IINa2CO3800mg/LCa(OH)2700mg/L1380mg/L125mg/L90.585%D113--Ca2+Mg2+D113--Ca2+Mg2+114000mg/L99.35%98.54%24.51%23.94%5.3L/(m22h)23.1L/(m22h)94.2%93.8%3.5g/(m22h)14.9g/(m22h)3514.9L/(m22h)3011.3g/(m22h)40401mol/L43800S/cm2mol/L69300S/cmIII506060%6575AbstractIAbstractZerodischargetechnologyofhighsaltwastewateristheinevitablerequirementforenvironmentalprotection,especiallythehighsaltwastewatertreatmentpartindustryhasseriouslyrestrictedtheproductionanddevelopmentofenterprises,isoneofthehighdegreeofattentiontothecurrentandfutureperiodoftimeathomeandabroad.Onthebasisoftraditionalhighsaltwastewatertreatmenttechnology,thedomesticandforeignadvancedtechnologyisfullyabsorbed,andacompletesetofwastewatertreatmentprocessisstudiedbyusingthecirculatingcoolingsewageofHandanthermalpowerplantasrawwater.Themainprocessincludes:chemicalsoftening,ionexchangeresinsoftening,reverseosmosis,forwardosmosisandevaporationcrystallization,experimentandStudyonthemainfactorsofeachprocess,determinethemainparametersofthestudyontheapplicationoftechnologydevelopment.Inthispaper,thepretreatmentofcoagulationsedimentationwascarriedout,andthehighsalinitywastewaterwastreatedbyaddingcalciumhydroxideandsodiumcarbonate.TheresultsshowedthatthebestdosageofCa(OH)2was700mg/L,Na2CO3was800mg/L.Hardnessdecreasedfrom1380mg/Lto125mg/L,theremovalratewas90.585%.FurthersofteningofhighsalinechemicalsaftersofteningwithD113--typeweakacidcationresin,Ca2+,Mg2+allhavebeenabsorbedintotheequilibriumconcentrationoftheadsorptioncapacityofD113--typeresinforCa2+,Mg2+for114000mg/L.Byusingreverseosmosis,theconcentrationofsaltinthewatertankwasincreasedwiththeincreaseofsaltcontentintherawwatertank.Thesaltremovalratedecreasedfrom99.35%toabout98.54%andthewaterproductionratedecreasedfrom24.51%to23.94%.Experimentalstudyontheperformanceofreverseosmosistestconcentratedwaterbyusingaself-madepositiveosmosismembrane.Learntheeffectofconcentrationonmembraneperformance:withtheincreasedconcentrationofthedraw,thisexperimentusedthewaterfluxofforwardosmosismembranealsoincreasedwiththeincreaseofwaterfluxfrom5.3L/(m2h)upto23.1L/(m2h);andthesaltconcentrationdecreasedwiththeincreaserateofdrawwillslow,saltrejectionAbstractIIdecreasedfrom94.2%to93.8%;thereversesaltfluxwillincrease,by3.5g/(m2h)upto14.9g/(m2h).Noeffectonspecialreversesaltflux.Effectoftemperatureonmembraneperformance:asthetemperaturerisesslowly,membranefluxincreased,thetemperaturereached35degrees,themaximumwaterfluxof14.9L/(m2h),theretentateratewouldbeslightlydecreased,reversesaltfluxwillincreasewiththeincreaseoftemperature,at30degreesandthereversesaltfluxreachesthemaximumvalueof11.3g/(m2h),andthendecreasedwithtemperatureincreasing.Effectonspecialreversesaltflux.The4040isfoundwithSaehanpenetrationrollfilmexperiment,withpositivetest,permeabilitytestdeviceoperation,rawliquidconductivityfirstincreasesslowlyincreasesrapidly,finallytendstobestable.Whentheconcentrationofis1mol/L,theconductivityoftherawmaterialcanbeconcentratedto43800S/cm.Whentheconcentrationofthesolutionis2mol/L,theconductivityoftherawmaterialcanbeconcentratedto69300S/cm.Thewaterfluxdecreasesgradually,andfinallyapproacheszero.Blowsupportingdistillationandvacuumdistillationthreeasdrawsolutionrecoveryandpurificationmethodswerecomparedwithcolumndistillation,andfromboththerecoveryandpurificationofwater,blowingsupportingdistillationandvacuumdistillationcolumndistillationmethodwasbetterthanthatof.Temperaturecontrolat50to60,therecoveryrateofthetwomethodscanreachmorethan60%.Thetemperatureiscontrolledbetween65and75whenevaporatingandcrystallizingtheconcentratedbrinecontainingsodiumchlorideandsodiumsulfate,whichisbeneficialtothepurificationofsodiumchlorideandsodiumsulfate.Keywords:Highsalinitywastewater;chemicalsoftening;ionexchangesoftening;forwardosevaporationcrystallizationI.............................................................IIAbstract............................................................I1.........................................................11.1...................................................11.2.................................11.3.....................................21.3.1.................................................31.3.2.................................................41.3.3..........................................101.4................................131.4.1..................................131.4.2..................................131.4.3..............................................142........................................162.1................................................162.2............................................162.3..............................................162.3.1....................................162.3.2................................182.3.3......................................182.3.4..................................202.3.5........................................242.3.6................................252.3.7..........................................262.4....................................262.4.1......................................
