ICS29.20.99K40/49备案号:53939-2016准T/CEC187—2018电磁式电压互感器用碳化硅消谐器技术规范Technicalspecificationofsiliconcarbideharmoniceliminatorforinductivevoltagetransformer2018-11-26发布2019-02-01实施中国电力企业联合会发布中国电力企业联合会标准电磁式电压互感器用碳化硅消谐器技术规范T/CEC187—2018*中国电力出版社出版、发行(北京市东城区北京站西街19号100005)北京传奇佳彩印刷有限公司公司*2019年4月第一版2019年4月北京第一次印刷880毫米×1230毫米16开本0.75印张20千字*统一书号155198·1284定价13.00元版权专有侵权必究本书如有印装质量问题,我社营销中心负责退换T/CEC187—2018T/CEC187—2018I目次前言···································································································································································II1范围······························································································································································12规范性引用文件··········································································································································13术语和定义··················································································································································14使用条件······················································································································································25分类及使用场合··········································································································································26技术参数及要求··········································································································································37试验······························································································································································48标志、运输、贮存······································································································································7附录A(资料性附录)防雨型碳化硅消谐器的基本结构形式····································································8参考文献····························································································································································9T/CEC187—2018II前言本标准根据GB/T1.1—2009《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》的规则起草。本标准参照GB/T20840.3—2013《互感器第3部分:电磁式电压互感器的补充技术要求》对电磁式电压互感器的技术要求,结合GB/T50064—2014对电磁式电压互感器饱和引起的铁磁谐振防护要求及碳化硅特点而制定。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由电力行业过电压与绝缘配合标准化技术委员会(DL/TC38)归口。本标准起草单位:云南电网有限责任公司电力科学研究院、中国电力科学研究院、河北旭辉电气股份有限公司、重庆大学、国网安徽省电力公司电力科学研究院、云南电网有限责任公司红河供电局、西安交通大学、武汉大学、国网冀北电力有限公司电力科学研究院。本标准主要起草人:赵现平、刘红文、张翠霞、贺子鸣、柴晨超、杨庆、李昊、朱太云、郭涛、刘学忠、陈昌龙、彭珑。