PropertyandflavorofadrugofrhubarbbydistributionofpowerelementsoflifeTIANXiaoJiang QIANJinJing LILei RUShan ZHANGFan JINRiGuang(StateKeyLaboratoryofChemicalResourceEngineering,BeijingUniversityofChemicalTechnology,Beijing100029,China)Abstract:RhubarbisatypicaltraditionalChinesedrug.Inthispaper,twomethodshavebeenfoundtopretreattherhubarb,whichweredry-nitrateprocessandwettest-nitrateprocess.ThesamplesofrhubarbofferedbyBei-jingNormalUniversitywhicharepickedfromQinghaiandGansuhavebeenpretreated.Contentof11kindsoftraceelements(Sr,Mn,Mo,Zn,V,Cr,Fe,Co,Cu,Ni,Ti)wasdeterminedbyICPatomicemissionspectroscopy.Thendistributinglawofpowerelementsoflifeoftherhubarbwasresearchedandanalyzed,andthepropertyandflavorofamedicinewasdiscussedfromthatpointofview.Fromthesesub—clusterparametersinexperi-ment,thespeculationwasgainedasfollows:Gansurhubarb'feminineisstronger,whichmeansitspurgativefunctionisbetter;theQinghairhubarbisalsofeminine,butalittlebitmasculinethanGansus',whichmeansitstimetoonsetismoreshorter,andhasabetterfunctionforimprovingimmunity.Thetheoreticalresultre-mainstobeproven.Keywords:JRG-fourthstatistics;distributionofpowerelementsoflife;sub-clusterparameters;rhubarb·22·() 2009
