EPS龙向宇1,2, 方振东2, 唐 然2, 冯裕钊2, 周从直2, 谢朝新2(1.后勤工程学院化学工程与技术博士后流动站,重庆401311;2.后勤工程学院营房管理与环境工程系,重庆401311)   : 采用超声波法和阳离子交换树脂法分别提取好氧活性污泥(SRT分别为3、15d)絮体外层的胞外聚合物(LEPS)和内层的胞外聚合物(TEPS),并用LEPS和TEPS分别絮凝污泥悬浮液,探讨了EPS的种类及投量、阳离子的价数与浓度对重新絮凝生物絮体沉降性能的影响。结果表明,4种EPS絮凝污泥悬浮液所形成生物絮体的SVI值均随EPS投量的增加而增大,增幅由小到大排序为:15dTEPS3dTEPS15dLEPS3dLEPS;Al3+较Ca2+絮凝污泥悬浮液所形成生物絮体的Zeta电位低且结构密实,更能促进重新絮凝生物絮体的压缩沉降。  : 胞外聚合物; 阳离子; 活性污泥:X703  :C  :1000-4602(2010)13-0050-04EffectofEPSandCationonSettleabilityofActivatedSludgeLONGXiang-yu1,2, FANGZhen-dong2, TANGRan2, FENGYu-zhao2, ZHOUCong-zhi2, XIEZhao-xin2(1.PostdoctorMobileStationofChemicalEngineeringandTechnology,LogisticsEngineeringUniversityofPLA,Chongqing401311,China;2.DepartmentofBarracksManagementandEnvironmentalEngineering,LogisticsEngineeringUniversityofPLA,Chongqing401311,China)  Abstract: LooselyboundEPS(LEPS)andtightlyboundEPS(TEPS)wereextractedbyultra-soundandcationexchangeresininturnfromaerobicsludgeflocwithSRTof3and15daysrespectively,andthesuspendedsludgeliquidwasreflocculatedbyLEPSandTEPS.TheeffectsofEPStypeanddos-ageaswellasthevalenceandconcentrationofcationonsettleabilityofreflocculatedbioflocwereinvesti-gated.TheresultsshowthattheSVIvalueofthebioflocreflocculatedbyfourtypesofEPSisincreasedwiththeincreaseofEPSdosage,andtheascendingorderofSVIvalueis15dTEPS,3dTEPS,15dLEPSand3dLEPS.TheZetapotentialofbioflocreflocculatedbyAl3+islowerthanthatbyCa2+,andthestructureoftheformerismorecompactthanthatofthelatter.Therefore,bycontrastwithCa2+,Al3+tendstopromotethesettlementofreflocculatedbiofloc.
