-1-无锡化工装备总厂WUXIGENERALCHEMICALEQUIPMENTPLANTPositiveMaterialIdentification(PMI)ProcedureSpecification原材料识别工艺说明(PMIProcedure)1.Application应用:(1).PMIshallbePerformedforallalloymaterialsusedforPressureVessels,shellandTubeExchangers,Towers.所有合金材料制的压力容器,管壳式换热器,塔等应实施PMI。(2).PMIshallbePerformedonVessel(includingExchangers)HeadandshellPlates,nozzle,flanges,materialsforinternalandexternalattachments,channelplates,Tubesheets,manholenozzleplates.Depositedweldmetals,claddingandweldoverlay,otherpartsmaybeidentifiedatthediscretionoftheOwner.应对容器(包括换热器)封头和壳体板,接管,法兰,内外连接件,管箱板,管板,人孔接管板,熔敷的焊缝金属,复层和堆焊,以及买方指定的其它零件实施PMI。2.ExtentofPMIExaminationPMI检查范围:EquipmentItem设备项目NumberofTesting试验数量1).Plates(includingintegralcladdingonplateMaterials)forPressureretainingcomponents,tubesheets.受压部件板材(包括整体复合板),管板OnetestEachcomponentpart(includingshellplate,head、tubesheets,ManholeNozzlePlate,e.g.)每一个组件一个试样,(包括壳板、封头、管板、人孔接管板等)。2).Nozzlepipeandfitting接管和配件OnetestEachPart每一个零件一个试样3).Forgings,includingnozzle,flangesandtubesheets.锻件,包括接管、法兰和管板OnetestEachPart每一个零件一个试样4).MajorloadbearingexternalandinternalattachmentsweldeddirectlytothePressureretainingcomponent(suchasalloysectionofsupport).直接焊到受压件上,主要承载的内、外附件(如支座的合金段)OnetestEachPart每一个零件一个试样5).Tubes换热管-2-Numberoftube:≤200管子数量:>2005unitor3%Whicheverisgreater6unitor2%两者中的较大者EquipmentItem设备项目NumberofTesting试验数量6).Boltingandnut螺栓和螺母OnetestEachPart每一个零件一个试样[ASMESA-193GrB7/GrB7MorEquivalentnationalstandard]notrequire.ASMESA-193GrB7/GrB7M或相当的国标不要求7).PressureretainingweldsandAttachmentwelds受压焊缝和附件焊缝Circumferentialwelds(includingbranch-topipe-welds,branchpipe-to-flangewelds).环缝(包括接管与法兰,接管与接管的环焊缝)。Longitudinalwelds纵焊缝Attachmentwelds附件焊缝Claddingandweldoverlay复层堆焊RepairWelds焊缝返修Note:PMIofalloyweldsshallbeperformedbothontheoutsideandinsidesurfacesoftheweld.Iftheinsidesurfaceisinaccessibleafterwelding,theweldingconsumableshallbeVerified.注:对合金焊缝内、外表面仅应进行PMI。若焊后内表面不能进入检查,则应鉴定焊接消耗材料。Eachweld,withonetestperweldseamforSAW,GMAW,FCAWandonetestper500mm,weldlengthforSMAWandGTAW.每条焊缝(包括内表面和外表面),按自动焊、半自动作一处试验,手工焊则每500mm长度焊缝作一处试验。3.TimeofExamination检查时间:PMIshallbeperformedaftertheequipmentitemorpipespoolhasbeenfabricatedcompletely(PriortoPWHTisallowed).设备项目和盘管,制造完工后(亦允许在焊后热处理之前)进行原材料识别(PMI)。4.ProcedureSpecification工艺说明1).Analysermanufacturesnameandmodel分析仪制造厂名称和型号。German:worldwideAnalyticalsystem.德国WAS分析仪器公司PMI-MASTERwithdirectreadingofalloygradeorCompositionintheapplicablerange.PMI-MASTER为便携式可直接读出合金级别或成份全谱光谱仪。