DevelopmentofGreenHighPerformanceConcreteforSustainableDevelopment070612129刘海庆Abstract:Withthefastdevelopmentofsocietyandeconomyanimportantfactorthataffectssocialandeconomicdevelopmentisenvironmentalpollution.Infaceofreductionofthenaturalresourcesandthegrowingproblemofenvironmentalpollution,theordinaryconcretehasnotbeenfitwiththeneedofthesocialeconomy;theperfor-mancesofconcretearerequiredimprovement.Sothedevelopmentoftheconcretematerialsisgenerallyconsideredwithenvironmentalprotection,energyconservation,resourcesavingandthegreenhighperformanceconcreteisdeveloped.Thegreenhighperformanceconcretethatisdevelopedinrecentyearsisanewbuildingmaterial.Theconceptandfeaturesofgreenhighperformanceconcreteareintroduced,thenthecategoriesandcurrentapplicationofitareanalyzedandexistproblemsareproposed,finallyitisconcludedthatthedevelopmentofgreenhighper-formanceconcreteistheonlywayforthesustainabledevelopmentoftheconcretematerials.Keywords:greenhighperformanceconcrete;environmentalpollution;sustainabledevelopmentCLC:TU528Documentcode:AArticleID:1672-2132(2010)Suppl.-0432-040IntroductionConcreteisthemostwidelyusedandthegreatestamountofbuildingmaterialsinthecon-structionarea.However,extensiveuseofconcretehasdestroyedunprecedentednaturalresourcessothatresourcesandenergyappearcrisis.Concreteinthe21st.centurynotonlymeetswiththere-quirementsofthestructure,butalsominimizesasmuchaspossiblethedamagetotheecologicalenvi-ronmenttotheneedofsustainabledevelopment.So,developingthegreenhighperformancecon-creteistheneedofthesustainabledevelop-ment.1ConnotationandfeaturesofgreenhighperformanceconcretenWuZongwei,academicianofChineseacademyofengineering,firstproposedtheconceptofcon-creteandhepointedoutthegreenhighperfor-manceconcretewasthedirectionofconcretedevel-opment.Researchersconsiderthegreenhighperformanceconcreteshouldfollowconditionsasfollows:(1)Cementusedmustbegreencement.Sandandstoneshouldbeexploitedorderlyandwithoutdamagingtheenvironment.(2)Cementconsumptionshouldbesavedtothegreatestextentinordertoreduceby-productsduringthecourseofproducingcement,forexam-ple,CO2,SO2,andNO2andsoon.(3)Agriculturalandindustrialwasteresidueprocessedshouldbemixedmore,suchas,ground-edslag,high-qualityflyash,silicafumeandricehusk,toreducecement,protectenvironmentandimproveconcretedurability.(4)Industrialwasteliquidshouldbeusedalot,especially;waterreducingagentmadebyblackpaperwasteliquidandothercompositeaddi-tivedevelopedshouldbemixedtohelpdealingwithotherliquid.(5)Concreteshouldbemixedinthemixingstationtoreducewaste,dustandwasterwaterofmixingconcreteinsiteandwasteandwaterrecy-clingshouldbestrengthened.(6)Throughenhancingthestrength,reduc-ingcross-sectionalareaorvolumeofstructure,re-ducingconcretevolume,cement,sandandstonecanbesaved.Byimprovingdurabilityofconcrete,servicelifeofstructurecanbelengthenedandre-pairandreconstructioncostarefurthersavedandtheindiscriminateuseofnaturalresourceswillbereduced.(7)Alotofdemolitionwasteshouldberecy-cledandrecycledaggregateconcreteshouldbede-veloped.Theconceptofgreenhighperformancecon-creteistostrengthenpeople′sgreenawarenessandtoplayanimportantroleofenergysavinganden-vironmentalprotection.Itisconcludedthatthede-velopmentofgreenhighperformanceconcreteistheonlywayforthesustainabledevelopmentofconcrete.2Classificationofthegreenhighperformanceconcrete2.1Ecologicalenvironment-friendlyconcreteTomeetwiththerequirementsofhighstrengthandhighdurability,traditionalconcreteisalwaysinpursuitofitscompactness,whichwillcauseconcretestructures(lotsofbuildingsandrigidpavementandsoon)lackofpermeabilityandpermeability,exacerbateurbanheatislandeffect,deterioratehumanlivingenvironment.Sorainwa-tercannotpenetratesothatitlowersground-wa-tertableinthecityandaffectsgrowthofthesur-faceplant,inaresult,causesurbanecologicalsys-temdisorder.Becauseconcretecolorisgray,livingspacebuiltinconcretegivesarough,hard,cold,darkfeeling.Soitisconcludedthatthedevelop-mentofecologicalenvironment-friendlyconcreteistheonlywaytosolvetheseproblems.Another,e-cologicalenvironment-friendlyconcretecanbedi-videdintoplantconcreteandwater-permeabilityconcreteaccordingtodifferentfunctions.2.2RecycledaggregateconcreteConcretefromtheoldbuildingsorstructurescanbedividedintocoarseandfineaggregatethroughbreakingandthisaggregatetakeplaceofsomesandandgravel.Sothisisconsideredasre-cycledaggregateconcrete.Theuseofrecycledag-gregatehasbeenviewedasoneofmainmeasuresinthedevelopmentofgreenconcrete.2.3High-volumeflyashhighperformancecon-creteFlyashmixedcanimproveconcrete’sstrength,impermeabilityandfrostresistance,lowershrinkage;inhibittheeffectofthealkali-ag-gregatereaction.Highperformanceconcretewhichismixedagreatdealofflyashandthemorphologi-caleffects,micro-aggregateeffects,volcanicasheffectsofflyashareusedfullywillleadtogreatereconomicandenvironmentalbenefits.2.4Environmentallymitigatableconcrete(1)Environment-protectingconcrete:thedif-ferencesincompositionbetweenthisconcreteandtraditionalconcretearethatalotofsolidwaste,industrialwasteresidue,wastebrick,concreteandsolidrubbishandsoona
