MBR廖志民(江西金达莱环保研发中心有限公司,江西南昌330100) : 采用MBR工艺处理发酵类制药废水,通过逐步改变水力停留时间(HRT),对反应器进水和出水的COD、氨氮及MLSS、DO和膜压等进行了连续监测,考察了处理效果。结果表明,当进水COD为400~1100mg/L、氨氮为50~110mg/L时,在MLSS为18000~19000mg/L、HRT从20h逐步缩短到8h的条件下,反应器对COD、氨氮仍有较好的去除效果,运行期间的去除率均值分别为73%、93%;此外,滤膜工作和清洗周期正常,无损膜、堵膜现象。 : 制药废水; MBR; 污泥浓度:X703 :C :1000-4602(2010)09-0131-03PilotStudyonPharmaceuticalWastewaterTreatmentbyMembraneBioreactorLIAOZhi-min(JiangxiJindalaiEnvironmentalProtectionResearchandDevelopmentCenterCo.Ltd.,Nanchang330100,China) Abstract: MBRprocesswasusedtotreatpharmaceuticalwastewater.TheinfluentandeffluentCOD,ammonianitrogen,MLSS,DOandmembranepressurewerecontinuouslymonitoredbygraduallychangingthehydraulicretentiontime(HRT),andthetreatmentefficiencywasinvestigated.TheresultsshowthatwhentheinfluentCODandammonianitrogenare400to1100mg/Land50to110mg/Lre-spectively,MLSSis18000to19000mg/LandHRTreducesfrom20hto8hgradually,thereactorstillhasexcellenttreatmentefficiency,andtheremovalratesofCODandammonianitrogenreach73%and93%respectively.Inaddition,themembraneworkswellanditscleaningcycleisnormal,withoutmem-branedamageandblockage.
