上海交通大学硕士学位论文不锈钢冷带退火酸洗的工艺及设备的研究姓名:程玲俐申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料科学与工程指导教师:吴建生;王东方20080607(2008)IAK10(2008)II850500Na2SO4()(HNO3+HF)Na2SO4()HNO3()“V”PYROMARSHNO3NOxNOx(2008)IIISTUDYONPROCESSANDEQUIPMENTOFANNEALINGANDPICKLINGFORCOLD-ROLLEDSTAINLESSSTRIPABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofournationaleconomy,thedemandmentofstainlesssteelfromnationalmarkethasbeingraisedathighspeedduringtherecentyears.Fromtherequirementofthequalityandcostofthestainlesssteelproduct,someproductwithhighqualityandotherprecisionalproductisstillimportedfromoverseabecauseournationaltechnicaldropsbehindsomeoverseaplantssuchas,ShinNipponSeitetsuofJapanMittalandArcelorofKoreaAKofAmericaThyssenKruppSteelofGermany.Uptonow,about10annealingandpicklinglinesforcoldrolledstainlessstripbuiltintheseveralournationalsteelplantsareimportedfromoversea.Andthereareonlyalittleofequipmentismanufacturedindomesticfactorieslaccordingtothedrawingsdesignedbyforeigner.Thatissay,theabilityofdesigningandmanufacturingthewholeprocesslinebyourselfisverypoor.So,itisveryimportantforustoimprovethequalityofthestainlessstripproduct,lowcost,decreasetheconsumptionofenergy,strengthenthepowerofproducestainlesssteelproduct,reducethequantityofimportproductandmeettheincreasingdemandofnationalmarkertthroughgraspingtheprocesstechnologyofannealingandpicklingforcoldrolledstainlessstrip,improvingtheabilityofdesigningandmanufacturingthewholeannealingandpicklinglinebyourselfandoptimizingtheequipment.Thisthesisisbasedononeannealingandpicklinglineforcold-rolledstainlessstrip(2008)IVbuiltinonegreatnationalplant.Accordingtoanalyzing,comparingandstudyingtheprocessandequipmentchoosedofthelineandotherseverallines,offersomeadvantagedconditionfordesigningandmanufacturingthewholeannealingandpicklinglinebyourselfinthefuture.Heatingthestripinthefurnaceviagreattemperaturedropinordertoreducetheheattime,todecreasetheoxidcreatedonthestripface,tounifytheheatingandthecharacterofthestripandtoincreasetheefficiencyofthefurnaceandlowtheconsumptionofenergy.Inordertomakealltheheatedexhaustgasgobacktothepre-heatingsectiontopre-heatingthestripandtoimprovetheefficiencyofthefurnaceandreducetheconsumptionoftheenergy,eachsectionofthefurnaceshouldbeconnectedtogethertomaketheheatcanusedbyeachother.Andinordertolowtheaffectonthecharacterofanti-erodofsteel,withinthetemperaturezonebetween850~500,theausteniticstainlesssteelshouldbecooledquickly.Accordingtotherelationshipbetweencoolingrateandpercentofcarboninthesteelwecanseegreaterpercentofcarboninsteel,higerspeedofcoolingrequired.Thepicklingprocessforausteniticstainlesssteelisasfollowing:Na2SO4(electroanalysis)pickling→mixedacid(HNO3+HF)mechnicalpickling,andthepicklingprocessforferritestainlesssteelisasfollowing:Na2SO4(electroanalysis)pickling→nitricacid(electroanalysis)pickling.Vtypetankcanmaketheacidliquidsprayontotheaboveandunderfacesofthestripalongthetwosidesofthetankandincreasethetouch-timebetweenacidliquidandstrip,reducethepicklingtimeandconsumptionofacidliquid,improvetheefficiencyofpickling.Toprotectenvironment,therelativeexhaustgastreatmentsystemshouldbeequippedtoeachpicklingtankandensureallthewastegasexhaustedintothecircumstancehasbeencontrolledwithinthecriterion.Tolowconsumptionofenergy,rinsiningsectionshouldapplytheoverflowandcirculationusingprocesstodecreasethewashingtimeandreducethewaterconsumption.WasteacidtreatmentsystemusingthePYROMARS(2008)VProcesscancollectbothmixedacidandnitricacidtogetherandtreatandregenerattheacidforreusing.RegardtothebadNOxwastegas,theexhaustgastreatmentsystemusingtheOxidation-deoxidizeprocesstomeetthelimitsofexhaustingbeforegasexhaustedintoenvironment.KEYWORDS:cold-rolledstainlesssteel,annealing,pickling,processandquipment,energy,environment-protection(2008)79831-1..............................................31-2......................................................42-1................................................................132-2............................................................................162-31.0×1250mm304.................172-41.0×1250mm430.................182-5304................202-6304(1.0mm1250mm).......................222-7A...............................................................................272-8A.......................................................272-9A..........................................................................282-10A................................................................................292-11A.........................................................292-12A........................................................................302-13..........................................................................302-14A....................................................................................312-15A........................................................................312-16A................................................................................322-17A................................................................................332-18A.....................................
