中国电力企业联合会标准电站锅炉炉膛检修平台T/CEC162—2018*中国电力出版社出版、发行(北京市东城区北京站西街19号100005)北京传奇佳彩印刷有限公司印刷*2018年6月第一版2018年6月北京第一次印刷880毫米×1230毫米16开本0.75印张22千字*统一书号155198·837定价11.00元版权专有侵权必究本书如有印装质量问题,我社发行部负责退换T/CEC162—201820mm20mm10mm20mm5mm25mmICS91.220.99J80备案号:53939-2016准T/CEC162—2018电站锅炉炉膛检修平台Maintenanceplatformforboilerfurnace2018-01-24发布2018-04-01实施中国电力企业联合会发布T/CEC162—2018I目次前言···································································································································································II1范围······························································································································································12规范性引用文件··········································································································································13术语和定义··················································································································································14使用条件······················································································································································15技术要求······················································································································································26试验方法······················································································································································67检验规则······················································································································································88标志、包装、运输、贮存···························································································································99安装与拆卸················································································································································1010验收··························································································································································10T/CEC162—2018II前言本标准按照GB/T1.1—2009《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则起草。本标准的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别这些专利的责任。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由中国电力行业电站锅炉标准化技术委员会归口。本标准主编单位:江苏能建机电实业集团有限公司、国家电力公司水电施工设备质量检验测试中心。本标准参编单位:江苏省特种设备安全监督检验研究院泰州分院、囯电泰州发电有限公司、华电国际电力股份有限公司邹县发电厂。本标准主要起草人:周富春、郭余庆、赵杰明、胡森、闵聿华、王读根、唐中元、王辉、张伟刚、王军、施大陆、许尧、高鹏、施吉祥、蒋伟、季荣华、丁兆宏。本标准在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化管理中心(北京市白广路二条一号,100761)。