Version2|CC/EVA-CNPropertyofBoschAutomotiveProductsCo.LtdPurposeESPApplicationrequirestestvehiclesfromthecustomer.Thesevehiclesmustconformtoaminimumstandardforsafetyandsecurityofboththevehicleandtheengineersworkingonthevehicle.ESP匹配需要客户提供测试车辆。为了保证匹配工程师和匹配车辆的安全,测试车辆必须满足本文所附各项安全标准。ThisdocumentoutlinestheminimumrequirementsforatestvehiclewhichwillbeusedforapplicationbyBosch.TheESPapplicationprocessofBoschrequiresapplicationengineerstoperformextensivevehicletestinginextremeweatherconditionandroadcondition,includingcriticalmaneuversuchashighspeedcurvebrake,highspeedsplitmuebrakeandhighspeedlanechange.ForthepurposeofsafeworkofBoschapplicationengineerandtechnician,thebasicconfigurationdescribedinthisdocumentisnecessary.本文件所列出的是测试车用于BOSCH匹配时的最低要求。博世公司的ESP匹配要求匹配工程师在极端的天气及行车条件下进行大量的试验,其中亦包含带有危险性的试验,如高速弯道制动,高速分离路制动和高速变道测试。这就要求匹配试验车必须具备基本的安全性能及配置.本文件所列要求是保证博世技术工人,匹配工程师安全顺利进行工作的前提。ThisdocumentwillbedeliveredtocustomerbeforethetestvehicleissenttoBosch.CustomerconfirmsthevehicleconditionbyfillingoutthelistinthisdocumentandshouldonlysendthevehicletoBoschifallrequirementsarefulfilled.Boschtechnicianwillcrosscheckthevehicleconditionafterreceivingtestvehicle.Testvehiclewillbesendbacktocustomerforrepairifanyofthesesafetyrequirementsareunfulfilled.本文件会在测试车发往博世之前提供给客户。客户需确认测试车满足本文件所列所有要求,并填写文件中列表选项。客户应只在测试车满足所有要求之后,再将车辆发往博世。在收到测试车之后,博世方面会对车辆状况进行检查,如发现车辆状况不满足安全要求,博世会将测试车送还客户进行维修。Project&VehicleBriefInformation项目&车辆基本信息ProjectName(Customer_Project_ESP9_CBiasexample)项目名称(例如客户_项目_ESP9_CBi)VehicleVINNumber车辆编码MainFrameNumber车架号VehicleModel(2.0T/6ATasexample)车型配置(例如2.0T/6AT)ESPsoftwareversionESP软件版本1/5|TestVehicleHardwareRequirementsBoschAutomotiveProductsCo.Ltd.CCESPTestVehicleHardwareRequirementsESP测试车硬件要求2012-05-09InventedforlifeVersion2|CC/EVA-CNPropertyofBoschAutomotiveProductsCo.Ltd2/5|TestVehicleHardwareRequirements2012-05-09SafetyRequirements–FullFunctions安全要求-完备的功能Lights灯光Headlights(highandlowbeamlights)大灯(包括近光/远光)o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Indicators转向灯o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Hazardlights警示灯o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Reversinglights倒车灯o.k.noto.k.合格不合格RearFoglights后雾灯o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Brakelights制动灯o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Engine&Chassis发动机&底盘Engine发动机o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Engineisingoodstatus,EMStorquemodeisok.发动机状态良好,EMS扭矩模型状态正常。静态检查:checkinstandstillsituation:1.考察怠速转速大小及是否稳定;Checkidlespeed,stableornot.2.考察不同油门开度下发动机转速响应是否正常;Checkenginespeedresponseindifferentthrottleposition.3.检查油门是否能够达到全部打开和对应最大扭矩是否正常;Checkwhetherthrottlecangetwideopenstate,andtheCorrespondingmaximumtorque.4.降扭要求:降扭时间控制在200ms以内降到100%目标扭矩。降扭速度要快,一般在100ms以内即降至80%目标扭矩。测试20s以上,检查扭矩跟踪情况;TorqueReductionrequirement:Get100%targettorquelessin200ms.Get80%targettorquelessin100ms.Measuremorethan20stochecktheenginetorquefollowperformance.5.升扭要求:应该在200ms以内即升到70%目标扭矩。测试20s以上检查扭矩跟踪情况;TorqueIncreaserequirement:Get70%targettorquein200ms.Measuremorethan20stochecktheenginetorquefollowperformance.动态检查:checkindrivingsituation:1.行车中换档,考察换档过程中发动机转速变化是否正常(电子节气门响应是否存在滞后);Checkenginespeedchangesituationduringgearshifting.(thethrottleresponsehasdelayornot)2.坡道起步,全油门及半油门检查扭矩输出情况;Launchonhill.Checktorqueoutputunderfullthrottleandpartialthrottle.3.测试发动机最大扭矩,确认驾驶员请求扭矩和净扭矩保持一致。Testmaximumenginetorque,confirmthedriverrequesttorqueisaccordwithNettorque.*若项目包含DTC或其他功能,需要进行功能性检查.*CheckDTCorotherfunctionifneeded.Comments备注:Transmission变速箱o.k.noto.k.合格不合格MT:transmissionisthefinalstatus,cangearshiftnormal.变速箱是最终状态,能顺畅换档且无异响。Comments备注:Version2|CC/EVA-CNPropertyofBoschAutomotiveProductsCo.Ltd3/5|TestVehicleHardwareRequirements2012-05-09AT&CVT&DCT:transmissionisingoodstatus,cangearshiftnormal.变速箱是最终状态,换档正常。手动模式正常(如果有)1.自动模式下小油门起步加速,档位能从1档升至最高档,换档应该在合适的发动机转速发生。Partialthrottleaccelerationunderautomode,makesurethegearcouldbeshiftedfromthefirstgeartothehighest.Andgearshiftingshouldhappenatproperenginespeed.2.自动模式下全油门起步加速,考察换档是否存在延迟,加速是否顺畅。之后温和刹车,档位能顺利降至1档。Fullthrottleaccelerationunderautomode,checkthedelayduringgearshiftingandaccelerationperformance.Then,evaluatethegearshiftingperformanceunderprogressivebraking.3.手动模式下全油门起步加速,手动换档从1档升到最高档,考察手动换档过程是否顺畅。然后温和刹车降档,手动挡位从最高档降到1档,评价换档感觉。Checkthegearshiftingperformanceinfullthrottleaccelerationanddecelerationundermanualmode.Brakingsystem制动系统o.k.noto.k.合格不合格Booster,Mastercylinder,brakediscandpadarefinalstatus真空助力器,主缸,制动盘和摩擦片等都是最终状态PS:若存在更新,请询问客户更新计划和差异Comments备注:CoiledlineorflexlineareusedbetweenMCandhydraulicunit液压单元和主缸间串联有螺线管路或软管Comments备注:Brakelines‘leave’hydraulicunitinthesamedirectionornot,enoughspacebetweenpipesalongbrakelinetoavoidconflict(recommendedvalueisMinpipeoutdiameter)由液压单元导出的制动管路走向是否一致,各管路间有足够空间以避免干涉(建议最小值为制动管外径)Comments备注:Foamorothermaterialusedtoagainstvibrationamongpipes是否使用了泡沫等隔振装置来排列各制动管路Comments备注:Thedistanceforneighborfixpointsorclipsislessthan20cmornotonbrakepipeline制动管路上相临固定点或管夹之间间距(沿管道方向)是否小于20cmComments备注:Checkpossibilitythatclipswilltransfervibrationtovehiclebody检查管夹是否可能将振动传递至车身Comments备注:PhotosforbrakepipesMounting制动管路安装检查相关照片HUinstallation液压单元安装o.k.noto.k.合格不合格TheSpotHUbracketmountedonvehiclebody液压单元支架在车身上的安装位置和结构Comments备注:VibrationinsulationbetweenmountingpointandHUbracket车
