine,andyoucannotseeashadow.Comrades,let'sbacktheresponsibilityoftheirbags,smileandmeetthechallenge!Thankyouforyourlisteningverymuch!
