MoreFreeTimeIsMoreAppealingThanHighSalaryforAJobComparetwokindsworkingconditions,jobswithmorefreetimeandjobswithhighsalary.Themoreaggressivepeoplepreferhigh-payingjobswithlessfreetime,whileotherswouldnot.Frommyperspective,Iprefertoajobwithmorefreetime.Adequatefreetimeisbeneficialforusbothphysicallyandmentally.Ontheonehand,peopleareeasilytobecomeexhaustedandfrustratedwhenworkingunderheavyburdenforalongtime.Therefore,havesomefreetimetorelaxourselvesisnon-ignorableandindispensable.Ontheotherhand,whencommunicatingwithfamilyandfriends,wearelearningunconsciouslyandautomatically.Peoplewholoveusarewillingtoshowsomethingthatmaybenefitusinsomeaspectslater.It’sobviousthatfreetimehelpsustoraiseourpassion,keepexcitedandremainmorefocusedonwork.Therefore,ashortbreakdoesnotmeanawasteoftimebutitbringsaboutmoreefficiencyinthelongrun.Inmyopinion,highsalaryiswhatpeopledreamofbutitisnottheultimatelifegoal.Awarmfamily,harmoniousrelationshipandabalancedlifeisalsoneededforme,consideringthebasicneedsaresatisfied.
