财产保险合同(英文)propertyinsuranceclauseswholedoc.i.thepropertyinsuredthepropertyinsuredshallrefertoallpropertiesandexpensesspe-cifiedinthescheduleofthispolicy.unlessspecificallyagreeduponinwritingbetweentheinsuredandthecompanyandappraisedandvalue-establishedbyprofessionalsorassessors,thefollowingarticlesandtheexpensesrelevanttheretoshallnotbecoveredunderthispolicy:1.gold,silver,pearls,diamonds,preciousstonesandjades;2.antiques,articlesofvirtue,ancientcoins,ancientbooksandancientpaintings;3.worksofartorpostagestamps;4.advertisements,aerials,neon,piecesofsolarenergyapparatusetc.onbuildings;5.computersystemrecordsoritsmakingandcopyingcosts.undernocircumstancesshallthefollowingarticlesrelevanttheretobecoveredhereunder:1.guns,ammunitionorexplosives;2.banknotes,securities,bills,documents,files,accountbooksordrawings;3.animals,plantsandagriculturalcrops;4.mobilephones,portablecomputers,removablephotographapparatusorotherpreciousarticles;5.vehicleslicensedforgeneraltransportuse.ii.scopeofcoverthecompanyshallindemnifytheinsuredinrespectofthephysicallossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertystatedinthescheduleduringtheperiodofinsurancedirectlyarisingfromthefollowingperils:1.fire;2.explosion;butnotincludingexplosionofaboilerorotherpressurereliefdevices;3.lightning;4.hurricane,typhoonandtornado;5.storm,tempestandflood;butnotincludinglossordamagecausedbychangeinnormalwaterlevelorinundationfromseawaterorwaterescapeorleakagefromthenormalconfinesofanynaturalwatercourse,lakeorreservoir,canalordamaswellaslossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedbystorm,tempestorfloodwhilebeingstoredintheopenorcoveredbyorunderashedthatchedwithreeds,tarpaulins,straw,asphaltfelt,plasticornylonsheet;6.hailstorm;7.landslide,rockslide,avalanche;8.volcanicexplosion;9.subsidenceofground;butnotincludinglossordamageresultingfrompiledriving,groundworkorexcavation;10.crashingaircraftandpartsorarticlesfallingfromaircraftandotherflyingobjects;11.burstingofwatertankorpipe;butnotincludingburstingofwatertankorpipeduetorust.iii.exclusionsthiscompanyshallnotbeliablefor:1.lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertyorexpensescausedbyintentionalactorgrossnegligenceoftheinsuredorhisrepresentative;2.lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedandexpensesincurredbyearthquakeortsunami;3.depreciation,lossofmarket,lossofuseandotherconsequentiallossesofanydescription;4.lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertyorexpensesincurredarisingfromwar,warlikeoperation,hostilities,armedconflicts,terrorism,conspiracyinsurrection,coupdetat,strike,riot,andcivilcommotion;5.confiscation,requisition,destructionordamagebyanyactionororderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthorities;6.lossofordamagetoinsuredpropertydirectlyorindirectlycausedorexpensesincurredbynuclearfission,nuclearfusion,nuclearweapon,nuclearmaterial,nuclearradiationandradioactivecontamination;7.lossordamagecausedandexpensesincurredbypollutionofanykindordescriptionwhatsoeversuchasatmosphere,landandwaterpollutionsbutthisdoesnotincludelossordamagecausedbypollutionarisingfromperilsspecifiedinarticleiithepolicy;8.thedeductiblesstatedinthescheduletobebornebytheinsured;9.lossordamagearisingfromanyotherperilsnotlistedinarticleiiofthispolicy.iv.treatmentofclaim1.thecompanyshallatitsoption,indemnifytheinsuredinrespectoflossordamagefallingwithinthescopeofcoverofthepolicybyeither:1.1payingtheamountoftheactualvalueofthepropertylostordamagedor;1.2payingthenecessarycostofrepairingorrestoringthedamagedpropertytoitsnearestconditionimmediatelyprecedingthedamageor;1.3repairingorrestoringthedamagedpropertytoaconditionneartootherpropertyoflikekindandquality.2.indemnityunderthispolicyshallbebaseduponthesoundmarketvalueofthepropertyprevailingatthetimeofloss.ifthesoundmarketvalueofthedamagedpropertyislowerthanthesuminsuredofsuchproperty,theclaimshallbesettledonitsmarketvalue;ifthesoundmarketvalueofthepropertyisinexcessofthesuminsured,thecompanyshallonlybeliableforsuchproportionoftheclaimasthesuminsuredofthedamagedpropertybearstoitssoundmarketvalue.iftheinsuredpropertyenumeratedinthescheduleismorethanoneitem,theprovisionofthisclauseshallapplytoeachthereof.3.ifaclaimforlossofordamagetotheinsureditemissettledonatotallossbasis,thesalvagevalueofsuchitemshallbedeductedfromtheindemnitypayablebythecompany.thecompanymay,atitsoption,declinetheabandonmentofanydamagedpropertybytheinsured.4.intheeventoflossofordamagetoanyequipmentiteminsuredformingpartofapairorset,thecompanyshallnotbeliableinrespectofeachofsuchitemlostordamagedformorethanitsproportionatepartofthesuminsuredonthecompletepairorset.5.intheeventofanylossoccurrence,thecompanyshallalsopaytheinsuredfortheexpensesreasonablyincurredfortakingnecessarymeasurestominimizelossordamagetotheleastextent,butinnocaseshallsuchexpensesreferredheretoexceedthesuminsuredoftheinsuredproperty.6.uponsettlementofaclaim,anendorsementshallbeissuedbythecompanytoreducethesuminsuredcorrespondingtothepropertylostordamagedbytheamountsosettledfromthedateofloss,andnopremiumshallberefundedfortheamountsoreduced.ifreinstatementofthesuminsuredisrequiredbyt
