CSTR罗 刚, 谢 丽, 周 琪, 桑文静, 孙佳伟(同济大学污染控制与资源化研究国家重点实验室,上海200092) : 在高温(55℃)条件下,应用CSTR反应器对含高浓度悬浮固体的木薯酒精废水进行了全渣厌氧处理研究。以中温厌氧颗粒污泥接种,并采取逐步提高容积负荷的运行方式,约50d后反应器启动成功。运行至第80天左右时,高温厌氧CSTR反应器的容积负荷达到了14kgCOD/(m3·d),对TCOD的去除率稳定在90%,产气量为18L/d,其中甲烷含量55%,对SS的去除率80%。启动及运行过程中不需要人为调节系统的pH和碱度,且容积负荷的改变未对反应器的运行产生明显影响。 :; (062307038) : 木薯酒精废水; 高温厌氧; CSTR:X703.1 :A :1000-4602(2008)09-0013-04StudyonTreatmentofCassavaEthanolWastewaterinThermophilicAnaerobicCSTRLUOGang, XIELi, ZHOUQi, SANGWen-jing, SUNJia-wei(StateKeyLaboratoryofPollutionControlandResourcesReuse,TongjiUniversity,Shanghai200092,China) Abstract: Continuouslystirredtankreactor(CSTR)wasusedforthermophilicanaerobictreat-mentofcassavaethanolwastewaterwithhigh-concentrationsuspendedsolidsat55℃.Thesuccessfulstart-upoftheCSTRinoculatedwithmesophilicgranularsludgeisobtainedafter50dayswithprogressiveincreasingofvolumeloadingrate.Thevolumeloadingratereaches14kgCOD/(m3·d)after80-dayop-erationperiod,withstableTCODremovalrateof90%,biogasproductionof18L/dcontaining55%methane,andSSremovalrateofmorethan80%.TheadjustmentofpHoralkalinityisnotrequireddur-ingthestart-upandoperation.Additionally,thevariationofvolumeloadingratedoesnotcausesignifi-canteffectonthereactoroperation.
