中南民族大学硕士学位论文产业集群背景下公司战略研究——以武汉光谷光电子产业集群为例姓名：程海侠申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业战略指导教师：肖文韬20070501I.E.(industrialcluster)()II2004200620002005:IIIAbstractMike.E.PorterbelievesthatIndustrialclustersaregroupsofrelatedindustriesorcompanieslocatedinoneormoreregionsofthestate.Inrecentyears,industrialclusterbecomeacommoninterestofeconomists,geographersandlocalgovernmentofficialsandmanyothers.Industrialclusterplaysanimportantroleinenhancingthelocalornationaleconomiccompetitivenessanddealingwithglobalcompetitionandindividingthework,cooperating,implantingthecompetitiveness.Now,internationaleconomiccompetitionequalstoindustryclusterscompetition.Industrialclusteristhebasicframeworkofworldeconomy,asmallenvironmentthecompanieslivinginandgrowing.Theindustrialclusterruleshowtomaketheenterprisestrategyormakeabusiness.Instrategicdecisions,Enterpriseswillnormallyconsidermanyfactors,suchasthepolitical,economicandindustrialdevelopment,competition,theroleofindustrialchain.Asapartofthesurroundings,theinnercompanymustthinkaboutthefactoroftheindustrialcluster.Thepaperanalyzestheenterprisestrategyinthebackgroundoftheindustrialclusterfrommacro,middle-macroandmicrolevel.Thispaperwilldosomeresearchontheenterprisesinmicrolevelhowtodevelopinindustrialclusterandwhichkindofcompanystrategyshouldtake.Atthesametime,itdiscussessuperficiallythesameproblemsfrommacro,middle-macrolevel.ItisprovedthattheIndustrialclusterispromotingtheeconomicdevelopmentofourcountry.OnthebaseoftheanalysisofWuhan•Chinaopticalvalleyelectronindustrialcluster,whichWuhanopticalvalleywillbequotedas,thepaperdeeplyresearchedtheindustrialclusteranditsinfectionforthedevelopmentofacompanywiththemaincompaniesinopticalvalley.Thispaperusestherelativetheoriesofeconomicscience,managementscienceandeconomicgeographyandacademicanalyticaltoolstoexploretheimpactofindustrialclusteronenterprisestrategy.Onthebasisofthecharactersofhigh-techindustry,suchashigh-speedofknowledgechanging,andspreadofknowledge,thepapertriestoconnectthedevelopmentofindustrialclustertoHigh-techenterprises.Itpointsoutthattheenterprisesshouldbeledbythedevelopmentorientationoftheindustrialclustersandpotentialresource,andshouldconstructtheenterprisestrategywhichstandson“group”.IVAdditionally,besideslocatingprofessionalworkoftheclusterandselectingtargetmarket,theenterpriseshouldmakeknowledgealliancewithotherstotakeadvantageofthegoodenvironmenttheclusterprovides.Atthesametime,theenterpriseshouldgiveupthetraditionalstrategicidea,andmakeitselfbecomeamemberoftheclustertohelpdevelopingtheindustrialcluster.Thepaperresearchesasfollows:Firstly,onthebackgroundoftheclusterpromotingtheeconomicgrowth,exploreshowtomaketheenterprisestrategy.Onthebasisofthetheoryreviews,posesthetarget,thethinkingsafari,thebasicmethodologyandbasicstructureofthestudy.Secondly,owingtotheclusterofmanyfirms,exploresthetheoriesofcompanystrategyrelatedtothebackgroundofthecluster.Itstudiestherelationbetweenstrategicandsurroundingsontheforming,buildingofthestrategywiththesurroundingsandthestrategicselectioninvariousenvironment,andanalyzesthetheoryoftherelationshipbetweenclusterandcompanyonthebasisofserialdocumentsoftheindustrialcluster.Thirdly,investigatesthedataoftotalincomes,thetotalnumbersofenterprises,andthetotalnumbersofemployeesfrom2004to2006yearbelongingtohigh-techindustrialzoneWuhanopticalvalley,andthetotalindustrialproductsofWuhanopticalvalleyopticalelectronicsfrom2000yearto2005year,analyzesthestatusofWuhanopticalvalleyopticalelectronics,andchecksthescaleoftheindustrialclusterbyusingGiniCoefficient,that’s,provestheachievementofWuhanopticalvalleyopticalelectronicsindustrialcluster.Fourthly,analyzestheenterprisestrategicofthechiefenterprises.Itintroducesthestatusoftheseenterprisestrategiesinthecluster,andlooksthestrategiesofchiefenterprisesascasestoanalyze.Fifthly,pointsoutthemainproblemsexistingofWuhanopticalvalley,thinkinghowtosolvetheproblems.Sixthly,putsforwardsthesolutionstotheseproblemsofenterprisesstrategicinWuhanopticalvalleyopticalelectron,andgivestheconstructivemeasuresfrommacro,middle-macroandmicrolevelseparately.Nowadays,industryclusterisstillanewresearchedfieldintheacademe.Inthispaper,therearesomeinnovativethinkingbeenproposed.Firstly,theassociationofindustrialclusterandenterprisestrategyisshownanditexplorestherelationsbetweencompanystrategyandindustrialcluster,pointsoutthattheindustrialclusterformstheenterprisestrategy.ThedevelopmentofindustrialclusterhasaneffectonthegrowthofVtheenterprisesinternally,andthereisainteractionbetweenindustryclusterandcompanystratagemestablishment,inc.ifthedevelopmentofindustryclusterishealthy,thenthecompanystratagemwillaccelerateitsdevelopmentandtheupstandingdevelopmentofcompanyalsogivessomenewpowertoindustryclusterandadvancesittodevelopforhigherlayer.Inall,iftheindustrialclusterisnotfavorabletothedevelopmentofthecompany,thecompanystrategywillblockthedevelopmentofcompanyandindustrycluster.Theseviewpointsgiveanewestvisualangleforresearchingindustryclusterandbringoutthewayofstandingdevelopmentofournationalindustrycluster.Keywords:
