SLCompany服务有限公司《供应商行为准则》ver1.0-201405Page1/of5SLCompany服务有限公司供应商行为准则SLSupplierCodeofConductSLConsultingServiceCo.Ltd.(“SLCompany”)iscommittedtohighstandardsofbusinessethicsandintegrityasreflectedinSLCompanyChinaSupplierCodeofConduct(“CodeofConduct”).TheCodeofConductexpectsallofitssuppliers(“Suppliers”)toadheretosimilargoodworkingstandardsandbusinessethics.TheSupplierisexpectedtocomplywiththerequirementssetoutinthisCodeofConduct.ViolationsofthiscodeofconductmayresultinimmediateterminationasaSLCompanyChinaSupplierandinlegalactionifnecessary.SLCompanyrealizesthatSuppliersmayneedtimetoaddressareasinwhichtheymaynotbeincompliance.Webelievethatcomplianceisbestachievedthroughaprocessofcontinuousimprovementoveraperiodoftime.Withthisinmind,SLCompanyinvitesitssupplierstokeepusregularlyinformedabouttheiractionsandtheirimprovementplansconcerningtheCodeofConduct.SL咨询服务有限公司(“SL”)一向致力于秉持高标准商业道德和诚信经营的理念,并反映在SLCompany咨询服务有限公司供应商行为准则(“行为准则”)当中。本行为准则期望所有SLCompany供应商(“供应商”)共同遵守一致的优良工作标准和商业道德,满足本行为准则提出的各项要求。违反本准则,可能会导致SLCompany立即停止与供应商的合作关系,必要时并采取法律行动。SLCompany认识到供应商需要时间致力于那些他们不能做到的领域。我们坚信通过一段时间的持续改善的过程,最好地实现依从。这一点,SLCompany鼓励供应商定期向我们通报他们的关于行为准则的行动和改善方案。1.LaborandHumanRights劳工和人权Suppliersmustupholdthehumanrightsofworkers,andtreatthemwithdignityandrespectasunderstoodbytheinternationalcommunity.供应商必须按照国际社会的相关规定,维护员工的人权和尊严,充分尊重员工。2.Antidiscrimination反歧视Suppliersshallnotdiscriminateagainstanyworkerbasedonrace,color,age,gender,sexualorientation,ethnicity,disability,religion,politicalaffiliation,unionmembership,nationalorigin,ormaritalstatusinhiringandemploymentpracticessuchasapplicationsforemployment,promotions,rewards,accesstotraining,jobassignments,wages,benefits,discipline,andtermination.Suppliersshallnotrequireapregnancytestforanyworkersexceptwhererequiredbyapplicablelawsorregulationsorprudentforworkplacesafety.Inaddition,Suppliersshallnotrequireworkersorpotentialworkerstoundergomedicalteststhatcouldbeusedinadiscriminatorywayexceptwhererequiredbyapplicablelawsorregulationsorprudentforworkplacesafety.供应商不得因员工的民族、肤色、年龄、性别、性取向、种族、残疾、宗教、政治面貌、会员身份、国籍或婚姻状况,在诸如求职、晋升、嘉奖、派遣培训、工作分配,工资、福利、惩戒和终止劳动关系等雇佣行为中歧视任何员工。供应商不得要求员工进行怀孕检查,或歧视怀孕员工,除非有适用的法律法规规定或出于谨慎保护工作场所安全的目的。此外,供应商不得要求员工或即将成为其员工的人员进行可能带有歧视意图的体检,除非适用的法律或法规要求,或者出于谨慎保护工作场所安全的目的。3.FairTreatment公平对待SLCompany服务有限公司《供应商行为准则》ver1.0-201405Page2/of5Suppliersshallcommittoaworkplacefreeofharassment.Suppliersshallnotthreatenworkerswithorsubjectthemtoharshorinhumanetreatment,includingsexualharassment,sexualabuse,corporalpunishment,mentalcoercion,physicalcoercion,verbalabuse,orunreasonablerestrictionsonenteringorexitingcompany-providedfacilities.Suppliersshallprohibitharassmentandunlawfuldiscriminationintheworkplace.