EGSB/SPMBR周保昌, 孙 凯, 陆晓峰, 卞晓锴, 李景烨(中国科学院上海应用物理研究所,上海201800)   : 采用厌氧膨胀污泥床/浸没式平板膜生物反应器(EGSB/SPMBR)组合工艺深度处理豆制品废水。结果表明:EGSB和SPMBR工艺均具有抗冲击负荷能力强、容积负荷率高、对有机物的去除效果好等特点。在厌氧消化作用下,EGSB对有机物的去除起到主要贡献,为后续单元的运行提供了良好条件;而SPMBR在进一步降解有机物和确保系统稳定运行方面发挥着重要作用,两者的有机结合可获得理想的有机物去除率。在中温(32~37℃)条件下,EGSB的容积负荷可达10kg/(m3·d),对有机物的去除率85%,对总氮的去除率在35%左右;SPMBR在环境温度15℃的条件下对有机物的去除率仍可达95%以上,出水COD50mg/L,对氨氮的平均去除率在35%左右,对总氮的去除率在30%~60%之间。  : 厌氧膨胀污泥床; 浸没式平板膜生物反应器; 豆制品废水; 深度处理:X703  :A  :1000-4602(2010)17-0019-04  :(08231200300)EGSB/SPMBRProcessforAdvancedTreatmentofHighStrengthSoybeanProcessingWastewaterZHOUBao-chang, SUNKai, LUXiao-feng, BIANXiao-kai, LIJing-ye(ShanghaiInstituteofAppliedPhysics,ChineseAcademyofSciences,Shanghai201800,China)  Abstract: Thecombinedprocessofexpandedgranularsludgebed(EGSB)andsubmergedplatemembranebioreactor(SPMBR)wasusedforadvancedtreatmentofsoybeanprocessingwastewater.TheresultsshowthatbothEGSBandSPMBRhavethefeaturesofgoodimpactresistance,highvolumeloadandhighremovalefficiencyoforganicsubstances.Underanaerobicdigestion,EGSBhasamajorcontri-butiontoremovaloforganicsubstances,whichprovidesgoodconditionfortheoperationofsubsequentu-nits.SPMBRplaysanimportantroleinfurtherdegradationoforganicsubstancesandensuringthestabili-tyofwholesystem.Theintegrationofthesetwoprocessescanachieveanidealremovalefficiencyofor-ganicsubstances.Attemperatureof32to37℃,thevolumeloadofEGSBcanreach10kg/(m3·d),theremovalratesoforganicsubstancesandTNareabove85%andabout35%.Atambienttemperatureandevenlessthan15℃,theremovalratesoforganicsubstances,ammonianitrogenandTNinSPMBRareabove95%,about35%and30%to60%,andtheeffluentCODisbelow50mg/L.
