上海交通大学博士学位论文价值网及节点价值链的系统研究姓名：迟晓英申请学位级别：博士专业：企业管理指导教师：宣国良20030501I1.2.1II33.124.1235.1236.12III7.12312345VIISYSTEMRESEARCHONVALUENETANDITSNODEVALUECHAINABSTRACTIntheneweconomy,themanagementtheoryandoperationmodesofvaluenet,whichisthecherryintegrationofvaluechains,hasbeengotattentionbroadlybytheglobalindustryandacademiawithextensiveresearchandpracticeofvaluechain.Buttheresearchofvaluenetisstillinthestagewithoutsystematictheory.Foralongtime,thedomesticenterpriseshavenottreatedthevaluenetandvaluechainwithintegrationdeeplyyet,thatarethemostunsubstantialareaformostdomesticenterprises.Withthedomesticeconomyincreasingwithhighspeedcontinuously,economicalsystemreformationdeepeningcontinuously,themarketeconomybecomingbetterandtheenterprisesadministrationthoughtandmodebeingintheinternationalsteps,thesystematicresearchonvaluenetanditsnodevaluechainsareveryimportantbothintheoryandpractice.Thevaluenetanditsnodevaluechainareresearchedsystematicallyinthispaper.Theissuesresearchedincludetwoparts.Thefirstpartistheresearchonvaluenetincludingtheconstructionandformationofvaluenet,relationshipamongnodesandtheircoordination,valuecreation,distributionandmigrationacrossvaluenet.Thesecondpartistheresearchonthenodevaluechainincludingmodelingofvaluechain,interactionanalysisamongvalueactivitiesandoptimizationofvaluechain.Theeconomicsmethodsandtheoriessuchasgraphicstheory,cooperationgames,costexchangetheory,input-outputanalysis,super-metrixmethodandnumericalvalueanalysis,etc.areappliedinthispaper.InordertocarryonthesignificationresearchonvaluenetanditsnodevaluechainintheoryandquantitativeVIIanalysisandtrytocontributemycreationtothem.Thedetailedworkandmainresultsareasfollowing.1.Basedonthesummarizingofresearchdevelopmentofvaluenetandvaluechainandtheanalyzingofmainproblemsofthepresentresearch,thescopeandcontentofthedissertationareputforward.2.Thefoundationintheory,managementconstructionandtechniquefortheconstitutionofvaluenetisputforwardgeneralized.Theorganizationalframeofvaluenetisputforwardandtheconstitutionprocessofvaluenetissummarized.Thevaluenetmodelisdescribedbythemethodofgraphicstheory.Thedrivingmechanismofvaluenetformationisanalyzedbycooperationgames.Themainresultsinclude:(1)Valuenetisaopennetworkwithoutboundaryandcanbeintegratedwithitsnodevaluechainandcanbedescribedbybipartitegraph.(2)Thesubstantialmotivityforvaluenetformationandproportionistheprofitdriveofeachcompany.3.Thecooperationandcompetitiverelationshipamongnodesinvaluenetareanalyzedincontraryviewpoints,thevaluecontributionamongnodesisanalyzedbynumericalvaluemethod.Twocoordinationmechanismofthevaluenetareputforwardandverified,theconditionsforapplicationarediscussed.Themainresultsinclude:(1)Therelationshipamongcompaniesofvaluenetarebothcompetitiveandcooperative.Theyarecooperativeifthemutualvaluecontributionarebothpositive,andcompetitiveifthemultiplyofmutualvaluecontributionisnegative.(2)Therelationshipamongnodescanbecoordinatedwiththemechanismofvaluetransmissionandassetroyalty.4.Theprocessofvaluecreationinvaluenetisanalyzedwithcapitalcostandcostexchangetheories.Thevaluedistributionandincomecompensationareanalyzedwithcooperationgametheory.Valuemigrationacrossvaluenetisputforwardandthedriversofvaluemigrationisanalyzedwithlifecycletheories.Themainresultsinclude:(1)Thevaluecreationinvaluenetisfollowedbycostexchangetheory.(2)Thevaluedistributioninvaluenetissuitableforsuper-plusprinciple.VIIThevaluedistributionandincomecompensationcanbeanalyzedwithgametheory.(3)Thecomprehensiveeffectsofseverallifecycles,whicharecustomerrequirementpreference,productandtechnology,industry,enterpriseadministrationstrategyandcompetitionadvantage,resultinthevaluemigrationacrossvaluenet.5.Fourkindsofbasicelementssuchaselementvalueactivity,resource,managementtechnologyandmethod,andinputandoutputproducts,forvaluechainmodeling,arepickedupabstractlybasedonporter’svaluechainconceptionandtherelativeresearchexisted.Theyaredefinedanddescribedbyinputandoutputmethod.Itisfoundthatthemathematicaldescriptionofvaluechaincanbeachievedbyapplyinggraphicstheoryandbuildingtherelationshipofthebasicelements.Themethodforthenetworkframemodelingofvaluechainbyaccessiblemetrixisputforward.6.Themethodthatapplyingsuper-matrixtomeasuretheindependentpriorweightofeachvalueactivityisputforward.Theinput-outputmatrixofvalueactivitiesiscomposedbytheinput-outputmethod.Therelationshipamongactivitieshasbeenanalyzedanddemonstratedbasedonthedatafromthemanufacturingcompanies.Itisfoundthattechnologydevelopment,productionandmarketinghaveobviousadvantageineitherpriorweightsorinter-relatedpriorweightsinvaluechainforthecompaniesemphasizedonproduction.7.Themethodthatvaluechainoptimizationcanbesimpliedbyenterprisevalue-addedoptimizationandvaluechain’sefficiencyoptimizationisputforward.Theinput-outputmodelandgraphicstheoryareappliedtoformthemethodsofvaluechainoptimization.Themainresultsinclude:(1)Thevaluechainoptimizationcanbesimpliedbyvalueactivity’sefficiencyandvalue-addedoptimization.(2)Theoptimizationofvalue-addedcanbeachievedbyapplyingbothinput-o