供应商必须承诺提供一个不存在任何骚扰的工作环境。员工进入或离开公司提供的设施后,供应商不得威胁员工或使员工遭受残酷的或非人道的待遇,其中包括性骚扰、性虐待、体罚、心理胁迫、肉体胁迫、口头谩骂或不合理的限制。供应商应严禁工作场所中的骚扰和不合法的歧视行为。4.PreventionofInvoluntaryLaborandHumanTrafficking防止雇佣非自愿劳工和贩卖人口Suppliersshallnottrafficinpersonsoruseanyformofslave,forced,bonded,indentured,orprisonlabor.Thisincludesthetransportation,harboring,recruitment,transfer,orreceiptofpersonsbymeansofthreat,force,coercion,abduction,fraud,orpaymentstoanypersonhavingcontroloveranotherpersonforthepurposeofexploitation.Allworkmustbevoluntaryandworkersshallbefreetoleaveworkorterminatetheiremploymentwithreasonablenotice.Workersmustnotberequiredtosurrenderanygovernment-issuedidentification,passports,orworkpermitsasaconditionofemployment.Suppliersshallensurethatthird-partyagenciesprovidingworkersarecompliantwiththeprovisionsoftheCodeofConductandthelawsofthesendingandreceivingcountries,whicheverismorestringentinitsprotectionofworkers.Suppliersshallensurethatcontractsforbothdirectandcontractworkersclearlyconveytheconditionsofemploymentinalanguageunderstoodbytheworker.供应商不得贩卖人口或雇佣任何形式的奴隶、强迫性劳工、抵债性质的劳工、契约劳工或监狱劳工。这包括以剥削为目的,以恐吓、暴力、胁迫、诱拐、欺诈或使用利益通过任何人来控制他人等手段,进行人口的运输、窝藏、招聘、转让或收受。所有工作均必须是自愿的,并且所有员工都应享有在以合理的理由通知供应商后,离职或终止雇佣关系的自由。供应商不得以雇佣条件为由,要求员工交出任何由政府颁发的身份证明、护照或工作许可证。供应商应当确保,向其提供员工的第三方劳工代理遵守该准则的相关规定以及输出/输入劳工的国家/地区的相关法律(以在保护员工合法权益方面较为严格的法律法规为准)。供应商应当确保,与直接生产工人和合同工签订的合同中都以员工能理解的语言明确阐述雇用条件。5.ChildLabor童工Childlaborisstrictlyprohibited.Suppliersshallnotusechildlabor.Theminimumageforemploymentorworkshallbe15yearsofage;underage15canbedefinedasChildlabor.Suppliersmustverifytheageoftheirworkersandmaintaincopiesoftheirworkers’proofofage.严禁雇佣童工。供应商不得雇用童工。劳工可被雇佣或可工作的最低年龄应当为15周岁,低于15周岁的雇佣劳动者被定义为童工。供应商必须验证其员工的年龄并保留有关证明复印件。6.WorkingHours工作时间Exceptinemergencyorunusualsituations,aworkweekshallberestrictedto60hours,includingovertime,andworkersshalltakeatleastonedayoffeverysevendays.Allovertimeshallbevoluntary.Undernocircumstancesshallworkexceedthemaximumworkinghourspermittedunderapplicablelawsandregulations.除紧急或特殊情况以外,员工每周的工作时间不得超过60小时(其中包括加班时间),并且应当允许员工每七天至少休息一天。所有加班均应是自愿的。在任何情况下,员工每周的工作时间不得超过适用的法律法规SLCompany服务有限公司《供应商行为准则》ver1.0-201405Page3/of5所规定的最长工作时间。7.WagesandBenefits工资和福利Suppliersshallpayallworkersatleasttheminimumwagerequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulationsandprovidealllegallymandatedbenefits.Inadditiontotheircompensationforregularhoursofwork,worker
