ThetallestbuildingintheworldTheTallestBuildingofJinan.BurjDubaiphotostakenfromdistanceTheBurjKhalifatowerisLocatedinDubai,theUAE(UnitedArabEmirates阿拉伯联合酋长国),ithas160floors,828metershigh.BurjDubaiisevenhigherthantheTaipei101Building,320metersTheBurjDubaiwasdesignedbytheChicagocompany'sAmericanarchitectAdrianSmith,andSamsungisresponsiblefortheconstructionoftheBurjDubai.onSeptember21,2004startofconstruction,andonJanuary4,2010itwascompleted.TheBurjKhalifatowerisseenduringitsopeningceremonyinDubai,Jan.4,2010.The828-meter-tallBurjKhalifatower,namedafterthepresidentoftheUAEandrulerofemirateofAbuDhabiSheikhKhalifabinZayedal-Nahayan,openedonMonday.BurjDubaiisnotonlytheworld'stallestbuilding,butalsobrokemanyworldrecords,includingthehighestindependentbuildingfloorsup,thehighestoutdoorviewingplatform(124thfloor),thehighestswimmingpoolandwillalsoincludetheworld'sfastestelevator,speedof17.5m/secandsoonBurjDubaiismainlyforbusiness,itusedasatradingeconomy(dependentontheoiltrade)inadditiontotheservicesandtourism.DubaiGovernmentalsodesirethetowertobecomealandmarkintheMiddleEastWiththecompletionofBurjDubai,thehumanconstructionforthefirsttimeover800metershigh,thisisexcitingtimesthatwehumanscancontinuebeyondourourselves,Ihope,inthenearfuture,tohaveahigherbuildingcanbreakthisrecord,828meters.
