北京体育大学博士学位论文中国体育产业价值链管理模式研究姓名:肖淑红申请学位级别:博士专业:@指导教师:秦椿林200301013TherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomyandtheadventofeconomicglobalizationbringkeencompetitioninChinesesportsindustry.HowtogaincompetitiveadvantageandadoptappropriatemanagementpatterntoachievesustainabledevelopmentofChinesesportsenterprisehavebeenputontopofouragenda.ThispapermakesprofoundstudyonthevaluechainmanagementpatternofChinesesportsindustrywiththemainthreadofvaluechainonthetheoreticalbasisofthecomplicatedadaptivesystemtheory,thetheoryofvalueengineeringaswellasthenewestresearchfindingsofthemanagementintegrationstudy,thetheoryofconstraintsandthetheoryofsupplychainmanagementincombinationwithadvancedmanagementtechnique.Itillustratesthecoretargetofmanagementandusestheresearchfindingsofdomesticandforeigninstitutionsasareference.Itendeavorstodeepenpeople’sunderstandingofinter-competitionbehaviorfromthebrandnewangleofprovidingChinesesportsenterpriseswithafeasiblestrategicplan;itfurtherdiscusseshowthesportsenterprisescreateandmaintainthecompetitiveadvantageinlocalmarketandachievesustainabledevelopmentofthecompanythatisfullofyouthfulspirit.Maincontents:itanalyzesthedevelopmentplatformofChinesesportsindustry,includingthemainfeatureofpolicyenvironment,economicenvironmentandindustrialenvironment,thepresentstatusanddevelopmenttrendofsportsindustryandtheindustrialenvironmentalconditionthatneedstobeimproved.ItstudiesthestructureofthevaluechainofChinesesportsindustry:itdefinesthevalue,functionandcostofsportsindustry,classifiessportsindustry,specifiesthecompositionofthevaluesystemofsportsindustryandbringsforwardoptimumsolutionforthemanagementofsportsindustry;itmakeslogicanalysisontheChinesesportsindustryvaluechain(CSIVC).Specialstressislaidontheessenceofcompetitivestrategy,thelogic-thinkingpatternllofvaluechain,thetheoryofthevalueinnovationofsportsenterprisesaswellasthestrategyofestablishingavaluechain.ItdescribestheapplicationapproachofthemanagementpatternofCSIVC:itdiscussestheapplicationapproachofthemanagementpatternofCSIVCandespeciallyanalyzeshowtooptimizecorecapability,businessflowandinformationflowinlightofthespecificconditionofsportsenterprise;itmakesaprofoundstudyontypicalsportsenterprise:severalTherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomyandtheadventofeconomicglobalizationbringkeencompetitioninChinesesportsindustry.HowtogaincompetitiveadvantageandadoptappropriatemanagementpatterntoachievesustainabledevelopmentofChinesesportsenterprisehavebeenputontopofouragenda.ThispapermakesprofoundstudyonthevaluechainmanagementpatternofChinesesportsindustrywiththemainthreadofvaluechainonthetheoreticalbasisofthecomplicatedadaptivesystemtheory,thetheoryofvalueengineeringaswellasthenewestresearchfindingsofthemanagementintegrationstudy,thetheoryofconstraintsandthetheoryofsupplychainmanagementincombinationwithadvancedmanagementtechnique.Itillustratesthecoretargetofmanagementandusestheresearchfindingsofdomesticandforeigninstitutionsasareference.Itendeavorstodeepenpeople’sunderstandingofinter-competitionbehaviorfromthebrandnewangleofprovidingChinesesportsenterpriseswithafeasiblestrategicplan;itfurtherdiscusseshowthesportsenterprisescreateandmaintainthecompetitiveadvantageinlocalmarketandachievesustainabledevelopmentofthecompanythatisfullofyouthfulspirit.Maincontents:itanalyzesthedevelopmentplatformofChinesesportsindustry,includingthemainfeatureofpolicyenvironment,economicenvironmentandindustrialenvironment,thepresentstatusanddevelopmenttrendofsportsindustryandtheindustrialenvironmentalconditionthatneedstobeimproved.ItstudiesthestructureofthevaluechainofChinesesportsindustry:itdefinesthevalue,functionandcostofsportsindustry,classifiessportsindustry,specifiesthecompositionofthevaluesystemofsportsindustryandbringsforwardoptimumsolutionforthemanagementofsportsindustry;itmakeslogicanalysisontheChinesesportsindustryvaluechain(CSIVC).Specialstressislaidontheessenceofcompetitivestrategy,thelogic-thinkingpatternllofvaluechain,thetheoryofthevalueinnovationofsportsenterprisesaswellasthestrategyofestablishingavaluechain.ItdescribestheapplicationapproachofthemanagementpatternofCSIVC:itdiscussestheapplicationapproachofthemanagementpatternofCSIVCandespeciallyanalyzeshowtooptimizecorecapability,businessflowandinformationflowinlightofthespecificconditionofsportsenterprise;itmakesaprofoundstudyontypicalsportsenterprise:severalrepresentativesportsenterprisesaretakenasanexampleincaseanalysissoastoverifytheapplicabilityandfeasibilityoftheabove-mentionedtheory,methodandtechnique.Moreover,itmakesanassessmentonthemanagementpatternofthevaluechainofsportsenterprisesandbringsforwardmanypertinentproposals.Theinnovativepointsofthispaperareasfollows:(1)Itisthefirsttimetostudytheconception,structureandmethodthroughtheoreticalanalysisandcaseanalysiswiththemainthreadofvaluechain.Itcarriesoutasystemicandall-aroundstudyonthemanagementpatternofthevaluechainofChinesesportsindustryfromtheaspectofthemanagementtheory,organizationalformandmanagementstyle.(2)Itappliesmanydifferentmethods,measuresandtoolstomakeastudyonChineses