本标准在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化管理中心(北京市白广路二条一号,100761)。T/CEC187—20181电磁式电压互感器用碳化硅消谐器技术规范1范围本标准规定了电磁式电压互感器用碳化硅消谐器的分类及使用场合、技术参数及要求、试验、标志、包装、运输及贮存等。本标准适用于35kV及以下的电磁式电压互感器一次绕组中性点与地之间用碳化硅消谐器。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB311.1绝缘配合第1部分:定义、原则和规则GB/T2900.1电工术语基本术语GB/T4208—2017外壳防护等级(IP代码)GB/T14549—1993电能质量公用电网谐波GB/T16927.1高电压试验技术第1部分:一般定义及试验要求GB/T20840.3互感器第3部分:电磁式电压互感器的补充技术要求GB/T50064交流电气装置的过电压保护和绝缘配合设计规范3术语和定义GB/T2900.1、GB/T20840.3、GB/T50064中界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本标准。3.1消谐器harmoniceliminator用于消除铁磁谐振的器件,包括一次消谐器和二次消谐器。3.2一次消谐器primaryharmoniceliminator连接于电磁式电压互感器一次绕组中性点与地之间,用于消除铁磁谐振的器件。3.3碳化硅消谐器SiCharmoniceliminator采用碳化硅压敏材料制成的具有非线性特性的一次消谐器,由金属电极、碳化硅阀片、限压间隙和防雨罩等组成。含限压间隙的为并联限压间隙碳化硅消谐器,基本结构参见附录A。3.4碳化硅消谐器的限压间隙SiCharmoniceliminatorvoltagelimitinggap由保持一定距离的两个电极组成,是分级绝缘电磁式电压互感器用碳化硅消谐器的组成部分。在系统过电压的作用下,消谐器两端的电压超过电磁式电压互感器一次绕组中性点绝缘配合要求时,间隙放电限制中性点电压。3.5金属防雨罩metalraincover用于户外碳化硅消谐器防雨的金属部件,是防雨型碳化硅消谐器的组成部分。T/CEC187—201823.6瓷外套防雨罩ceramicsraincover用于户外碳化硅消谐器防雨的瓷质部件,是防雨型碳化硅消谐器的组成部分。3.7非线性系数nonlinearfactorα碳化硅消谐器的非线性电阻电气特性。通常通过下式计算:2211lg/lgUIUIα=(1)式中:U1、U2——直流电流分别为I1、I2时的直流试验电压,I1可取0.3mA、0.5mA、1mA,I2可取3mA、5mA、10mA。4使用条件4.1正常使用条件4.1.1海拔海拔不超过1000m。4.1.2周围环境温度碳化硅消谐器周围环境温度:-40℃~+40℃。4.1.3环境相对湿度在25℃以下时:a)日平均值:不大于95%;b)月平均值:不大于90%。4.1.4日照辐照度日照辐照度不超过0.1W/cm2。注:日照辐照度仅适用于户外碳化硅消谐器。4.1.5三相电压的对称三相电源电压应近似对称,满足GB/T14549—1993中第4章的要求。4.2特殊使用条件凡是需要满足4.1规定的正常使用条件之外的异常使用条件,应由用户与制造商协商。5分类及使用场合5.1按安装位置分类a)户外;b)户内。T/CEC187—20183注:户外使用的碳化硅消谐器应为防雨型。5.2按结构分类a)并联限压间隙碳化硅消谐器;b)无并联限压间隙碳化硅消谐器。5.3型号及编制方法碳化硅消谐器型号组成见图1。图1碳化硅消谐器型号组成型式5.4使用场合裸露型碳化硅消谐器仅适用于户内,防雨型碳化硅消谐器适用于户外。无并联限压间隙碳化硅消谐器适用于全绝缘电磁式电压互感器;并联限压间隙碳化硅消谐器适用于分级绝缘电磁式电压互感器。6技术参数及要求6.1性能参数6kV~35kV碳化硅消谐器工频1mA(峰值/2)下电压U1mA(峰值/2)、电流10mA(峰值/2)下电压U10mA(峰值/2)、直流电流1mA/10mA下的直流电压、非线性系数α、限压间隙工频放电电压应符合表1规定。表16kV~35kV碳化硅消谐器技术参数系统标称电压技术参数10kV(6kV)35kV(20kV)工频电流1mA(峰值/2)下电压U1mA(峰值/2)V280~350800~1000工频电流10mA(峰值/2)下电压U10mA(峰值/2)V800~10002000~2500直流电流1mA下的直流电压V280~350800~1000直流电流10mA下的直流电压V800~10002000~2500非线性系数α0.3~0.450.25~0.40下限15003000工频放电电压aV上限22004000a工频放电电压仅适用于并联限压间隙的碳化硅消谐器。T/CEC187—201846.2技术要求6.2.1热容量要求碳化硅消谐器应能承受200mA工频电流(有效值)120min的作用,电流作用前后,测量工频电流1mA(峰值/2)下电压U1mA(峰值/2),工频电流10mA(峰值/2)下电压U10mA(峰值/2)。电流作用前后,电压U1mA(峰值/2)、电压U10mA(峰值/2)的变化不应超过10%。6.2.2机械性能碳化硅消谐器顶端应能承受的最大允许水平拉力应符合表2的规定。表2消谐器的最大允许水平拉力系统标称电压V10kVV35最大允许水平拉力N1472946.2.3金属连接件碳化硅消谐器与电磁式电压互感器中性点的连接应采用螺栓连接,不应使用低熔点金属材料作连接,热容量试验后,其金属连接件不应产生变形。6.2.4连接端子碳化硅消谐器连接端子应与热容量要求的发热温度相适应,与电磁式电压互感器中性点连接的端子应明确标识,接地端子处应有明显的接地标志。6.2.5温度耐受性能碳化硅消谐器应能耐受150℃持续时间为1h的四次热循环试验,每次循环间隔1h。热循环试验前后,测量工频电流1mA(峰值/2)下电压U1m