2).Calibration:PMIinstrumentsshallbecalibratedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer-3-instructionsatthestartandfinishofeachshiftasaminimum.PMI仪器应校准,以符合制造厂仪器的每次从开始到结束的最小变化。3).Sampling:TheoperatorundertakersaqualificationtestonknownsamplesrepresentingthematerialssubjecttoPMI(minimumofthree(3)differentalloysamples).Thetestshallbewitnessedbycontractorandcorrectidentificationofallsamplesisrequiredforoperatoracceptance.试样:操作者应对已知所代表材料的试样进行PMI的评定试验(最少要有3件不同合金的试样),试验应由承包方见证,作为合格的操作者要求所有试样都能正确识别。4).Operators:OnlyqualifiedandexperiencedoperatorsshallperformPMI,OperatorsshallbetrainedinuseofthePMIequipment.操作者:操作者应在所用的PMI设备上进行培训,只有经过评定和有经验的操作者才能实施PMI。5).Surfacepreparation:Surfacetobeexaminedshallbepreparedbylightgrindingorbyabrasivepaperandsolventcleanedtoremoveandsurfacefilms.Allmaterialsshallbemadegoodafterexamination,e.g.bydressingoutarcstrike.表面准备:被检查表面,应用轻磨或砂纸或溶剂清除表面不洁处,检查后,弧击处应修整,以保持所有材料被检查后完好。6).Marking:AllPMI-Verifiedandacceptedmaterialsshallbemarkedwiththeletters“AV”usingacertifiedlow-stressstamp.Wherestampingisnotpossible,theyshallbestencil-markedusingcompatibleink.Theinkshallbeinsolubleinwater,shallnotcontainmetallicpigments(A1,PbZnetc.),Sulphurorchloridesthatcouldadverselyaffectausteniticstainlesssteelornickelalloymaterials.标记:所有经PMI鉴定和合格材料应用低应力钢印打上字母“AV”,不能打钢印的地方,可用合适的墨水喷字,所用墨水不会溶于水,且不含有对不锈钢或镍合金材料有害的A1,Pb,Zn等金属色素和硫或氯化物。Markingshallbeplacedasfollows:标记位置如下:Plates板;Adjacenttoheatnumbers邻近炉号;ForgingsandFittings锻件和配件;Adjacenttothemanufacture’smarking邻近制造厂标记;Pipe接管;Twomarks,180degreesapart,75mmfromeachendofeachlengthofpipeontheoutersurface两个标记,分别相距180°,外表面离端面75mm;Bolts螺栓;Ontheend端面上;Nuts螺母;Ontheflat平面上;Weld焊缝;Adjacenttowelder’sworkontheweld邻近焊工标记处;-4-Tube换热管;Oneachend,stencilmarkednotstamped不打钢印,在一端喷字;5.ElementstobeDeterminedduringPMIExamination:Materials材料ElementstobeDetermined被检查的元素300seriesstainlesssteel300系列不锈钢Cr,Ni,Mo,TiCupro-nicketalloys铜镍合金Cu,Ni6.AcceptanceCriteria合格标准:1).Basematerialcomponents母材部件TheconcentrationofeachessentialalloyingelementshallbewithintherangespecifiedintheASMEspecificationfortheapplicablematerial.每一个基本合金元素的含量应在ASME相应材料标准规定的范围内。2).Depositedweldmetal熔敷的焊缝金属Fordepositedweldmetalbetweensimilarbasematerialsusingmatchingconsumables,therecordedconcentrationshallbewithinthestatedtolerancerangefortheinstrumentbutinnocaselessthan12.5%oftheminimumspecifiedvalueorgreaterthan12.5%ofmaximumspecifiedvalueinthematerialspecification.熔敷的焊缝金属采用与母材相匹配的焊接材料,所测定的含量应在仪器的公差范围内且与材料标准值的偏差在±12.5%范围内。7.RecordingoftheResults结论记录ThePMIExaminationtestresultsshallberecordedinaPMIperformancereport.ThefollowingdatashallberecordedPMI实施
