目录1.Cadence系统编辑环境················································2实验1:Cadence系统编辑环境设置与基本操作·······························22.电路图设计工具-Schematic·········································8实验2:二与非门电路原理图设计···············································8实验3:数、模混合集成电路原理图设计·········································143.电路仿真工具-ADE····················································18实验4:ADE环境设置···························································18实验5:差分放大器电路仿真····················································234.版图设计工具-LayoutEditor·····································30实验6:LayoutEditor环境设置·················································30实验7:MOS管版图设计·······················································35实验8:BJT管版图设计·························································38实验9:CMOS反相器版图设计·················································42实验10:Pcells版图设计························································46实验11:pk44chip芯片版图综合设计··········································535.版图验证工具-Diva····················································57实验12:版图验证·······························································57实验13:版图识别·······························································66实验14:版图改错·······························································716.设计性实验··································································73实验15:RS触发器设计·························································73实验16:静态存储器设计·······················································76实验17:三态与非门设计·······················································79实验18:基准电压源设计·······················································81实验19:CMOS放大器设计·····················································83实验20:异或门设计·····························································842Lab1Cadence系统环境设置与基本操作1.实验目的熟悉Cadence系统环境了解CIW窗口的功能掌握基本操作方法2.实验原理系统启动Cadence系统包含有许多工具(或模块),不同工具在启动时所需的License不同,故而启动方法各异。一般情况下涉及到的启动方式主要有以下几种,本实验系统所用到的有icms、icfb、layoutPlus等。①前端启动命令:表1.1前端启动命令命令规模功能icdes基本数字模拟设计输入icdssicde以及数字设计环境icmss前端模拟、混合、微波设计iccaxl前端设计加布局规划②版图工具启动命令表1.2版图工具启动命令命令规模功能Layouts基本版图设计(具有交互DRC功能)layoutPlusm版图设计(具有自动化设计工具和交互验证功能)③系统级启动命令表1.3系统级启动命令命令规模功能swbsPCB设计msfbl混合型号IC设计icfbxl前端到后端大多数工具CIW窗口Cadence系统启动后,自动弹出“what’sNew…”窗口和命令解释窗口CIW(CommandInterpreterWindow)。在“what’sNew…”窗口中,可以看到本实验系统采用的5.0.33版本相对以前版本的一些优点和改进,选择File→close关闭此窗口。CIW窗口如图1.1所示。图1.1CIW窗口CIW窗口按功能可分为主菜单、信息窗口以及命令行。窗口顶部为主菜单,3底部为命令行,中间部分为信息窗口。Cadence系统运行过程中,在信息窗口会给出一些系统信息(如出错信息,程序运行情况等),故而CIW窗口具有实时监控功能。在命令行中通过输入由SKILL语言编写的某些特定命令,可用于辅助设计。