Lesson9:Mr.WoodTeachesaScienceLesson教学设计一、教学目标1、能够正确听、说、认、读temperature,degree,zero,ill等表达温度以及感受的单词，并且能够在真实的语境中运用这些单词进行表达。2、能够运用情境创设法、任务驱动法、自主合作探究法、以旧带新法和多媒体技术直观的学习如何询问和表达气温，达到让学生自然交流，综合运用目的。3、通过情景创设，让学生能够根据天气选择正确的活动，以及穿戴方式，激发和培养学生学习英语的欲望和乐于运用英语交流的态度和能力。二、重难点重点：掌握询问温度的用语“What’sthetemperaturenow?”和询问某人的体温的句型“What’syourtemperature?”及其答语。难点：能够理解degree的正确用法。三、教学准备：多媒体课件、录音机、磁带、导学案四、教学过程Step1WarmingupFreetalkT:Howareyou?How’stheweathertoday?Studentstalkwiththeteacherfreely.Step2Presentation1、T:Lookatthethermometer（温度计），pleasetellme“Whatisthetemperaturenow?”学生观察温度计，并以小组的形式汇报。教师教授“temperature（温度）、degree（度数）、zero（零）”这三个单词，进而操练““Whatisthetemperaturenow？”这个句型。2、groupwork分小组进行实验。将温度计分别放入三杯不同温度的水中，记录温度值，用本课句型进行互问互答，最后在班级内进行交流展示。StudentA:What’sthetemperature?StudentB:It’s________degrees.3、Takeyourowntemperatureingroups.小组活动，用体温计测量自己的体温，并互相进行交流展示。教师适时引导句型“What’syourtemperature?”StudentC:What’syourtemperature?StudentD:It’s________degrees.4、学习文本对话T：“Today,Mr.Woodhasasciencelesson,let’sgoandhavealook.”听录音，完成Part1合作探究题。NO.1:WhatlessondoesMr.Woodteach?NO.2:What’sthechicken’stemperature?NO.3:Isthechickenill?教师借此引导学习举行“What’sthechicken’stemperature?”和“ill，生病”这个单词。Step3PracticeDoaweatherforecast.（出示课件）将课件中出示的内容以天气预报的形式展现出来，并配上天气预报的背景音乐烘托气氛。1、HowistheweatherinBeijing?It'ssnowy.It'scold.What'sthetempreature?It'szerodegreesinBeijing.2、HowistheweatherinLondon?It'scloudy.It'scool.What'sthetempreature?It'stwelvedegreesinLondon.3、HowistheweatherinGuangzhou?It'srainy.It'swarm.What'sthetempreature?It'snineteendegreesinGuangzhou.4、HowistheweatherinCanberra?It'ssunny.It'shot.What'sthetempreature?It'sthirtydegreesinCanberra.Step4Consolidation教师播放关于全球变暖带来的不良影响的视频。呼吁学生爱护环境，保护大自然的生态平衡。Step5HomeworkFinishtherelevantworkbookexercise.五、板书设计Lesson9:Mr.WoodTeachesaScienceLessontheWhat’syourtemperature?thechicken’sIt’s_______degrees.
