防护棚搭设施工方案1防护棚搭设专项施工方案目录1工程概况·································································································································12编制依据·································································································································13搭设技术要求·························································································································24搭设工艺·································································································································45搭设质量控制·························································································································66防护棚上堆荷的管理·············································································································67防护棚验收与保养·················································································································78防护棚搭设施工安全措施·····································································································79防护棚拆除安全注意事项·····································································································810验算书·····································································································································911附图·········································································································································91工程概况中鑫大厦商住楼工程地处都匀市工人路33号,北邻道路。为确保道路和工地内施工道路上行人和车辆的安全,预防物体打击事故,拟沿道路和工地内有危险的路段及通道口和工棚等上方搭设安全防护棚。拟搭设的防护棚尺寸及面积如下:1.1东西通道:40×6=240m²(详见附图一防护棚平面布置图阴影部分)2编制依据2.1JGJ130-2001建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范2.2JGB80-91建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范2.3JGJ59-99建筑施工安全检查标准2.4GB50017-2003钢结构设计规范防护棚搭设施工方案22.5JGJ80-91建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范2.6建设部建质[2003]第82号建筑工程预防高处坠落事故若干规定2.7公司施工现场安全生产保证体系文件3搭设技术要求3.1材料材质3.1.1防护棚钢管应采用现行国家标准《直缝电焊钢管》(GB/T13793)或《低压流体输送用电焊钢管》(GB/T3092)规定的3号普通钢管,其质量应符合现行国家标准《碳素结构钢》(GB/T700)中Q235-A级钢的规定。3.1.2防护棚钢管采用ф48×3.5mm钢管。3.1.3防护棚扣件应采用可锻铸铁制作的扣件,其材质应符合现行国家标准《钢管脚手架扣件》(GB15831)的规定。扣件在螺栓拧紧扭力矩达65N•m时,不得发生破坏。3.1.4搭设前应对所使用的钢管及其配件进行严格的检查。凡严重锈蚀、薄壁、严重弯曲裂变的杆件不宜采用,严重锈蚀、变形、裂缝,螺栓螺纹已损坏的扣件不准使用。3.1.5竹笆采用新的,局部侧面为了装饰美观,拟采用木板封挡。竹笆材质无散边、破损、老化、断裂。尺寸为:截面1800×900。3.1.6所采用的钢管、扣件应有相关合格证明或检测合格证。3.2基础处理防护棚基础利用现场内临时施工道路,砼较厚,立杆直接置于砼路面上,并垫木板。3.3立柱3.3.1采用6m长ф48×3.5钢管组对搭3.3.2当防护棚长度大于10mm时,宽度或净高度大于5m及其以上时采用4管格构立柱。3.3.3当防护棚长度大于10mm时,宽度或净高度在4m左右时采用双管立柱。防护棚搭设施工方案33.3.4立柱间距3.0m。当立杆间距大于4m时,其上方结构应为桁架式。3.3.54管格构柱搭设轴心尺寸控制在300mm×300mm~400mm×400mm。之间。3.3.6在起始点、转角点设置矩形4管立柱。