ICS27.200J73JB/T4330-1999制冷和空调设备噪声的测定Determinationofnoiseemittedbyrefrigerantingandairconditioningequipments1999-07-12发布2000-01-01实施国家机械工业局发布II前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13测试环境·········································································································································································································14需测定的量与测量误差··········································································································································································15测量仪器·········································································································································································································26机组的安装与运转····················································································································································································27基准体和测量表面····················································································································································································28声压级的测量·······························································································································································································39测量表面平均声压级和声功率级的计算·····································································································································410测试记录·······································································································································································································511测试报告·······································································································································································································5附录A(标准的附录)测试环境的鉴定方法·····························································································································6附录B(标准的附录)基准体、测量表面及测点位置·········································································································8附录C(标准的附录)制冷和空调设备噪声声压级的测量····························································································10附录D(标准的附录)空调机(器)噪声声压级的测量·································································································11附录E(提示的附录)记录表格及测试报告形式·················································································································15JB/T4330-1999目次II前言本标准是对JB4330—86《制冷和空调设备噪声声功率级的测定工程法》进行的修订。原标准自1986年首次发布,在实施中尚有不妥之处,如两个反射面的测试方法,在实施中有一定的难度,为了与相关标准的协调,对内容作了适当的修改,并在标准附录中增加了声压级的测量。本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C和附录D都是标准的附录。本标准的附录E是提示的附录。本标准自实施之日起代替JB4330—86。本标准由全国冷冻设备标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准负责起草单位:合肥通用机械研究所。本标准主要起草人:孟昭朋、林泽安。JB/T4330-199911范围本标准规定了反射平面上自由场条件下噪声声功率级的测定方法;附录C(标准的附录)给出了噪声声压级的测量方法;附录D(标准的附录)给出了空调机(器)噪声声压级的测量方法。本标准适用于由工厂组装出厂的制冷和空调设备及部件(以下统称机组)。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB/T3785—1983声级计的电、声性能及测试方法JJG176—1984声校准器检定规程JJG188—1984声级计检定规程3测试环境3.1反射平面反射平面应是由混凝土、沥青、水磨石或其它类似的坚实材料构成的平整表面,尺寸应大于测量表面在其上的投影。3.2合适的测试环境机组应在一个反射平面上的半空间内进行噪声测试。理想的测试环境是除了规定的反射平面以外,没有其它反射物。附录A(标准的附录)给出了测试环境的鉴定方法。4需测定的量与测量误差4.1需测定的量A计权声功率级和其中心频率在125Hz和8000Hz之间的七个倍频程声功率级。4.2测量A计权声功率级的标准偏差约为2dB。倍频程声功率级的标准偏差见表1。国家机械工业局1999-07-12批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准制冷和空调设备噪声的测定DeterminationofnoiseemittedbyrefrigerantingandairconditioningequipmentsJB/T4330-1999代替JB4330—862000-01-01实施JB/T4330-199915表1倍频程中心频率Hz标准偏差dB1253.0250~5002.01000~40001.580002.5注:上述测量误差系指由于各种因素所造成的累计标准偏差,但不包括各次测量中因机组安装和运行状况的改变所引起的声功率的变化。5测量仪器5.1概述测试仪器使用GB/T3785中规定的Ⅰ型或Ⅰ型以上的声级计,以及精度相当的其它测试仪器。声级计或其它测试仪器与传声器之间应使用延伸杆或延伸电缆。倍频程分析仪应符合有关标准的规定。5.2校准每次测量前、后应用准确度优于±0.5dB的声级校准器在一个或多个频率上对整个测试仪器系统进行校准,声级校准器应按JJG176定期检定。声级计及其它测试仪器应按JJG188定期检定。6机组的安装与运转6.1机组的安装固定式机组应按有关技术条件的要求进行安装,移动式机组应直接放置在反射地面上;所有的部件都应安装完整。但不应额外增加隔振、隔声和吸声部件。6.2机组的运转机组应在稳定工况下连续运转,对不同的机组作如下规定:a)对于制冷压缩机、压缩冷凝机组应在有关标准规定的名义制冷工况下运转。b)对于房间风机盘管空调器、风冷冷凝器等,可仅在风机运转的状况下测试。c)其它机组运行工况按有关机组试验方法的规定。7基准体和测量表面7.1基准体基准体是一个恰好包络被测机组并终止于反射平面上的昀小矩形六面体。确定基准体时,对于机组上凸出的小部件(如连接管、拉手等)不予考虑。7.2测量表面测量表面分为半球测量表面和矩形六面体测量表面[见附录B(标准的附录)中的图B1和图B2]。7.2.1半球测量表面a)对于全封闭、半封闭制冷压缩机及尺寸较小的其它机组,选用半球测量表面。b)半球测量表面的中心就是基准体几何中心在反射平面上的投影,半球测量面的半径r应不小于特性距离d0的两倍,特性距离d0按式(1)计算:JB/T4330-199915………………………………(1)式中:——特性距离,m;L1、L2、L3——基准体的长、宽、高,m。半球面半径r优先选取1m或2m。如果大于1m,则应选用7.2.2所述的矩形六面体测量表面。c)半球测量表面面积按式(2)计算:S1=2πr2……………………………………………(2)式中:S1——半球测量表面面积,m2r——半球测量表面半径,m。7.2.2矩形六面体测量表面矩形六面体测量表面是位于反射平面上的与基准体几何相似的矩形箱表面。测量表面与基准体对应面应平行且相距为d。测量距离d的规定按附录A。优先选用的测量距离为1m。测量表面面积按式(3)计算:S2=4(ab+ac+bc)……………
