重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要I中文摘要目前我国相当一部分企业内部管理混乱、经营困难、效益低下,急需专业人员对其进行诊断治疗。但是国内现有的许多咨询企业存在着诊断咨询程序不科学、采用的诊断理论落后、使用的方法和工具不适应诊断的需要等缺点,大大的制约了企业诊断业的发展。1993年美国学者哈默(Hammer)提出的“企业再造理论”在美国取得了“爆炸性”成功,在国际上也得到了学术界与企业界的广泛关注。它的基本思想是:以企业作业流程为中心,通过流程优化或再造,打破传统企业的组织结构,使企业能适应信息社会的高效率和快节奏,促进企业员工参与企业管理,实现企业内部的有效沟通,最终大幅度提高企业绩效,增强企业的应变能力和市场竞争力。它的应用既解决了企业发展中大幅度提高绩效的问题,也丰富了企业诊断的理论基础,为企业诊断提供了一种全新的诊断工具。有鉴于此,我们突破传统企业诊断以职能部门为主导的诊断模式,提出基于流程的企业经营管理诊断与优化的方法,以流程为工具探讨一条企业诊断的新思路。在研究过程中,结合A公司经营管理诊断的实例分析,取得了以下成果:首先,通过对企业诊断与流程再造理论的综合分析,指出企业经营管理的诊断与优化可以从流程入手。提出在识别企业经营管理诊断目标的基础上、以诊断目标的相关流程为诊断对象,运用流程诊断工具对企业经营管理进行诊断与优化的思路。其次,以企业经营管理诊断为重点探讨了诊断目标分析识别方法。指出在运用多种方法收集企业内外信息的基础上,通过应用SWOT工具对信息资料进行系统化分析,可以从企业加强长处与改善弱点两个角度识别企业经营管理诊断的目标、方向及相关流程,并给出了基于流程的企业诊断框架模型。第三,通过流程的活动价值诊断分析工具与流程时间模型分析工具对流程的价值性及效率性进行了详细诊断;指出流程活动的价值有效性反映了企业经营管理的过程、组织结构及相关制度;流程的时间效率反映了企业经营管理的效率、人力资源与信息化程度;然后在流程诊断的基础上,运用相应的诊断优化工具对企业经营管理进行诊断优化。最后,通过A公司经营管理诊断与优化的案例,实践了我们研究的工具与方法,并取得了一定的效果。关键词:企业诊断,流程再造(BPR),企业经营管理重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要IIABSTRACTNowadays,inourcountrymanycompanymanagementgetintochaosandinefficient,theyarethirstingforprofessionalconsultanttodiagnosestheircorporations.Butmostofconsultingfirmshadsomeweaknessintheconsultingprocedureandtheory,thediagnosetoolsandtechniquearealsogetunfitableformodernBusinessDiagnoses.ThesescarcityrestrictthedevelopmentofBusinessDiagnoses.In1993,“BusinessProcessReengineering(BPR)”wasbroughtforwardbyAmericanscholarHammer,andgotgreateffectinAmerican.BPRgotalotattentionbyinternationalacademe.ThebasicideaofBPRisfocusedonBusinessProcess,itbreakoutthetraditionalcompanystructurebyreengineeroroptimizebusinessprocess.BPRcouldmakethecorporationsuitforthehighefficiencyandrhythmininformationalsociety.Itcouldacceleratetheenthusiasmofemployee,enhanceinsidecommunication,improvecompetitionalability,boosttheperformancegreatly.TheapplicationofBPRenrichedthetheoryofBusinessDiagnoses,andofferedanewlydiagnosestechnology.So,webrokeupthetraditionalDiagnosestheoryandtoolswhichbasedonfunctionaldepartment.AndputforwardanewlyDiagnosestheoryandtoolsbasedonbusinessprocess.Duringthestudy,welinktheexampleincompanyAandgotalotproductionasfollow:Atfirst,weintegrateBPRandBusinessDiagnosestheory,concludethatBusinessManagementDiagnosescanbecarriedoutbybusinessprocessdiagnoses.Andbringforwardtheclew,confirmthegoalofBusinessManagementDiagnoses,spreadthediagnosesbyprocesstechnology.Second,maketheBusinessManagementDiagnosesasamainobjectinstudy.Exercisealotofmethodtocollectinformationaboutthecompany,usethetoolSWOTtoanalysetheinformationsystemic,comfirmthediagnosesgoal,objectandrelativeprocessthroughthestrenthandweaknessinthecompany.Third,diagnosestheactandtimeinrelativeprocessthroughthemodleofprocessactvalueandtimestructure,andgotaconclusion.Thatthevalueofprocessactreflectthemanagementprocess,structureofcompanyandmanagementregulationssystem;thetimeefficiencyreflecthemanagementefficiency,humanresoureandinformationallevel.Atlast,wepracticethetheoryandtoolswefufilledinmanagementdiagnosein重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要IIICompanyA,andgotobviouslyeffect.Keywords:BusinessDiagnoses,BusinessProcessReengineering(BPR),BusinessManagement重庆大学硕士学位论文目录IV目录中文摘要............................................................................................................................................I英文摘要...........................................................................................................................................II1绪论..............................................................................................................................................11.1本课题研究的目的与意义...........................................................................................................11.2主要研究内容...............................................................................................................................22企业诊断与企业流程再造.................................................................................................42.1企业诊断的概念与特点...............................................................................................................42.1.1企业诊断的概念与意义........................................................................................................42.1.2企业诊断的原理与特点........................................................................................................52.2流程再造及其在企业诊断中的运用...........................................................................................62.2.1企业流程与流程再造概念....................................................................................................62.2.2流程再造理论在企业诊断中的运用....................................................................................92.3小结.............................................................................................................................................103企业诊断目标与对象的分析与识别..........................................................................113.1企业诊断目标的分类.................................................................................................................113.2企业经营管理诊断目标的识别.........................................