主菜单栏有File、Tool、Options、TechnologyFile等选项(不同模块下内容不同),以下为一些常用菜单:2.2.1File菜单File菜单下,主要的菜单项有New、Open、Exit等。Library(库)的地位相当于文件夹,它用来存放一整个设计的所有数据,其中包括单元(cell)以及单元(cell)中的多种视图(view)。Cell(单元)可以是一个简单的单元,像一个与非门,也可以是比较复杂的单元(由symbol搭建而成)。View则包含多种类型,常用的有schematic、symbol、layout、extracted等,各自代表的意思在以后实验中将会提到。New菜单项的子菜单下有Library和Cellview两项。Library项打开NewLibrary窗口,如图1.2所示;Cellview项打开CreateNewFile窗口,如图1.3所示,在以下的实验中将有具体介绍。图1.2NewLibrary窗口图1.3CreateNewFileLibrary窗口分为Library和TechnologyFile两部分。Library部分有Name和Directory两项,分别对应要建立的Library名称和路径,Library名称可以自定义。一般Technology部分选择Don’tneedatechfile选项。如果在库中要创立掩模版或其它的物理数据(即要建立除了schematic外的一些view),则须选择Compileanewtechfile(建立新的工艺文件)或Attachtoanexistingtechfile(使用原有的工艺文件)。CreateNewFile窗口:在LibraryName中选择存放新文件的库,在CellName中输入名称,然后在Tool选项中选择Composer-Schematic,在ViewName中就会自动填上相应的ViewName为schematic。在Tool工具中还有很多别的工具,常用的有Composer-symbol、virtuoso-layout等,分别建立的是symbol、layout的视图(view)。在Librarypathfile中,是系统自建的librarypathfile文件的路径及名称(保存相关库的名称及路径),一般不需要改动。Open菜单项打开相应的OpenFile窗口,如图1.4所示。在LibraryName中选择库名,在CellNames中选择需要打开的单元名,在ViewName中选择视图。点击Browse按钮,可以进行Library、Cell、View的选择。Mode项可以选择打开方式为可编辑状态或者只读状态。Exit菜单项退出CIW窗口。在CIW窗口中,点击右上角的关闭图标“×”可以关闭CIW窗口,但是速度较慢;在命令行中输入“exit”,然后按键Return(即回车键Enter),可以较快地退出CIW窗口。4图1.4OpenFile窗口图1.5LibraryManager窗口注意:本实验的操作说明中,在保证读者能看懂的前提下,尽量保留Cadence系统自带的默认方式以及常用的专有名词。比如,Cadence系统中的Return键即为Windows下的回车键Enter。具体问题在后续实验中陆续说明。2.2.2Tool菜单在Tools菜单下,主要的菜单项有LibraryManager、LibraryPathEditor等。LibraryManager项打开的是库文件管理器(LibraryManager)窗口,如图1.5所示。在窗口的各部分中,分别显示的是Library、Category、Cell、View相应的内容。双击需要打开的view名(或同时按住鼠标左右键从弹出菜单中选择Open项)即可以打开相应的文件。同样在librarymanager中也可以建立library和cell。具体方法是点击file,在下拉菜单中选择library或cell即可。LibraryPathEditor项打开的是LibraryPathEditor窗口,如图1.6所示。从File菜单中选择AddLibrary项,在窗口底部有详细的提示,在窗口中填入相应的库名和路径名,按键Return即可完成编辑,退出窗口时选择保存,则定义的库与路径生效。图1.6LibraryPathEditor窗口2.2.3TechnologyFile工艺技术文件包含了设计必需的很多信息,尤其对版图设计很重要。它包含版层的定义,符号化器件定义,几何、物理、电学设计规则,以及一些针对特定Cadence工具的规则定义,如自动布局布线的规则,版图转换成GDSII时所使用层号的定义等。在版图设计的具体实验内容中再加以说明。3实验内容3.1启动Cadence系统①linux系统启动后,在桌面点击鼠标右键(RMB),使用鼠标左键(LMB)点击选择NewTerminal,打开终端Terminal窗口。5以下为进入不同模块时的启动方法。3.1.1启动电路原理图设计工具-SchematicEditor①License启动后,在Terminal窗口中,输入如下命令:cd~/adelabic5按回车键Enter。②在同一Terminal窗口中,接着输入如下命令(或icfb&):icms&按回车键Enter,弹出CIW窗口和“what’sNew…”窗口。③在弹出的“what’sNew…”窗口中,可以看到5.0.33版本相对以前版本的一些改进和优点。选择File→close关闭此窗口。3.1.2启动版图设计工具-LayoutEditor①License启动后,在Terminal窗口中,输入如下命令:cd~/VLE_5033按回车键Enter。②在同一Terminal窗口中,接着输入如下命令:layoutPlus&按回车键Enter,弹出CIW窗口和“what’sNew…”窗口。③在弹出的“what’sNew…”窗口中,选择File→close关闭此窗口。3.1.3启动版图验证工具-Diva①License启动后,在Te