办公区的防护棚另外加宽2.0m,采用悬挑加斜支撑方式搭设。3.4横向水平杆当防护棚宽度(横向)大于4m时,上部隔离采用桁架结构(见图)。3.5纵向水平杆采用6m长钢管,对接接长,步距@1800mm,扫地杆离地高度200mm。3.6防护棚高度第一道防护隔离层离地面高度4~4.5m。隔离方式为搁栅钢管间距@≯350mm;其上先水平铺设密目式绿网,再满铺竹笆,用12#铅丝固定。第二道防护隔离层离地面高度5~5.5m,隔离方式为钢管搁栅@≯350mm间距;满铺竹笆,用12#铅丝固定。3.7棚顶临边围档3.7.1防护棚顶面的两侧边缘设防护栏板。围档栏板高≮1200mm。3.7.2立柱高度不够时,可用1.2m钢管接长。设纵向水平杆,间距@600mm,外立面满挂绿色密目式安全网,内侧为竹笆,16#铅丝固定。3.8纵向斜撑沿防护棚外侧纵向方向(水平方向)每隔6.0m设一道纵向斜撑,与地面成45°~60°角度。斜撑杆接长采用两只旋转扣件,搭接接长,两扣件之间有效搭接长度≮1m(交叉接头不宜在立杆处)。扣件盖板边缘至杆端距离不小于10cm。3.8.1斜撑杆件与立杆相交处用旋转扣件连接。3.9防护隔离板笆3.9.1防护隔离为竹笆,在上下层搁栅杆杆面上分别各铺一层。每层竹笆用2股16#铁丝捆牢。捆绑点是每块竹笆4个角。防护棚搭设施工方案43.9.2沿道路搭设的防护棚,防护隔离采用九夹板。4搭设工艺4.1搭设工艺流程4.2基础施工4.2.1道路路基经碾压后,测量出柱轴线,再放出柱基方框线。4.2.2挖基坑土方用人工进行。挖好基坑后,根据轴线位置埋设柱子的地脚连结钢筋件。4.2.3道路面混凝土和基础混凝土一并浇灌。保湿养护不少于7天。道路或硬化地面混凝土板的伸缩缝在混凝土养护7天后用切割机割出。4.3搭设满堂施工脚手架4.3.1脚手架为钢管扣件搭设。立杆@2000mm×2000mm;扫地杆@200mm×200mm;距扫地杆1800mm,设一道纵横水平连系杆;往上2000mm为操作层,设搁栅杆@≯400mm。4.3.2脚手板用梁底木模板代用,按防护层作业进度的需要边铺设边应用。4.3.3满堂脚手架要以用移动式定型脚手车(平台)代替。前进一段就进行下一段的防护棚搭设作业。4.4立柱组装和剪刀撑安设4.4.1立柱构架先在地面组装好,竖立起来经校正后即可相对固定牢靠。此时,立柱暂时附设在满堂施工脚手架上以保持稳定。4.4.2搭设纵向连系水平杆(距地面2000mm高一道)和纵向的垂直八字撑或剪刀撑。双立杆拼装扣件间距≯90cm。4.5桁架安装基础施工搭满施工脚手架堂立柱组装连杆及剪刀撑桁架安装布设下层隔栅杆铺设下层防护板笆布设上层隔栅杆铺设上层防护板笆布设下层隔栅杆铺设上层防护板笆临边防护拦板验收防护棚搭设施工方案54.5.1析架在现场地面组对好,起拱50-100mm,用塔吊起吊就位。吊装盲区可用手拉葫芦吊装。经对尺寸的校正后,用扣件将桁架的上下弦固扣在立柱的水平箍上。4.5.2桁架安好后,两端上下层各扣好一根搁栅杆用以定位和稳定。4.5.3对于5m以上大跨度的析架在析架与立柱交接节点处,设置双扣件抗滑。尚应各设2根横向斜撑加固。作法是从立柱4(3)m标高处伸出两根ф48钢管斜向伸至析架的第二个节点处固定。4.6布设下层搁栅杆及铺设防护竹笆4.6.1下层搁栅杆铺设在析架的下弦面,间距@350左右一根。并用扣件将其与下弦扣牢。为了使搁栅杆中间保持在平直的位置,应设一道职系杆(ф48钢管),将各搁栅杆扣固均匀、平直。4.6.2铺设防护竹笆。要求每块竹笆稳固在搁栅杆群面上,4角4点扣扎牢固。4.7布设上层搁栅杆及铺设防护竹笆(作法与4.6条相同)4.8棚顶临边围档板搭设棚顶临边围档的作用是阻止回弹起来的坠落物体在临边坠落伤人或伤害地面的机具。因此,要求该拦板有一定的高度和牢固程度,必须按3.7条的要求进行施工。4.9搭设施工4.9.1钢管及扣件必须附有该产品的生产许可证和产品合格证,并对进场产品进行抽样检验,取得合格检验单后方可使用。当使用旧钢管时,要求其表面锈蚀度不得超过0.5mm;钢管弯曲变形在端头1.5m以内不得超过5mm,立杆弯曲不得得超过12mm,否则就应进行校正后再使用;发现有裂缝(或焊接裂缝)须补焊好后再用。禁止使用有裂缝、滑丝、变形的扣件。4.9.2参加搭设的工人必须经过专门的安全技术培训,经考核合格,持架防护棚搭设施工方案6子工有效特种作业操作证,经体验合格后方可上岗。并在上岗前进行安全技术交底和相关安全技术学习,使他们在思想意识上重视防护棚搭拆的危险性和应采取相应的安全措施。4.9.3防护棚搭设时先立立杆(柱)。立杆架设先立里侧立杆(柱),后立外侧立杆(柱),立立杆(柱)时要临时固定。临时固定方法可设临时斜撑。4.9.4在安装扣件时,所有扣件的开口必须向外,以防止闭口缝的螺栓勾挂操作者的衣裤,影响操作安全。4.9.5防护棚的横向受力杆件应交叉设置于立杆(柱)的不同侧面,使立杆(柱)在受载时偏心减小。4.9.6在搭设防护棚时,每完成一步都要及时校正立杆(柱)的垂直度和上下横杆的标高和水平度,使防护棚的步距、横距、纵距上下始终保持一致。4.9.7防护棚立杆(柱)钢管在2m以下采用红白相间油漆涂刷。2m以上钢管及横杆、隔棚、防护栏杆钢管用黄色油漆涂刷。4.9.8防护棚严禁与外脚手架连接。4.9.9防护棚的防雷、防电、防火。4.9.9.1防雷:外防护棚采用单独埋设接地防雷法。具体方法为在外防护棚角部处用L50×5角钢L=1500mm埋人地下,再用-40×4扁钢引出与防护棚连接。接地电阻应小于4Ω。4.9.9.2防电:电线不允许直接绑扎在防护棚上。棚内的照明电线、灯具应与各金属管有效绝缘隔离。4.9.9.3防火:在防护棚立杆(柱)上设置一定数量的灭火器材。5搭设质量控制5.1立杆(柱)的垂直偏差:纵向±15mm;横向±10m;5.2桁架安装垂直度:1.25-2.00mm;5.3全部稳定后,纵向水平力的冲击位移δmax=10mm;横向为占δmax=30mm;5.4扣件紧固力矩不得低于40N•m,不高于50N•m。并用力矩扳手抽测。6防护棚上堆荷的管
