Steve-SteveJobs(SteveJobs)wasbornin1955.Aftergraduatingfromhighschoolin1972,inPolandauniversitysemesteronlyreadabook.1974Jobsinacomputergamedesigncompaniestofindwork.Twoyearslater,whenthe21-year-oldand26-year-oldJobsWociniaikeintheJobsfamilygaragesetupAppleComputer.TheydevelopedtheAppleIIwith4Kofmemory,usersusetheirTVasamonitor,andthisisthefirstinthemarkettosellpersonalcomputers.Jobslatersaid:Iamverylucky,whenthecomputerstillayoungindustry,Ienteredthisfield.Degreewithacomputerwasafewpeopleareemployeesfromphysics,music,zoology,andotherfieldshalfwaymonktalents.theyareveryinterestedinthis,there'snomoneyintoacomputertotheindustry.inNovember1980,Applestockroseto22dollarspershare,JobsandWociniaikeovernightbecomemillionaires.1986JobsboughtPixardigitalanimationcompanies.ThecompanyhasbecomepopularanimatedfilmToyStoryandbuggercrisisintheproductionofmanufacturers,itisJobs,44-year-oldcareerinthesecondpeak.In1996,Jobs,Apple'sre-employmentasapart-timeconsultant.AtthistimeApplehasexperiencedtheconstantchangeofseniorleadershipandpoormanagement,itsoperatingconditionsdeteriorating,financialincomebegantoshrink.September1997,Jobsreturnedtothecompanyaschiefexecutiveofficer,heconducteddyingAppledrasticcorporaterestructuringandaseriesofnewproductsalesaremeasures.Finallyinthefourthfiscalquarterof1998tocreatea109millionUSdollarsprofit,andmakingtheAppletoredup.Apple'smostpopularproductsisthelatestlistingoftheiMac.TheAll-In-Onefuselagebluetransparentmultimediacomputers,accordingtocompanystatistics,theiMacordershavebeenashighas15million.Jobshassaid:WhenIreturntoApple,thesituationworsethanIexpected.Apple'sstaffisconsideredagroupoflosers,theywillgiveupalmostalltheirefforts.Inthefirstsixmonths,Ihavealwaysthoughttoconcededefeat.inmylifehasneverbeensotired,Iam22:00minutesbackhomeandwentstraighttobedoneday6:00McGREGORsleep,andthengetup,shower,gotowork.wifegavemegreatsupport,thenhowcommendedhernottoo.Jobsassumedofficedidnotquicklycutoffthecharacteristicsofthebusiness.Hetoldhiscolleagues,nottoensurethateverydecisioniscorrect,aslongasthemajority'sdecisioncanbecorrect.Thereisnoneedtofear.Therearemanydifficultdecisionstomake,suchaschoppedMotesebusiness,intodayseemsverysensible,butwhenadecisionistheoriginalfear.Jobshasapopularstyleofmanagement,manyApplestaffwiththemostdarenotandhetooktheescalator,fearingthattheliftshallnotsitEndsacked.But,nowmiddle-aged,he'sdispositionhasbeenalotofharmony.Hesaid:Itellyouonecanchangethewayyoulookattheexamples.Onceyouhavechildren,theywillautomaticallyawareeveryoneisborntoparents,itshouldbesomeonelikelovetheirchildrenaslovethem,listentothisisnotsodifficult,butmanypeopleignorethispoint.nowformetodismissApple'sstaffthaninthepast,muchmorepainful,butIhavenoway,thisismywork,andIputourselvesintheirimaginationtogohometelltheirwivesandchildrenemployedbythescene,asIhaveneverbeensoemotional.happyfamilyJobsisperhapsanotherreasonforthesuccessofthecause.Jobsspentalotoftimelookingforthepasttogeneratenewtechnologyproducts,butnow,becausethereasonsforthework,itisimpossibleforin-depthstudy.Hesaidthatsometimesin,willbeoutsomeunexpectedpointsinpeacetime.HenewsontheInternetsiteofthesixregisteredeverydaytoreceiveabout300copiesofe-mail,someSubuxiangshipeopleontheinsidetalkabouttheirnewidea.Afteryearsofworklater,Jobssaid:Toomanythingsisregrettable,butthebiggestregretthanthoseyouhavenottodo.EarlierthatifIunderstandthereasonnow,Icandothingssomedobetter,butwhathappened?keyistograspnow.lifeisshort,wewillsooncometoanend,thisisthereality.NowApple'sbusinessobjectiveistobecomethecomputerindustry,Sony.Appleistheonlyengageinbothhardwareandsoftwareengageinproductionofthefullsetofpersonalcomputerproductscompany.ThismeansthatApplecouldintroduceaeasy-to-usesystem,whichisareliablecompanyforconsumerscapital.Jobssaidtechnologyisnotthemostdifficult,howdifficultisthegoaloftheproductsandconsumers.Apartfromtheelectronics,technologyandproductioncapacity,youmustalsohaveaverystrongmarketingcapability.ExpertsbelievethatalthoughApple'ssurpluscomparedwiththepasthavebeengreatlyimproved,butMicrosoftandCompaqfacesimilarstrongcompetitorssuchasApplestillinthecampswillnotbestepbystepfromthefailure.Alwayslistentotheneedsofconsumers,withgreatenthusiasmimplementationoftheordinarypeopleintheadvancedcomputerandhelpbridgethegapbetweenthecountry,Jobsisthemostterribleweapons.BothintheAppletechnologytocreateart,orcreatearttechnologyPixar,Jobshaveworkedveryhardtotrytomakehisdreamareality:acomputertooltohelpfilltechnologyandthegapbetweenart.
