Confucius孔子的英文简介OneofthemostfamouspeopleinancientChinawasawisephilosophernamedConfucius(circa551-479BC).HesometimeswentbythenamesKongZithoughhewasborn-KongQiu-styledZhongNi.HewasborninthevillageofZouinthecountryofLu.Thischinesemanwasawell-knownleaderinphilosophyandhealsomademanywisephrasesandtheoriesaboutthelaw,life,andthegovernment.Philosophyisakindofasystemofideasandthoughtsthattalkaboutthehuman'sbehavior,therulesthatyoushouldfollowtomakeasuccessfullife,andaboutthegovernment.Inotherwords,it'saboutthoughtsandtheoriesthatteachotherpeoplelessonsaboutprinciples,orrules,aboutlifeanditalsoteachesyouamoral(sortoflikethemoralsthatareattheendofafable).ConfuciusisfamousforhisphilosophybecausehemademanywisesayingsinancientChinathathelpedmanypeoplelearnaboutnature,theworld,andthehumanbehavior.Healsohelpedthegovernmentandtheemperorbyteachingthemlessonsonhowtheemperorshouldrulehiskingdomsuccessfully.Confuciuswasborninapoorfamilyintheyear551B.C.,andhewasborninthestateofLu.HisoriginalnamewasK'ungCh'iu.Hisfather,commanderofadistrictinLu,diedthreeyearsafterConfuciuswasborn,leavingthefamilyinpoverty;butConfuciusneverthelessreceivedafineeducation.Hewasmarriedattheageof19andhadonesonandtwodaughters.Heworkedasakeeperofamarket.Thenhewasafarmworkerwhotookcareofparksandfarmanimals.Whenhewas20,heworkedforthegovernorofhisdistrict.
