ICS29.120.30K32JB/T10307-2001机床接插器件Plugsocket–outletsequipmentformachinetools2001-10-09发布2001-12-01实施中国机械工业联合会发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13术语、符号、代号····················································································································································································14分类····················································································································································································································15特性····················································································································································································································26正常工作条件和安装条件·····································································································································································47结构与性能要求··························································································································································································48试验··················································································································································································································119标志、包装和贮运··················································································································································································15JB/T10307-2001目次III前言本标准的制定主要参照了GB/T14048.1《低压开关设备和控制设备总则》和GB14048.5《低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分:机电式控制电路电器》。本标准中规定的防护等级、接触顺序和保护接地等有关技术内容符合GB/T5226.1《工业机械电气设备第一部分通用技术条件》的要求。本标准的制定力求等效采用国际标准和国外先进国家标准,并结合了我国国情。1.参照并部分等效采用了IEC309–1《工业用插头座和连接器第一部分一般要求》。2.参照了德国工业标准DIN43652《带接地保护的高密触头矩形插头座》和日本国家工业标准JIS5433《电子设备矩形插头座》而制定补充了相关条款的规定。3.本标准兼容了电源用和控制电路用插头座的相关条款和技术要求。本标准为首次制定。本标准由成都机床电器研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:北京第三机床电器厂。本标准主要起草人:孙天禄、李芬芬、王军平。JB/T10307-200111范围本标准规定了机床接插器件(以下简称插头座)的基本性能和要求,包括:术语、特性、正常工作和安装条件,结构和性能要求,特性和性能的验证等。本标准适用于额定电压交流50Hz或60Hz,660V及以下或直流电压至660V,额定电流不超过125A的各种机床工业的控制电路与电源连接之用的插头座,另外除机床以外还适用于如纺织、轻工、烟草、印刷、塑料、橡胶和食品机械等工业机械设备上用的插头座。本标准适用于符合GB/T5226.1—1996《工业机械电气设备第一部分:通用技术条件》即带防护等级、保护接地、接触顺序和防误插要求的插头座。符合本标准的插头座应不能带电操作,或者具有电气联锁装置使插头座在插入或拔出时不带电进行。注:如果采用插头座作电源切断器件,可与制造厂协商。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB/T2900.1—1992电工术语基本术语GB/T2900.18—1992电工术语低压电器GB/T4026—1992电器设备接线端子和特定导线线端的识别及应用字母数字系统的通则GB/T4942.2—1993低压电器外壳防护等级GB/T5169.11—1997电工电子产品着火危险试验试验方法成品的灼热丝试验和导则GB/T5226.1—1996工业机械电气设备第一部分:通用技术条件GB/T13384—1992机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T14048.1—1993低压开关设备和控制设备总则GB14048.5—1993低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第1部分:机电式控制电路电器3术语、符号、代号本标准采用的术语、符号、代号符合GB/T2900.1、GB/T2900.18规定。4分类4.1按污染等级分:——污染等级2;中国机械工业联合会2001-10-09批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准机床接插器件Plugsocket–outletsequipmentformachinetoolsJB/T10307-20012001-12-01实施JB/T10307-20012——污染等级3。4.2按安装类别(过电压类别)分;——安装类别Ⅰ;——安装类别Ⅱ;——安装类别Ⅲ;——安装类别Ⅳ。4.3按防触电等级分:——0级电器设备;——1级电器设备。4.4按结构类型分:——塑料外壳式;——金属外壳式;——电瓷外壳式。4.5按用途分:——电源类;——信号类、控制电路插头座。4.6按外形分:——圆形;——矩形。4.7按使用方法分:——可固定安装插头插座;——耦合器。5特性5.1插头座应从下述适用的几个方面规定其特性:a)插头座的型式;b)插头座的额定值和极限值;c)与短路保护电器(SCPD)的协调配合;d)外形尺寸与安装尺寸。5.2插头座的型式5.2.1插头座插头座由插头和插座两部分组成;插头座结构为插针插孔的相互联接或接触柱弹性接触方式。接地装置采用与外壳联接双卡簧式或插针、插孔方式。插头座整体具有锁紧机构。插头(或连接器):是与联接到设备上的电缆或金属软管等软缆装在一起的组件。插头(或连接器)通过管接头紧固并密封电缆或金属软管。插座是与固定布线装在一起的组件,插座连有安装底座,供安装在机床机座电柜内或面板上,插座具有防护盖。JB/T10307-200135.2.2耦合器耦合器由插头和连接器两部分组成,可实现活动连接。5.2.3极数4极、5极、6极、7极、8极、10极、16极、20极、24极、32极、36极、40极、48极、64极等。注:所列极数并非完整无缺,制造厂可以根据产品情况在产品标准中具体规定。5.2.4电流种类——交流;——直流。5.3插头座的额定值和极限值插头座的额定值和极限值应根据本标准5.3.1~5.3.4确定,具体产品标准可根据需要选择。5.3.1额定电压5.3.1.1额定工作电压插头座的额定工作电压是指与使用类别相关的电压值,对多相电路是指相间的电压值。5.3.1.2额定绝缘电压插头座的额定绝缘电压是设计插头座的电压值,电气间隙和爬电距离应参照此值而定。除非带型号产品在技术条件中另有规定,额定绝缘电压是插头座的昀大额定工作电压,在任何情况下,昀大额定工作电压不超过额定绝缘电压。5.3.1.3额定冲击耐受电压插头座在规定的试验条件下,能耐受具有规定波形和特性的冲击电压峰值而无故障,额定冲击耐受电压与电气间隙等有关。插头座的额定冲击耐受电压应等于或大于该插头座所处电路中可能产生的瞬态过电压规定值。规定冲击耐受电压优先值见表1。5.3.2电流5.3.2.1约定发热电流插头座的约定发热电流是制造厂规定的不封闭插头座在自由空气中做温升试验时的试验电流值,此值不是一个额定值,今后也不标志在插头座上。所谓不封闭插头座是制造厂不供给外壳或者制造厂虽然供给外壳,但此外壳通常不仅仅作为插头座的防护外壳,而且也是构成完整插头座的不可分割的部分。5.3.2.2额定电流对于插头座来说,额定电流就是长期通过插针、插孔的电流。除非带型号产品在技术文件中另有规定,插头座额定电流用5A,10A,16A,31.5(32)A,40(35)A,63A,125A表示。注:括号内数据仅限于老产品使用。5.3.3额定频率除非带型号产品在技术文件中另有规定,额定频率为50Hz或60Hz。5.3.4额定工作制——八小时工作制;JB/T10307-20014——不间断工作制。5.4插头座与短路保护电器(SCPD)的协调配合5.4.1插头座的短路保护器采用熔断器。5.4.2插头座在8.4.7规定的试验条件下能够承受熔断时间内的预期短路电流值。5.5外形尺寸和安装尺寸插头座的外形尺寸和安装尺寸应符合具体产品标准的规定。6正常工作条件和安装条件6.1正常工作条件符合本标准的插头座应在以下规定的条件中正常运行。注:凡要求插头座运行在超过以下规定的条件,用户可与制造厂协商。6.1.1周围空气温度a)周围空气温度上限为+40℃,24h内其平均值不超过+35℃;b)周围空气温度下限为–5℃。注:插头座预期用于周围空气温度下限为–10℃或–25℃条件下,订货时用户要向制造厂声明。插头座预期用于周围空气温度上限超过+40℃(例如锻造冶炼车间、锅炉房、热带地区)或下限低于–25℃的工作条件下,应
