江苏科技大学硕士学位论文紫外光固化防腐涂料的研究姓名:何金花申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料学指导教师:高延敏20080101EA1173184651907BPITX117311731:11173+BP(St)PEG200DAPEG400DAPEG600DATMPTAPEG600DATMPTA1130UV5MDI6H12mmMDI102030MDIHDIHDI10TDI30201051AbstractStudyingonUVCuringAnti-CorrosiveCoatingsAbstractWiththedevelopmentofmodernindustry,theproblemofmetalcorrosionbecomesmoreandmoreserious.Thereforethereseachofmetalanti-corrosioncoatingshasbeenfocused.ButtheUV-curablecoatingsduetoitscuringspeed,energy-savingandenvironmentalprotectionfeatures,andgraduallybeappliedtovariousfields.DevelopingUVcuringtechnologywithanticorrosioncoatingsandstudyingUVcuringanti-corrosivecoating,whichwillhasenormouspracticalmeaning.ToUVcuringcoatings,resinistheskeletons,whichplayadecisiveroleonthevariousaspectsperformanceofcoatings.Firstly,thistopicchoicesepoxyacrylate(EA)asmatrixresin,EAisthemostwidelyappliedCurrently,coatinghardnesshighaftercuring,resistancetochemicalcorrosionfine.Whenthematrixresinisdetermined,reactivediluentsandinitiator,andthecontendofthebothalsoisthekeyfactortothecoatingcuredpropertiesandtheimpactonthetypeandcontentofthecuredcoating.Secondly,thistopicselectsradicalinitiatorsmainly,suchasIrgacure1173Irgacure184Irgacure651Irgacure907BPandITXFirsttestingtheirultravioletabsorptionbyUVspectraFoundthatthematchingoftheabsorptionpeakof1173andUVlightsourcewasthebest.Thatissay,thecuredrateofthecoatingwithIrgacure1173wasthefastestinthesamecontent-initiatorcircumstances.Thenthemixtureofthetapeandthetapeattheratio1:1,whoseultravioletabsorptionalsobetestedbyUVspectra.Asaresult,Irgacure1173+BPwhichcanabsorptthelightonthemostwidely.Inotherwords,itwasalsointhesamecircumstances,Irgacure1173+BPhadthemaximumenergyutilization,andthroughexperimentsalsoconfirmedthispoint.Thenthissubjectchoicedstyrene(St),polyethyleneglyol200diacrylate(PEG200DA),polyethyleneglyol400diacrylate(PEG400DA),polyethyleneglyol600diacrylate(PEG600DA)and(TMPTA)asreactivediluents,studyingtheinfluenceofthetypekindandproportionofdiluentstothecoatingcuredphysicalpropertiesseparately.TheresultsshowedthatPEG(600)DAandTMPTAwiththeuseofto1:1,theoverallactivityofreactivediluentswas30%tothetotalcontendofmatrixresin,thepropertiesofcoatingwasbetter.AbstractAlthoughtherearemanyadvantagesinradicalUVcuringsystems,butsuchUVcuredsystemthereareseriousflawsremaintobesolved,suchashardnessofthecuredcoatingwastoohighandadhesionofitwaspoor.Inordertoovercometheshortcomingsofthesesystems,developingthedoublecuringsystemwhichwasUV-curingcombinedwiththeothercuringmethodswillbeveryeffective.Thistopicchoiceisocyanateasdarkcuringagent,studyingtheimpactofthetypeandthecontentofdarkcuringagenttothephysicalpropertiesandthecorrosionresistanceoftheUV-curablecoatings.Theresultsshowthat:theinfluenceofthedifferenttypesandcontentofthedarkcuringagenttotheentirecoatinghardness,adhesion,flexibilityweredifferent.Thecuredcoatingwith5%ofMDIhadthebestintegratedphysicalproperties,suchashardnesswas6H,adhesionreached1gradeandflexibilitywas2mm.WhenMDIcontentwas10%,althoughthecorrosionresistanceofthecoatingisnotthebest,butthefilmdidnotappearbubblesasthecoatingwith20%or30%ofMDI;TojoinHDI,whentheHDIforthecontentof10%,thecorrosionresistanceofthecoatingcanbethebest,theothercontentpoor;Theanti-corrosionvalueofthecoatingaddingdifferentcontentTDIshowed:30%20%10%5%1%,whichalsodisplayedtheorderofthecoatingcorrosion-resistant.WiththedevelopmentofUVcuringanti-corrosioncoatings,theroleofpigmentsandfillerinwhichgraduallytobeseenattended.TheliteratureindicatesthatthepresentstudyisthatmostpainttheinfluenceofpigmentsandfillertoUVcuringrateandthephysicalpropertiesofthecuredcoating,buttherewerefewpeoplewhostudiedtheimpactofthepigmentstothecorrosionresistanceofthecuredcoatings.Thetopicchoicethreecommonlyusedpigments,suchas:ultramarine,ironoxide,phthalocyanineblue,thenresearchedtheinfluenceoftheirtypeandcontendtothephysicalpropertiesandthecorrosionresistanceoftheUV-curablecoatings,andcoatedthisthreepigmentbystearicacidandstearic,researchedcoatedbehaviorofstearicacidandstearicacidsaltstopigmentspreliminary,andstudiedtheinfluenceofcoatedpigmentstothecorrosionresistanceoftheUV-curablecoatings.Foundthatthecorrosionresistanceofthecoatinghadacertaindegreeofenhancementwiththeadditionofpigmentcoating,themostobviousphthalocyanine.Aftercoatingmodified,thestearicacidcoatedultramarinecouldimprovedthecorrosionresistanceofthecoatingverysignificantly,butstearicacidsaltscouldnotdoit.ThenbothofstearicacidandstearicacidsaltscouldAbstractimprovethecorrosionresistanceofthecoatingwithferricoxide,themostobviousisstearicacidzinc.Keywords:UVcuringdarkcuringagent;pigment;claddedpigmentcorrosionresistance11.1UV1947[1]UVUVUV“4E”[2~4]UV1/5[5]UVUVUVCDDVD[6]UV[7]1.22070UV20901993RadtechChina200200UV400UV1.1[8]20002005UV2005UV36426t20002.7178040UV2060Bayer4010%[9-12]UVUVUV[13-14],[15]UV2200020012002200320042005UVUVUV112712069-133401524534162186631674139682320732190076514762559723300905724232599250241103936336426[16]HoechstUSBICIZenecaBASFUV[17]1.3(UV)[18]12“”——,,3,,4,,,1/10,90%5,6,,,,,,,,,1.4[1921],1.120002005UVTa
