DL/T—ICS29.080.20K15备案号:21265-2007中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL/T1058—2007TechnicalspecificationofcompositeInsulatorsspacerbetweenphasefora.c.overheadlines中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会发布IDL/T—目次前言··························································································································································Ⅱ1范围······················································································································································12规范性引用文件··································································································································13术语和定义··········································································································································14型号及结构形式··································································································································25一般技术要求······································································································································26选择原则··············································································································································47检验规则··············································································································································48验收······················································································································································69包装和运输··········································································································································610安装····················································································································································7附录A(规范性附录)大挠度屈曲和屈曲振动疲劳试验方法···························································8IIDL/T—III前言本标准是根据《国家发改委办公厅关于下达2004年行业标准项目计划的通知》(发改办工业[2004]872号)的安排制定。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由电力行业绝缘子标准化技术委员会归口并负责解释。本标准由国网武汉高压研究院负责起草。本标准参加起草单位:河南电力试验研究院、华北电网有限公司、华东电网有限公司、河南省电力公司、青海电力科学试验研究院。本标准主要起草人:吴光亚、闫东、崔吉峰、张锐、姜国庆、钱之银、张仲秋。本标准在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化中心(北京市白广路二条一号,100761)。DL/T—交流架空线路用复合相间间隔棒技术条件范围本标准规定了标称电压为220kV及以上、频率为50Hz的紧凑型交流架空线路以及220kV以下、频率为50Hz的交流架空线路用复合相间间隔棒(以下简称相间间隔棒)技术条件的一般要求、试验方法、选择原则、检验规则、验收、包装、运输和贮存、安装。本标准适用于220kV及以上、频率为50Hz的紧凑型交流架空线路以及220kV及以下、频率为50Hz的交流架空线路,且安装地点的海拔1000m及以下,环境温度在40℃~+40℃之间。