II摘要本设计是日供应1.5万m3压缩天然气(CNG)加气站的设计。主要内容是根据天然气相关数据以及各种设计规范,进行天然气计量、调压、脱水、压缩、储存,主要参数的选择计算,并且对工艺管道的流量、管径、壁厚,作出详细的计算并写出计算过程。本设计说明书共包括12个部分:在第一个部分主要介绍了压缩天然气加气站项目建设的背景、项目建设的必要性,第二部分主要对CNG加气站的气质参数具体分析与计算,得出了建CNG加气站的临界压力和临界温度;第三部分主要是建设规模;第四部分主要是天然气加气站的选址、场站建设的条件;第五部分主要介绍了加气站的总规划以及设计执行的主要标准及规;第六部分是本设计中最重要的环节,介绍加气站工艺流程、工艺方案特点以及工艺设备选型、管材、管阀件以及防腐,具体根据加气站的设计规模1.5m3/d的供气量进行各种设备的选型计算以及各种管件、仪器的选择。首先是根据供气量,通过计算确定压缩机,然后根据选择的压缩机的排气量依次进行调压站主要设备(比如过滤器、调压器、以及调压器前后管道)的选择计算,缓冲罐尺寸选择,压缩机后管道的计算选择,选择储气井储气,并进行了储气井的设计计算以及储气井的优化;废气回收罐的选择、及充气流程以及加气机的选择计算。第7部分到12部分主要介绍了加气站的各项配套设施,包括管道的消防设施,安全生产与工业卫生、绿化以及通信,节约能源和合理利用资源,环境保护等。关键词:加气站;压缩机;脱水装置;储气井;加气机IIAbstractThedesignofthesubjectis:onthesupplyof15,000m3ofcompressednaturalgas(CNG)fillingstationsdesign.Themaincontentsoftherelevantdataisbasedonnaturalgasaswellasthedesignspecificationsfornaturalgasmeasurement,voltageregulator,desulfurization,dehydration,compression,storage,thechoiceofthemainparametersofthecalculation,andprocesspipeflow,pipediameter,wallthickness,indetailcalculationprocesstocalculateandwrite.Thedesignspecification,includingatotalof13parts:thefirstintroducedsomeofthemajorprojectsoncompressednaturalgasfillingstationsinthebackground,theneedforprojectconstruction,ThesecondpartofthemaincharacteroftheCNGfillingstationsandcalculationofparametersofaspecificanalysis,tobuildCNGfillingstationsreachedthecriticalpressureandcriticaltemperature,Thethirdpartisthescaleofconstruction;fourthpartisthelocationofnaturalgasfillingstations,thestationbuildingconditions;fifthintroducedsomeofthemajorstationsofthetotalplanninganddesignoftheimplementationofthemainstandardsandregulations;PartVIisthedesignofthemostimportantaspectsonprocessstations,thecharacteristicsoftechnologyprograms,aswellasselectionofprocessequipment,pipe,pipevalves,aswellasanti-corrosionandconcreteinaccordancewiththedesignofstationsthesizeofthevolumeofthegassupplytoavarietyofSelectioncomputingequipmentandavarietyofpipefittings,thechoiceofinstruments.Thefirstisbasedongasvolume,determinedbycalculatingthecompressor,andthendependingonthechosendisplacementcompressorregulatorstationinordertocarryoutmajorequipment(suchasfilters,voltageregulator,aswellastheregulatorbeforeandafterthepipe)option,thebuffertanksizeselection,thecalculationofthecompressorafterthepipelineoption,choosegaswellsandgaswellsinthedesigncalculationandoptimizationofgaswells.Andthedesignofthegaswellsandgaswellsinthecalculationoptimization;gastankrecoveryoptions,andtheinflatableair-flowandincreasethechoiceofthecalculation.Part7to13,introducedsomeofthemajorstationsofthesupportingfacilities,includingpipelinefirefacilities,industrialhygieneandsafetyinproduction,greenandcommunications,energyconservationandrationalutilizationofresources,environmentalprotection,etc.Keywords:fillingstations;compressor;dehydrationdevice;gaswells;fillingmachine目录摘要........................................................................................................................................IABSTRACT........................................................................................................................II1总论...................................................................................................................................11.1项目名称....................................................................................................................11.2编制依据和原则........................................................................................................11.3施工及验收执行的主要规范....................................................................................21.4项目建设的背景及建设的必要性............................................................................21.5项目概况....................................................................................................................52气源及市场分析...............................................................................................................72.1气源状况....................................................................................................................72.2气质参数.....................................................................................................................72.3天然气基本性质........................................................................................................82.4压力等级..................................................................................................................103建设规模.........................................................................................................................113.1建设规模的确定原则..............................................................................................113.2推荐建设规模及理由..............................................................................................114项目选址.........................................................................................................................124.1站址选择..................................................................................................................124.2场站建设条件.............