T/CEC162—20181电站锅炉炉膛检修平台1范围本标准规定了电站锅炉炉膛检修平台(以下简称检修平台)的术语和定义,使用条件,技术要求,试验方法,检验规则,标志、包装、运输、贮存,安装与拆卸,验收等。本标准适用于驱动机构设在锅炉顶部的电站锅炉炉膛检修平台。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T5973钢丝绳用楔形接头GB8918重要用途钢丝绳GB/T13306标牌GB/T13384机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T27546起重机械滑轮JB/T10104YZ系列起重及冶金用三相异步电动机技术条件JG/T5082.1建筑机械设备焊接通用技术条件3术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本标准。3.1电站锅炉炉膛检修平台maintenanceplatformforboilerfurnace由动力驱动炉内平台沿锅炉水冷壁四周立面运行的一种用于电站锅炉炉膛检修作业的升降设备。3.2炉内平台in-furnaceplatform在锅炉炉膛内部沿水冷壁四周上升、下降,设有作业通道,用于搭载作业人员、工具和材料进行锅炉炉膛检修作业的工作平台。4使用条件4.1检修平台使用环境检修平台使用环境应符合以下条件:a)环境温度:-20℃~+40℃。b)相对湿度:不大于85%。c)海拔:不大于2000m(超过2000m时应进行校核)。4.2检修平台安装对锅炉的相关要求检修平台安装对锅炉的相关要求如下:a)锅炉顶板梁设置驱动机构处应能承受检修平台的自重,钢丝绳重量,检修人员、检修器具和检T/CEC162—20182修用材料的重量。b)锅炉顶板梁应考虑驱动机构的安全安装和使用,并提供作业人员安全出入的通道。c)炉顶应设置供检修平台使用的动力电源。4.3主参数检修平台的主参数为额定载荷,主参数系列见表1。表1检修平台主参数系列主参数代号1000200030004000额定载荷kN102030404.4型号表示方法示例:GDJ-2000(670t/h)A表示检修平台制造厂家的产品代号为GDJ,额定载荷质量20kN,670t/h电站锅炉用检修平台,A为第一次修改设计。5技术要求5.1材料及部件要求检修平台的所有原材料、外购件、自制零部件应经检验合格方可装配使用。5.2安全技术要求5.2.1结构安全系数5.2.1.1承载结构件为塑性材料时,按材料的屈服点计算,其结构安全系数应不小于2。5.2.1.2承载结构件为非塑性材料时,按材料的强度极限计算,其结构安全系数应不小于5。5.2.1.3结构安全系数按式(1)计算S=σ/[(σ1+σ2)f1f2](1)式中:S——结构安全系数;σ——材料屈服点(塑性材料)或材料强度极限(非塑性材料),MPa;σ1——结构自重产生的应力,MPa;σ2——额定载荷产生的应力,MPa;f1——应力集中系数,f1≥1.10;f2——动载荷系数,f2≥1.25。5.2.2钢丝绳安全系数5.2.2.1钢丝绳安全系数应按不小于12进行选取。5.2.2.2钢丝绳安全系数按式(2)计算:T/CEC162—20183n=S1a/W(2)式中:n——安全系数;S1——单根钢丝绳最小破断拉力,kN;a——钢丝绳根数;W——额定载重、炉内平台自重和钢丝绳自重等所产生的重力之和,kN。5.2.3性能要求5.2.3.1检修平台载荷应均匀布置。5.2.3.2检修平台在静载试验时,应有承载125%额定载荷的能力,卸载后不得出现永久变形,各构件不得有裂纹、连接松动、构件损坏等影响产品性能或安全的缺陷。5.2.3.3检修平台在动载试验时,应有承载110%额定载荷的能力,按照工作循环和电动机允许的接电持续率进行起降、制动。制动可靠,升降平稳,电气系统工作正常,结构和机构不应损坏,连接无松动。5.2.3.4检修平台平均速度应不大于9m/min。5.2.4制动要求5.2.4.1检修平台驱动机构应设制动装置,装置应包含工作制动器和安全制动器。5.2.4.2工作制动器和安全制动器为常闭式,在下列情况下应能自动动作:a)主动力源失效。b)电控或液压回路失电或失压。5.2.4.3工作制动器中至少要有一个机-电式或机-液式制动器(摩擦式的)。5.2.4.4安全制动器应设置在卷筒侧并独立于工作制动器,正常工作时安全制动器应在工作制动动作后延时动作。5.2.4.5不应使用带式制动器。5.2.4.6工作制动器和安全制动器应能独立使炉内平台在承受静载试验载荷并以额定速度下行时可靠停止。5.2.4.7制动器应有表面磨损补偿调整措施。5.2.4.8检修平台在承受静载试验载荷时,制动器动作后静置10min,炉内平台不得有下滑现象。5.2.5传动系统要求5.2.5.1检修平台炉外传动系统应采用配套的专用驱动机构。5.2.5.2驱动机构外露转动部分,应装有防护装置。5.2.6连接要求5.2.6.1驱动机构与安装底座之间应连接可靠,设计连接强度应能承受不小于2倍的允许冲击载荷。5.2.6.2断绳保护器与炉内平台之间应连接可靠,设计连接强度应能承受不小于2倍的允许冲击载荷。5.2.6.3炉内各主要承载部件间的连接应稳定可靠,设计连接强度应能承受不小于2倍的允许冲击载荷。5.2.6.4驱动装置钢丝绳与炉内平台吊点间的连接应牢固、可靠。5.2.7安全装置要求5.2.7.1断绳保护器5.2.7.1.1检修平台应设置断绳保护器,数量根据安全钢丝绳确定,每根安全钢丝绳应安装断绳保护器。5.2.7.1.2当工作绳失力或破断时,断绳保护器应能使承受动载试验载荷的炉内平台在突降200mm范T/CEC162—20184围内自动锁住安全绳,炉内平台停止运行。5.2.7.1.3断绳保护器在锁住安全钢丝绳并在承受静载试验载荷时,静置10min,不得有下滑现象。5.2.7.2上下行程限位装置检修平台应设上下行程限位装置。5.2.7.3导向缓冲装置炉内平台四周应设导向缓冲装置。5.2.7.4防倾斜报警装置炉内平台应设置防倾斜报警装置,在炉内平台倾斜度大于3°时,应自动报警