规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。GB311.1高压输变电设备的绝缘配合GB/T2338架空电力线路间隔棒技术条件和试验方法GB/T2900.5电工术语绝缘固体、液体和气体GB/T2900.8电工术语绝缘子GB/T13488橡胶燃烧性能测定垂直燃烧法GB/T19519标称电压高于1000V的交流架空线路用复合绝缘子——定义、试验方法及验收准则DL/T620交流电气装置的过电压保护和绝缘配合DL/T859高压交流系统用复合绝缘子人工污秽试验DL/T864—2004标称电压高于1000V交流架空线路用复合绝缘子使用导则术语和定义GB/T2900.5、GB/T2900.8、DL/T864所定义的以及下列定义和术语适用于本标准。复合绝缘子compositeinsulators杆体和伞套由二种或以上绝缘材料组合构成的绝缘子。复合相间间隔棒compositephasespacer支撑在两相导线间,控制两相导线间隔距离的绝缘间隔棒。均压装置uniformityvoltagefitting装在金属附件上能改善绝缘子的电位分布的一种装置,同时保护金属附件、芯棒及伞套不被电弧灼伤,其次还能保护两端金属附件连接区不因漏电起痕及蚀损导致密封性能的破坏。劣化aging指伞套材料明显出现变硬、变脆、粉化、裂纹和开裂、起痕、树枝状通道、蚀损、憎水性下降;绝缘子出现密封破坏、局部发热及机械强度明显下降的现象。型号及结构形式型号相间间隔棒本体部分相间间隔棒本体部分型号含义如下:4DL/T—相间间隔棒与导线间连接金具部分相间间隔棒与导线间连接金具型号含义如下:型号标记的组成H(horizontal)表示水平排列;V(vertical)表示垂直排列;T(trigonal)表示三角或不规则。一般技术要求基本要求相间间隔棒按本技术条件和规定的图样进行制造。相间间隔棒产品除符合本标准技术要求外,还符合GB/T19519以及GB/T2338有关内容的规定。端部附件和连接金具端部附件和连接金具应满足如下要求:a)相间间隔棒端部附件上有产品序号;b)相间间隔棒与导线间连接金具部分符合GB/T2338的相关规定;c)连接金具按设计图样制造,并符合本标准的要求;d)阻尼元件使用的复合硅橡胶有良好的抗老化性能,在整个工作范围内要求耐气候性防止在臭氧、紫外线、潮湿、高低温等方面引起的快速劣化;e)芯棒与端部附件间连接不应有明显歪斜,端部附件安装位置的形位公差不大于5°;f)能承受安装、维修和运行(包括短路)或重新安装条件下的机械负荷,任何部件不能损坏或出现永久性变形,并不得损伤导线;g)在打开夹头时,各部件不会分离,安装方便、安全;h)运行中各个部件不得变松。伞套材料外观相间间隔棒伞套表面单个缺陷面积(如缺胶、杂质、凸起等)不超过25mm2,深度不大于1mm,凸起表面和合模缝应清理平整,凸起高度不超过0.8mm,总缺陷面积不超过相间间隔棒总表面积的0.2%。可燃性相间间隔棒用伞套材料的可燃性达到GB/T13488标准规定FV-0级的要求。憎水性相间间隔棒用伞套材料的憎水性满足DL/T864—2004附录A的要求。5DL/T—电气和机械性能相间间隔棒用伞套材料的主要电气、机械性能满足如下要求:a)体积电阻率不小于1.0×1012Ω·m;b)表面电阻率不小于1.0×1012Ω;c)击穿强度不小于20kV/mm(厚度为2mm);d)耐漏电起痕及电蚀损不低于TMA4.5级;e)可燃性:FV-0级;f)抗撕裂强度(直角法)不小于9kN/m;g)机械扯断强度不小于3.5MPa;h)拉断抻长率不小于100%;i)邵氏硬度不小于50shoreA。芯棒相间间隔棒芯棒满足下列要求:a)吸水率小于0.05%;b)干工频耐受电压满足DL/T864—2004附录B的要求;c)雷电冲击耐受电压不小于90kV(1cm长);d)拉伸强度不小于1000MPa;e)耐应力腐蚀时间不小于96h;f)拉伸破坏负荷对比试验相差不超过10%;g)染色渗透试验满足GB/T19519的要求;h)水扩散试验满足GB/T19519的要求,但在整个试验期间的电流不超过0.2mA(r.m.s)。人工污秽工频耐受电压相间间隔棒应进行人工污秽工频耐受电压试验。对相间间隔棒应施加1.1Um(Um为最高运行线电压)试验电压,耐受给定的试验盐密(SDD)和不溶物密度(简称灰密,NSDD),试验程序及判据按GB/T4585和DL/T859进行。供货时应提供人工污秽试验报告。金属附件和伞套间介面的渗透性相间间隔棒满足机械负荷——时间试验和金属附件与绝缘护套间介面的渗透性试验的要求。相间间隔棒端部附件应有良好的密封和可靠的连接,满足验证金属附件和伞套间介面的渗透性和验证额定机械负荷的要求。无线电干扰相间间隔棒在规定试验电压1.1Um下,无线电干扰电压不大于500V。可见电晕在现定的1.1Um试验电压下,户外晴天夜晚无可见电晕。机械特性相间间隔棒满足机械特性试验的要求。包括大挠度屈曲试验、屈曲疲劳试验。相间间隔棒在试验完成后,端部附件应有良好的密封和可靠的连接,满足验证金属附件和伞套间介面的渗透性和验证额定机械负荷的要求。选择原则材料a)相间间隔棒伞裙和护套材料满足本标准5.3的要求;b)相间间隔棒芯棒材质满足本标准5.4的要求;c)伞套材料应选用复合硅橡胶(固态胶)绝缘材料;d)相间间隔棒绝缘部分两端金属附件的装配工艺推荐采用压接式工艺;6DL/T—e)330kV及以上相间间隔棒所用芯棒推荐采用耐酸芯棒;f)相间间隔棒所用的端部金具设计成能与导线(包括单导线、双分裂导线、四分裂导线等)可靠连接,并保证在运行时承受微拉力。均压装置相间间隔棒配有均压装置。电气特性绝缘水平的选择必须满足GB311.1和DL/T620的要求。在给定污秽度下,人工污秽工频耐受电压满足长时工作电压对其要求。机械拉伸负荷相间间隔棒的整体(连同连接金具)额定机械拉伸负荷不小于8kN。其中金具部分两只组合额定机械拉伸负荷为8kN,破坏负荷不小于10
