施工组织设计工程名称:XX集团XX乳品厂二期冷库施工单位:负责人:审核人:编制人:编制日期:二〇二〇年八月十五日1目录第一章工程概况········································································3第二章施工布置······································································42.1施工组织·······································································42.2生产总部署····································································42.3劳动力安排····································································42.4保证工期措施·································································4第三章施工准备工作··································································53.1技术准备·······································································53.2材料和施工机具准备························································63.3搭建临设和施工场地准备··················································6第四章施工工艺流程··································································6第五章施工方案········································································65.1施工测量······································································65.2土方施工····································································115.3基础结构工程······························································155.4钢结构制作··································································205.5钢结构吊装流水程序:···················································215.6施工准备·····································································225.7钢梁拼装·····································································225.8钢梁吊装·····································································225.9高强螺栓施工·······························································235.10檩条安装···································································235.11压型钢板的制作··························································2325.12压型钢板的安装··························································235.13彩色钢板屋面材料及设备··············································24第六章季节性施工措施·····························································256.1雨季施工管理目标·························································256.2雨季施工主要措施·························································25第七章工程质量设计······························································257.1质量目标·····································································257.2质量方针·····································································257.3质量保证体系·······························································267.4确保质量管理主要措施···················································26第八章施工管理措施······························································268.1安全管理措施·······························································268.2消防保卫施工措施·························································278.3环境保护技术措施·························································27第九章附图(表)·································································283第一章工程概况1.1工程名称:冷库扩建项目轻钢结构施工1.2建设单位:XX集团XX乳品厂1.3总包单位:1.4设计单位:国内贸易工程设计研究院1.5工程简介:本工程为乳品厂扩建冷库项目,位于XX市密云工业开发区清源路一号,该筑占地面积447.37m2,具体规格为16800mm×15000mm×4500mm(长×宽×高),是在原冷库存的东侧进行扩建的,冷库用来存放保鲜奶,其温度要求控制在0-4℃,日进货量约180吨,其中100吨酸奶的进货温度为15℃,另外80吨进货温度为8℃,经过24小时降至4℃,库内冷却设备采用吊顶式冷风机。冷库的火灾危险性为丙类二项,建筑耐火等级为二级。1.6工程计划开、竣工日期:以甲方通知为准,总工期为90天。4第二章施工布置2.1施工组织我公司把该工程列为重点工程,公司领导将亲自抓,同时选择责任心强、经验丰富的骨干负责全部施工,实行分工协作,负责到人。并配备生产、材料、质量、安全等有关部门,具体管理施工中的各项工作。2.2生产总部署为了及早交付业主使用,经过认真讨论施工方案,确定本工程总工期为30天.为了合理安排生产,提高工作效率,调配好各工种的穿插作业,加快工具机械使用,加快施工进度.施工总进度计划见下表施工工期施工进度总计划9182736455463728190土建钢结构制作主体安装围护安装门窗安装设备安装交验2.3劳动力安排各项施工任务由项目经理部统筹安排,下达工期,质量和安全指标,各工种工长负责实施完成。2.4保证工期措施在建设资金各方面满足的情况下,确保按期完工。2.4.1优选施工管理班子通过企业内部竞争选拔确定项目经理。又富有同类建筑施工经验,管理能力强,技术素质好的人员担任项目经理,同时配备有实力,有同类建筑经验的施工管理人员。2.4.2优选优质量和有进度保证的施工队。2.4.3认真研讨重点施工方案确保正常施工,开工前技术先行,认真研讨重点施工方案,再保证质量上采取相应措施,以缩短工期。本工程重点考虑质量。52.4.4采取合理的施工程序根据建筑、结构设计和施工现场条件,施工方法等因素考虑,贯彻“先主体后围护”的正常施工程序原则,组织施工。2.4.5采用新技术施工目的在推广新技术、新工艺、新材料、提高工程质量,缩短工期,降低工程成本,提高管理水平。2.4.6沿用本单位系列创优措施保证工程质量一次验收合格。2.4.7采取季节性施工措施进行雨季施工,执行历年成熟的有效措施确保雨季正常进行生产,不受季节性气候影响,按期竣工。2.4.8强化生产管理,采用现代化管理网络计划指导日常生产。执行时要强化以下管理。(1)总体网络计划要分解到各个分项、各种专业项目。(2)加强生产计划的检查、监督。及时发现问题,调整计划,排除生产障碍。(3)强化施工高度工作,及时平衡和协调,保证各单位在时间和空间上相互协作,步调一致。2.4.9确保物资供应在主材料、机具、构件配件加工定货的管理上供应及时,在物力上共同确保工期,在资金上也要及时到位。2.4.10全面强化施工管理,主要在工程生产管理、质量管理、文明施工等方面进一步提高管理水平。第三章施工准备工作本工程工期短、任务重、质量要求标准高及受自然条件限制,以及专业之间交叉作业较大,为使该工程优质高速度组织施工,应加强施工的预见性、计划性,做好施工前的各项准备工作。3.1技术准备3.1.1我公司配备了足够的具有一定资历和丰富经验的工程管理人员和技术人员,并配有专业素质的安装工、起重工和电气焊工及板型轧制的专业技术人员。3.1.2熟悉图纸,详细掌握钢屋架与结构的连接位置进行复检,以便准备做好配合工作,根据各专业的具体情况、编制详细的分部分项工程施工措施方案,做到各部环节严谨。63.2材料和施工机具准备3.2.1如我公司中标,我们将在收到工程预付款后,尽快组织材料部门采购材料。3.2.2根据施工进度计划和工程现场实际情况,有组织的分批、分期把材料、设备及施工机具调入现场,以减少现场堆放和保护工作。3.3搭建临设和施工场地准备我们将在中标开工后,本着节约用地,有利生产,方便职工生活和使用安全的原则,及时向业主提出临时搭建和施工场地占用申请和用电用水申请,并与业主和土建协商,合理地安排压型板加工场地和材料堆放地及压型设备,机具位置,并同时考虑安排工程设备到场的短期存放场地,尽量减少对施工作业区的影响。第四章施工工艺流程图纸审核→安装方案→柱基复测→结构与材料清点→结构安装→钢结构调整、焊接→检验(验收)→支架固定→屋面墙面板安装→异形板安装→其它构件安装→验收→交工。第五章施工方案本工程的施工工期较短,施工工序较多,特别是H型钢加工量较大,这就对施工的管理、计划、控制、组织、协调等内容的要求很高,为了确保质量和工期,要求从材料、加工、安装、技术采用等方面严格按照ISO9000的质量控制标准进行,在施工过程中,必须加强质量管理。为了加强市场竞争,提高企业市场地位,在本工程的进行过程中,必须加强成本管理,尽可能采用新技术、新工艺。由于本工程的要求工期短,加工制作工程量大,专业工序多,所以在施工过程中,要求各部分分项工程必须进行合
