Themercerizedandinternationalizedbackground第1页(共17页)外文翻译ThemercerizedandinternationalizedbackgroundAtpresent,underthemercerizedandinternationalizedbackground,howtostrengthentheindependentdevelopmentabilityofourcountry’sautoindustryhasbecometheurgentproblemtobesolved.Thisarticle,byreferringtotheexperienceofdevelopedcountriesofautomobileindustryinimplementingtheindustrialpolicyandcomparingthetworegulationsmadein1994and2OO4aboutindependentintellectualpropertyrightintheindustrialpolicy,hasputforwardpolicyrecommendationsofsupportingindependentdevelopmentofourcountry’sautoindustry.Abrandbasedonmarketispromisesforaproduct'scapability,qualityandservice.Uptonow,well-knownautomobilebrandsareaccountingfortwopercentoftwohundredfarfamedbrandsinallcountry.Meanwhile,aftergoingintoWTO,agreatsetofforeignautomobileenterprisespossessinggoodquality,favorablecapability,knightservicewillenterintoourcountryandbringafire-newideaofbrandforourdomesticconsumers.Nodoubt,thatwillnotonlygreatlyimpactonourdomesticautomobileenterprises,whichdon'thavethecapabilityofindependentexploitationandtheconsciousnessofbrandcultivation,butalsoaffectdevelopmentofautomobileindustry.So,duringthecrucialperiod,ourcountryneedsurgentlybrandsofgreatcompetitivepower,whichcandriveandpromptdevelopmentofautomobileindustry.Thepaper,startingwiththeanalysisofbrandandcombiningwiththetheoryofstrategymanagement,regardingcarmakersasobject,depictsdevelopmentpanoramaofdomesticautomobileindustryandprovidessomesimplethoughtsaboutbreedinganddevelopingautomobilebrandinourcountry,throughstudyingstudyingproblemsrelatingtoautomobilebrand.ItistheprimarystudyingintentionthatupgradescorecompetencyOfdomesticautomobileenterprisesandimpelsdevelopmentofautomobileindustry,recurringtoputtingforwardsomerelatedtacticsofbreedinganddevelopingautomobilebrandinourcountry.Thepaper'smeaningconsiststwopoints:thefirst,itmakesenterprisesattachimportancetoautomobilebrandinconsciousnessandknowitafresh;theThemercerizedandinternationalizedbackground第2页(共17页)second,itadvancessomeoperationaltacticsbydemonstrationanalysis,whichcanbeusedforreferencebyenterprisesandindustry.Researchmethodsusedinthepaperareprimarilydemonstrationanalysisandcomparisonanalysis.Anticipativeresearchfruitsofthepaperinvolve:(1)seedtimeandactualityanalysisofautomobilebrandinourcountry;(2)mode-comparisonofautomobilebrandindifferentcountries;(America,German,Japan,Korea);(3)keyfactorsofaffectingourautomobilebranddevelopment;(4)tacticsandcountermeasuresofcultivatingautomobilebrand.Innovationsofthepaperrestwith:(1)researchcontent,i.e.havingaall-aroundresearchofbreedingautomobilebrandandcomingintobeingstrategysystem;(2)researchpurpose,i.estudyinghowtoforgecompetitiveautomobilebrandcandriveindustrydevelopment;(3)researchangle,i.e.knowingandanalyzingautomobileindustryinvirtueofbrand.Referredtothemainindexesaboutevaluatingnationalcompetitiveability,whichisthecommonlyusedmethodintheinternationalsociety,thisthesisaimsatanalyzingandevaluatingtheinternationalcompetitiveabilityofChineseautomobileindustryinascientificandobjectiveway.Comparedwiththoseindustriesinsomedevelopedcountries,domesticautomobileindustryisrelativelyfrailandhasaverylongwaytogo.ThisthesisillustratesthehistoryofChineseautomobileindustryeversincethefoundationofnewChina,analyzesindetailitsimportantroleinnationaleconomy,andtheopportunitiesandthreatsitmeetsafterchinaentranceWTO.Thisthesisdrawsawholepictureaboutdomesticautomobileindustryfromthreeaspects:products,corporationsandindustries.Consideringthehistoryandactualityofdomesticautomobileindustry,thisthesiscollectsandanalyzesgroupsofdataaboutautomobileindustrybothfromdomesticandinternational.Alotofworkwasmadeinquantitativeandqualitativeanalysisfromallsides.Basedonthis,thisthesisdrewaconclusionaboutevaluatingtheinternationalcompetitiveabilityofChineseautomobileindustry,foundouttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesaboutthisindustry.Intheendofthisthesis,someideasandadviceareputforward.WelfareEvaluationofTradeProtection--Theautomobileindustryofpostworldwar2inJapanThemercerizedandinternationalizedbackground第3页(共17页)Socialwelfareisoneofthekeystandardsinevaluatingtheeffectsofgovernmentpoliciesforbotheconomistsandgovernment.Inthisthesis,havingcomparedandanalyzedtradeprotectionists,i.e.quota,tariffandothernon-tariffbarriersintheireffectsonsocialwelfare,specificevaluationandsuggestionaregiveninthecaseoftheautoindustryprotectioninpostWorldWar2Japan,sotoshedlightontheautoprotectionpoliciesshouldbetakeninChinatoday.Here,consumer’surplusandOhyamaWelfareStandardareselectedinevaluatingsocialwelfare.TheautomobileindustryinPostWorldWar2inJapanispickedfortworeasons.Firstly,theautoindustryinChinatodayisinaverysimilarsituationasthatofJapanusedtobewhileJapanwasanewmemberofGATT.Secondly,regardedasoneofthemostsuccessfullydevelopedindustriesunderprotection,theautoindustryinJapanhassomepreciousexperiencesworthstudying.Thearticlehasfourchapters.Inchapter1,thedefinitionofsocialwelfareisgiven,andthenecessaryandsufficientconditionforParetooptimality,theMashallianCons
