第1页共10页XX酒店管理有限公司保安管理制度制定部门:制定:审核:日期:第2页共10页目录第一章总则····································································································3第二章保安勤务工作职责··················································································3第一条责任范围·······························································································3第二条主要职责·······························································································3第三条岗位职责·······························································································3(一)保安队长的工作························································································3(二)保安人员工作职责及注意事项······································································4第三章保安人员行为准则··················································································5第一条保安礼仪·······························································································5(一)仪容仪表··································································································5(二)礼节礼貌··································································································5第二条保安工作守则························································································6(一)工作态度··································································································6(二)日常行为规范···························································································6(三)工作纪律··································································································6第四章门禁管理规定························································································6第一条员工及携带物品出入小区的管理规则··························································7第五章每日安全事项巡逻内容············································································7第一条保安巡逻·······························································································7第二条消防系统检查························································································7第三条安全专案检查························································································7第四条小区秩序的维护·····················································································7第五条主管交办其他事项的稽核·········································································7第六章紧急或意外事故的处理············································································7第一条火警事故·······························································································8第二条恶劣天气·······························································································8第三条员工打斗事件························································································8第四条不良分子前来滋事处理············································································8第五条打劫被盗事件························································································8第七章勤务制度······························································································8第一条交接班的制度························································································8第二条请示报告制度························································································9第三条勤务登记制度························································································9第八章保安训练细则························································································9第九章保安离职制度·······················································································10第十章附件....................................................................................................................................10第3页共10页第一章总则第一条为了加强保安队伍的管理工作,保障本公司的正常工作秩序,搞好人员接待和车辆、物品出入登记的管理,保安人员值勤执行任务有所依据,当好企业卫士,确保小区人员、财产、治安、消防安全,特制定本制度。第二条认真做好保安管理工作,自觉服从上级管理人员的工作安排,主动提供配合,做好交接班记录。第三条保安人员代表本公司执行相关规章制度,公司其它部门员工应配合保安人员工作。第四条公司保安勤务应每日24小时执行不间断,其各班各岗执勤时间,由保安主管进行合理安排。第五条执勤中应时刻提高警觉,遇有重大灾变时,更应临危不乱,果断敏捷,作适当之处理,并立即报告上级。第六条保安当值班期间发现可疑情况或发现纠纷事件应及时与相关管理者联系。对纠纷事件,保安员应稳定事态的发展,并对当事人双方进行劝阻,以制止事态的扩大。第七条对于正在发生的刑事案件或可疑情况应及时制止并对可疑人员进行查问,情况严重的可直接与公安机关部门联系。第二章保安勤务工作职责第一条责任范围:适用于本公司全部所辖区域。第二条主要职责:1.贯彻执行公司关于内部安全保卫工作的方针,政策和有关规定,建立健全各项保安工作制度,对职责范围内的保安工作全面负责。2.依据制度实施小区人员、财产、治安、消防安全管理工作。第三条岗位职责(一)保安队长的工作职责:负责保安队伍的建设、小区内的安全消防工作,负责监督执行保安队内部各项规定,及时把每天所发生异常事件呈报给上级领导,及时传达、落实上级命令。具体如下:1.负责维护管辖区域内治安秩序,预防和查处安全事故,做好与相关单位的联系联防工作。队长与保安员一样轮流值日,履行保安人员工作职责。2.制定各类突发事件的处理程序,建立和健全各项安全保卫制度。处理当班突发事件,如火灾、偷盗等立即报警,并迅速与消防队、治安办部门联系。3.建立正常的巡视制度并明确重点保卫目标,做到点、面结合。4.根据所管辖区域的大小和周边社会治安情况,配备相应的保安人员,并对保安人员落实24小时值班制度的情况进行监督和检查。5.密切保持与保安人员的通讯联络,每天不定时巡视管辖区域的安全工作,检查各值班岗位人员的值勤情况并适时进行指导。保安队长对保安岗哨坚持不定时的查岗及查夜,及时指出保安人员的工作失误及不规范的行为。每日查勤主要第4页共10页有以下内容:5.1保安仪容仪表;5..2当班保安值班日志及巡逻记录;5.3物件签收事宜;5..4人员、车辆、物品出入记录;6.完善管辖区域内安全防范措施,检查安全设施、设备、器材的使用情况,保证其能在工作中达到预定的使用效果。7.检查管辖区域内有无妨害公共安全和社会治安秩序的行为,有无违反规章制度的行为,并及时进行纠正,提出处理意见,跟进处理结果。8.协调本部门和其他部门的工作,提高工作效率。9.负责对本组保安人员的管理、督导训练与考核。做好保安人员的出勤统计,业绩考核等管理工作。10.掌握保安人员的思想动态,定期召开队务会议,做好思想沟通工作。定期对保安人员进行职业安全,思想道德和各类业务技能培训。11.做好保安队各种内外文件、信函、资料的整理归档;各种通知的起草以及各类案例处理的书面报告。12.以身作则,亲力亲为,全面提高安全管理工作的质量。完成上级临时交办的事项。(二)保安人员工作职责及注意事项保安人员的工
