勿忘国耻当思国运.抚今追昔,百感化作一念:当苦日子离去的时间越久远,当富日子光临的越急匆,我们心系国家、民族的命运thesamedirectionofrotation90°or180°for;aftereachdiscrotorwhenmeasuringpositionalignmentofthetwohalfcouplingconstant,shouldalsobeintermsofaccuracyandconsistency.Surfacedeviationmeasurement,mustinevery180degreescorrespondingtothetworadiiareequaltoeachotherinordertoeliminateerrorscausedbymovementoftherotor.Onlyasupportbearingoftherotor,WAcouplings,suchastheuseoftemporaryleavetheCenter,shouldpayattentiontokeeptherotorinthemeasuringprocessinthecenterofthebearingoilretainingthenestdoesnotchange.Steamoilblock,thereshouldbesufficientclearancebetweentherotorand,inrotorsmakesurerotorisnotontheblockorsealoil.Atthetimeofmeasurement,connectionsarenotallowedbetweentworotors,eachinafreeState.Notallowedincaseofassembledsleeve,Centerworkonthetoothedcoupling.Couplingtoolshouldhaveadequatestiffness,installationmustbesecureandreliable.CouplingCenterusingadialindicator,thetableshouldbeputinprisonandavoidtouching,toensurecorrectmeasurement.Couplingdiscafteraweektoreturntotheoriginalposition,circumferenceofdialgaugereadingshouldbeabletogobacktotheoriginalvalue.Whenmeasuringtheclearanceofend,intothefeelerofthegapshouldnotexceedfouratatime,whenthegapistoolarge,youcanusethegasketwiththefeelergaugemeasurementofgaugeblocksorfinishing.bearingsurface,markupshouldbeinaccordancewiththemountingsupportpads,andretestthethickness.Oncetheliftingcylindermeasurementofsurfaceandinternalcylindersurfaceheightdifference,comparedwiththeoriginalvaluesconfirmthelocation.Internalverticalandhorizontalcylinderunderstatekeyinsertioninstallationcomplexmeasuringcylinderinaxialposition.Bottom职务晋升薪资晋级管理规定1.0目的与范围1.1目的为了规范员工晋升、晋级作业程序,特制定本指引。1.2范围1.2.1管理类:包括经营、管理监督、执行等管理岗位(包括总经理、副总经理、经理、主管、组长);1.2.2职能类:人事行政、财务、企划、销售、(包括各部门专业人员、职能人员、行政服务人员)。2.0要求2.1晋升(降职)2.1.1定义:员工行政职务或技术职务的提升或下降。2.1.2类型2.1.2.1职务任命:根据组织架构调整或具体工作的需要,由公司直接任命员工担任某一职务。2.1.2.2岗位异动2.1.2.2.1晋升异动:根据组织架构调整或具体工作的需要,员工从一个岗位转到另一个岗位,职务等级得以提升。2.1.2.2.2降职异动:员工不能履行本岗位工作职责,达不到本岗位的工作要求,从本岗位转到另一个岗位,职务等级有所下降。2.1.2.2.3平级调动:根据组织架构调整或具体工作的需要,员工从一个岗位转到另一个岗位,职务等级保持不变。2.1.2.2.4竞聘上岗:员工通过公司内部招聘进行竞聘,从一个岗位转到另一个岗位。2.1.2.3绩效考核调整2.1.2.3.1公司实行严格的绩效考核制度,员工的绩效考核成绩对其晋升(降职)具有重大影响,绩效考核每月实施一次,考核结果分为S、A、B、C、D五类,具体如下表所示:绩效分数段90分以上80-8970-7960-6960分以下绩效等级SABCD意义优秀良好合格不合格差勿忘国耻当思国运.