新疆财经学院硕士学位论文基于人本管理的流程管理研究姓名:李琪申请学位级别:硕士专业:企业管理指导教师:马洁20060601121A2AAA3A4AbstractFromscientificmanagementtoprocessreorganization,andfromthepectinationintheorganizationtoconformbetweentheorganizations,thetheoryofprocessmanagementisenrichedandexpandedthroughthenewideasandthoughtscontinuouslyemerged.Thepaperistryinginthestudyoftheprocessmanagement,whichisbasingonpeople-orientedmanagement.Theintroductionchapterisonthebackgroundofthestudy,thestatusofresearchontheprocessmanagement,andmakesthemaincontentsandideasofthestudy.Asweenterthe21stcentury,themarketenvironmenttheenterprisesfaceisundergoingenormouschanges,whichshowthegrowingdemandforpersonalizedcustomer,goodsincreasinglyshortlifecycle,theincreasinglysignificantuncertaintyofcompetitiveenvironment.Thatdemandstheprocesscertainadaptabilityandflexibility.Thepaperrevealsprocessmanagementinthefaceofmodernmanagementthroughelaborationandanalysisoftheprocessmanagementtheory,andsubmitstotakethefactorsofprocessparticipantsintoaccountbymakinguseofpeople-orientedmanagementthinkinginthemanagementtofullyeffectivelyuseorganizeresources.TakeAcompany'smanagementpracticesforexample,thepracticalsignificanceandrelevanceofprocessmanagementbasedonpeople-orientedmanagementisanalyzed.Finallymadeintheachievementofeffectivepenetrationofthepeople-orientedmanagementinprocessmanagement,whileorganizationmembersgaintheoveralldevelopment,theorganizationachieveshighperformanceandtheprocessmanagementoforganizationsensuressustainabledevelopment,andsocietypromotestheharmoniousdevelopment,whichwillbecomeasubjectofchangemanagementprocessesandtrends.Atthesametime,thepaperusecaseanalysistoappraisaltheviabilityandeffectivenessoftheprocessmanagementwithpeople-orientedmanagementthroughanalysisofAcompany’sprocessmanagementbasedonpeople-orientedmanagement,andpeople-orientedmanagementshouldnotbetreatedasindependentwork,butinfiltrationandembodiedinthemanagementofenterprisesinallaspects.Ofcourse,standardizedmethodologyisusedthroughoutthecreationprocessofthepaper.Chaptertwointroducesthetheoryoftheprocessmanagement,analyzingandrevealingthedifficulties,whichtheprocessmanagementisfacing.Processoperatingisdonebyactivitiesinaccordancewiththedifferentfunctionsofcertainlogic,processmanagementlimitsinthestrictimplementationofthelogicrules,thecorrespondingchangesintheflowperformancefortheuseofinformationtechnologyactivitiesandthelogicalrelationshipofadjustment.Themainactivitiesthroughcooperationtocompletetheprocesstoberepetitivetargetisnotimportantbecausepriortostandardizeprocedures,certaintyandthebestwaytodesign,rationalpresumedtobecompetentparticipantsofthemandate.Thisunderstandingflowoutlookinastablemarketconditionsremainvalid.However,theinformationage,theadventoftheInterneteconomy,increasedcompetitionandtheenvironmentofuncertaintyforacertainflowadaptability,andincreasetheunderstandingandmanagementoftheflowdifficulties.Uncertaintycomponentsincreasedflow5management;therolesandrelationshipsofparticipantsbecomeimportantaspectsoftheimpactprocessperformance.Enterpriseisadynamicopensystems,anditsexternalenvironmentandinternalconditionsarechanging,andthisisboundtothecontentoftheactivitiesofenterprises,activitiesandeventsformelementshavevaryingdegreesofimpact.Ifenterprisesclingoriginalnorms,notapartialoratimelyadjustmentsmaybechangesintheenvironmentout,ortochangetheinternalelementscan.Againstthisbackground,relyingonadvancesininformationtechnology,scientificmanagementandaccurateandstandardizedprocessestoenhanceperformanceislackofstrength.Thismeansthattherulesandsystemsisessential,butwiththeflowofsoftfactorsareincreasinglyimportantparticipants.Howtodesignreasonabletoparticipantstofacilitatetheireffectivecooperationandtheroleofthecoordinatingmechanismsothatorganizationscaneffectivelyusetheresourcesthatflowintothebaseandchangemanagementtopics;Howtomanageplayersandtheirrelationships,integratedhardwarecontrol(flowmanagement)andsoftcoordination(oneofthemanagement)theroleoforganizationalresourcesarefullyutilized,performanceisthedeterminingfactorinthedecisionprocess.Chapterthreeintroducesthepeople-orientedmanagement,particularlydiscussingthepeople–orientedmanagementintension,content,featuresandthehistoryofdevelopmenttheory.“Thepeople-orientedmanagement”simplymeansthatthepeopleshouldbecenteredasamanagementinthemanagementofactivities,therealinterestintheirwork,respect,trustthem,makingtheirowngrowthwhilecontinuingtopromoteenterprisedevelopment.Themanagementofpeopleisapeople-centeredmanagement,whichinvolvesemotionalmanagement,anddemocraticgovernance,independentmanagement,andpersonnelmanagement,culturalmanagementandcareermanagement.Modernpeoplehaveexperiencedinthemanagementofscientificmanagement,behavioralsciences,systemtheory,decision-making,managementtheory,thetheoryofscientificmanagementisaprospect.Chapterfourclarifiesthemutualrelationsonthepeople-orientedmanagementandprocessmanagementinspecificmanagementpractice.Processmanagementisaprominentaspectwhichisstandardized,fromtheproductionandoperationofenterprisesinthewholesystemstartingo
