施工企业信息化管理模式的应用及分析摘要：随着我国现代信息技术的发展，可以说，信息化进程已然呈现出来势不可挡的趋势。毫无疑问，信息化已经成为我国自工业革命以来，又一大促进生产力飞跃的技术革命。从我国的施工企业来看，其处在从传统管理模式向信息化管理模式发展的转型期，在这其中，信息技术的发展，就为其注入了强大的活力。可以说，信息化管理模式能够在实际的施工过程中，降低工程的相关运作成本，提高行业的主要工作效率。由此可见，无论从哪一个角度看，在施工企业中运用信息化管理模式，都已经成为了时代发展的必然。但是，从我国具体的现状来看，国内信息化管理理念和手段相较于国外，是处于落后层面的，另外，我国信息化系统的具体软件开发、集成应用都仍处于初级阶段，这也在现实中极大程度上的阻碍了我国施工企业的现代化进程。在我国为数众多的施工企业的激烈市场竞争中，无论是采用哪一种相关的竞争战略方式，只要真正的想取得一定的优势，就必须运用信息化管理系统。无论如何，其都能够为企业提供强大的支持。尤其是我国在加入WTO后，施工企业不仅仅要面对国内竞争，甚至还要面对国际间的竞争，在这样的情况下，优胜劣汰的原则就使的施工企业进行信息化管理的作用更加突出，据此，本文对施工企业信息化管理模式的相关问题进行细致的研究。在实际中，本文找出了适合施工企业的信息化管理模式，事实上，关于这方面的研究文章在国内较多，但其侧重点往往不尽相同，在现实的过程中，国内学者的研究往往只集中于某种特定的方法上，而并没有从总体上，对其进行系统有序地分类和归纳，而这一种情况，也就使本文的写作更具创新性。在具体的论述中，本文深入的分析了工程施工企业信息化管理应用的现状以及必要性，同时，笔者在对一定的具有行业代表性的施工企业的信息化建设工作进行了相关的研究之后，也有针对性的探寻了适合工程施工企业的信息化管理模式。与此同时，笔者对信息化管理模式中的成本管理、人工管理、进度管理也进行了细致的研究，并且在工程施工企业的各系统信息化建设现状中，笔者提出了一定的意见，从而详细的梳理了系统建设框架、运行模式、管理方法，并对其具体的成效、体现出来的问题进行了探究。最后提出了对我国施工企业信息化管理模式应用的对未来的展望。毫无疑问，本文的论述对我国施工企业信息化管理模式应用水平的提高，有着一定的现实意义。关键词：施工企业；信息化；管理模式ApplicationandanalysisoftheinformatizationmanagementmodeofconstructionenterpriseAbstract:Withthedevelopmentofmoderninformationtechnologyinourcountry,canbesaidtobeatrendwhichcannotbehalted,theprocessofinformatizationhaspresentedthetrendof.Thereisnodoubt,informationizationhasbecomeourcountrysincetheindustrialrevolution,abigandpromotingtechnologicalrevolutioninproductivityleap.Fromtheconstructionenterprisesofourcountry,itsintheperiodoftransitionfromtraditionalmanagementmodeltotheinformationmanagementmodeofdevelopment,inwhich,thedevelopmentofinformationtechnology,ithasinjectedgreatvitalityforits.Cansay,theinformationmanagementmodetotheactualconstructionprocess,reducetherelatedoperationcostoftheproject,improvetheindustry'smainworkefficiency.Therefore,nomatterfromwhichapointofview,theuseofinformationmanagementmodeinconstructionenterprises,havealreadybecometheinevitabledevelopmentofthetimes.However,fromthepresentsituationofourcountry'sspecificpointofview,thedomesticmanagementideaandmeanscomparedwithforeign,isinabackwardlevel,inaddition,thespecificsoftwaredevelopment,integratedapplicationofChina'sinformationsystemsarestillintheprimarystage,itisinrealityagreatextenthinderedtheconstructionenterprisesinChina'smodernizationprocess.InChinaforthefiercemarketcompetition,manyenterprisesintheconstruction,nomatterwhichkindofrelatedcompetitionstrategy,ifreallywanttoachieveacertainadvantage,itisnecessarytouseinformationmanagementsystem.Inanycase,itcanprovidepowerfulsupportfortheenterprise.EspeciallyafterChina'sentranceintotheWTO,theconstructionenterprisesnotonlyhavetofacethedomesticcompetition,eveninthefaceofinternationalcompetition,inthiscase,theconstructionenterprisesurvivalofthefittestprinciplemakestheinformationmanagementfunctionismoreprominent,therefore,detailedstudyinthispaper,theproblemsrelatedtotheinformationmanagementmodelofconstructionenterprises.Inpractice,thispaperfindsouttheinformatizationmanagementmodeforconstructionenterprises,infact,theresearchonthisarticleathomeandmore,buttheemphasisisoftennotthesame,inrealitytheprocess,domesticscholarstendtofocusonlyonaparticularmethod,andnotonthewhole,aresystematicclassificationandinductiononit,andthiskindofsituation,alsomakesthispaperwritingmoreinnovative.Intheconcreteelaboration,thispaperdeeplyanalysesthepresentsituationofinformationmanagementapplicationengineeringconstructionenterpriseandthenecessity,atthesametime,aftertherelatedresearchintheconstructionenterpriseswithindustryrepresentativeofcertainoftheinformationizationconstructionwork,isalsotargetedtoexplorethemodelofinformationmanagementforconstructionenterprise.Atthesametime,costmanagement,informationmanagementmodefortheauthorofartificialmanagement,schedulemanagementalsowerestudiedindetail,andthesystemofthestatusquointheinformatizationconstructionofconstructionenterprise,theauthorputsforwardsomeviews,thusthedetailedcardingsystemconstructionframe,operationmode,managementmethod,wasresearchedandthespecificresults,theproblemsreflected.Finallyproposedtotheapplicationofenterpriseinformationmanagementmodeinconstructioninourcountryforthefuture.Nodoubt,thispaperimprovetheapplicationlevelofconstructionenterpriseinformationmanagementmodeofourcountry,hasacertainpracticalsignificance.Keywords:constructionenterprise;informatization;managementmode目录一绪论............................................................................................................................1（一）研究的背景和意义............................................................................................1（二）国内外研究现状................................................................................................2（三）研究内容............................................................................................................7（四）研究方法............................................................................................................7二我国施工企业信息化管理的现状............................................................................8（一）施工企业信息化管理特点及内容................................................