抚今追昔,百感化作一念:当苦日子离去的时间越久远,当富日子光临的越急匆,我们心系国家、民族的命运thesamedirectionofrotation90°or180°for;aftereachdiscrotorwhenmeasuringpositionalignmentofthetwohalfcouplingconstant,shouldalsobeintermsofaccuracyandconsistency.Surfacedeviationmeasurement,mustinevery180degreescorrespondingtothetworadiiareequaltoeachotherinordertoeliminateerrorscausedbymovementoftherotor.Onlyasupportbearingoftherotor,WAcouplings,suchastheuseoftemporaryleavetheCenter,shouldpayattentiontokeeptherotorinthemeasuringprocessinthecenterofthebearingoilretainingthenestdoesnotchange.Steamoilblock,thereshouldbesufficientclearancebetweentherotorand,inrotorsmakesurerotorisnotontheblockorsealoil.Atthetimeofmeasurement,connectionsarenotallowedbetweentworotors,eachinafreeState.Notallowedincaseofassembledsleeve,Centerworkonthetoothedcoupling.Couplingtoolshouldhaveadequatestiffness,installationmustbesecureandreliable.CouplingCenterusingadialindicator,thetableshouldbeputinprisonandavoidtouching,toensurecorrectmeasurement.Couplingdiscafteraweektoreturntotheoriginalposition,circumferenceofdialgaugereadingshouldbeabletogobacktotheoriginalvalue.Whenmeasuringtheclearanceofend,intothefeelerofthegapshouldnotexceedfouratatime,whenthegapistoolarge,youcanusethegasketwiththefeelergaugemeasurementofgaugeblocksorfinishing.bearingsurface,markupshouldbeinaccordancewiththemountingsupportpads,andretestthethickness.Oncetheliftingcylindermeasurementofsurfaceandinternalcylindersurfaceheightdifference,comparedwiththeoriginalvaluesconfirmthelocation.Internalverticalandhorizontalcylinderunderstatekeyinsertioninstallationcomplexmeasuringcylinderinaxialposition.Bottom2.1.2.3.2绩效考核调整每一年一次,依据考核结果决定具体调整。具体如下表所示:考核成绩职务升降年度绩效考核等级为S有晋升资格年度绩效考核等级为A、B职务保持不变季度绩效考核等级连续两次为C职务降一级季度绩效考核等级连续两次为D辞退2.1.2.3.3员工具体的晋升必须依据公司、各部门组织架构调整或具体工作的需要,并严格按照公司《岗位说明书》的任职要求,同时参考员工的绩效考核成绩予以具体实施和执行。2.2晋级(降级)2.2.1定义:员工薪资级别的提升或下降。2.2.2类型2.2.2.1职务晋升后薪资晋级:根据组织架构调整或具体工作的需要,员工的职务得以提升后,其薪资级别同时也将提升。薪资级别提升的具体等级,原则上按照提升后的职务所在薪资级别最低一级予以定级,不得超过该薪资级别的3级。2.2.2.2岗位异动后薪资晋级2.2.2.2.1晋升异动:员工岗位发生异动,职务等级提升,其薪资级别同时也将得以提升。薪资级别提升的具体等级,原则上按照异动后的岗位所在薪资级别最低一级予以定级,不得超过该薪资级别的3级。特别情况下,异动后的薪资定级可按照实际情况确定,但不得超过异动前薪资级别的3级。2.2.2.2.2降职异动:员工岗位发生异动,职务等级下降,其薪资级别同时也将下降。薪资级别提升的具体等级,原则上按照异动后的岗位所在薪资级别最低一级予以定级,特别情况下,异动后的薪资定级可按照实际情况确定,但不得超过该刚岗位薪资定级标准的5级。2.2.2.2.3平级调动后的薪资定级:平级调动,职务等级不变,薪资等级也保持不变。2.2.2.2.4竞聘上岗后的薪资定级:员工竞聘成功,转入新岗位工作,薪资需要重新定级。原则上按照竞聘的新岗位所在薪资级别最低一级予以定级,不得超过该薪资级别的3级。2.2.2.3绩效考核调整2.2.2.3.1公司实行严格的绩效考核制度,根据员工的绩效考核结果,确定其薪资的调整,绩效考核每月实施一次,考核结果分为S、A、B、C、D五类,并赋予一定的分值,具体如下表所示:盛世年华国际购物广场勿忘国耻当思国运.抚今追昔,百感化作一念:当苦日子离去的时间越久远,当富日子光临的越急匆,我们心系国家、民族的命运thesamedirectionofrotation90°or180°for;aftereachdiscrotorwhenmeasuringpositionalignmentofthetwohalfcouplingconstant,shouldalsobeintermsofaccuracyandconsistency.Surfacedeviationmeasurement,mustinevery180degreescorrespondingtoth
