Agreement1.tsinghuauniversityhasagreedtoadmitdr.______(name)_________(country)asapostdoctoralresearcheratschool(college,institute,center,department)of________.2.prof.________(name)assideahasbeenentrustedbypresidentofschool(college,institute,center,department)of______________intsinghuauniversitytosignthisagreementwithdr._________(name)assidebonthebasisoffriendlycooperation,andbothsideswillpledgetoconscientiouslyfulfillallobligationsstipulatedintheagreement.3.theperiodofvalidityoftheagreementwillbefrom_______(month),200_(year)totheof_____(month)200__(year).4.sidebwillfulfillthefollowingresearchagreedbybothsides:titleofresearchproject(s):effectsofoxygenatedfuelsoncombustionandemissionsinopticalengine.assignmentsandexpectedtargetsoftheresearchproject(s):studytheeffectsofoxygenatedfuelsonspray,ignition,speedofflamepropagation,temperaturefieldandparticulatefield,andobtainusefulinformationabouthowtoreduceemissionsfromengines.obligationsofsidea:sideawillprovidesidebwithindispensablecoworker,instrumentsforthelatter’sresearch.sideawillprovidesidebwithresearch-relatedsupervisionandcooperation.underpresentconditions,sideawillprovidesidebwithconvenienceinthelatter’sresearch,livingcondition.sideawillintroducerelatedinstruments’operationrulesandregulationstosideb.6.obligationsofsideb:sidebshouldcomplywiththelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbychinesegovernment,andshouldnotinterferewithchineseinternalaffairs,andshouldnotinvolveinanyactivitiesthatisnotcommensuratewiththepositionofapostdoctoralresearcher.sidebshouldobservetheregulationsenactedbysidea.sidebshouldcompletetheassignmentsinitem4withintheperiodinitem3.allresearchfruitsachievedbysidebsupportedbysideaduringtheperiodshouldbesidea’sintellectualproperties,andsideb’spublicationabouthis/herresearchshouldbeissuedinthenameofapostdoctoralresearchoftsinghuauniversity.sidebshouldsubmithis/herresearchsummarytosideabeforeonetotwomonthsofexpiration,giveapresentationtoacademiccommitteeandwillbeevaluatedbyfellowspecialistsabouthis/herresearch.7.salary(1)□sidebwillreceiveashis/hersalarypaidbysideamonthly.(2)awillnotprovidesidebwithanysalary.(3)□sidebwillreceivehis/hermonthlypaymentyuanintheformofscholarshipsupportedby8.housingduringtheperiodinitem3,sideawillprovidesidebwithafurnishedapartmentwithabathroomandakitchen.sideawillpaytherentforsidebandsidebwillpaytheotherexpensessuchascoalgas,waterandelectricitysupplies.9.medicalcarewithintheperiodinitem3,sideawilltransactamedicalcardoftsinghuauniversityhospitalforsideb.withthecard,thelattercanseeadoctorinthehospital,andshouldpaytheexpensesbyhimself/herself.whenaskingforasickleave,sidebshouldhaveadoctor’scertificateabouthis/herhealthcondition.10.vacationwithintheperiodinitem3,sidebcanenjoyvacationssuchaswintervacationandsummervocationscheduledbytsinghuauniversity.11.arrangementofchildrenduringtheperiodinitem3,sideawillprovidesidebwiththehelpforhis/herchildrenlivinginchinatogotokindergartenorschool.12.revision,cancellationandterminationoftheagreementbothsidesshouldabidebytheagreementandshouldnotrevise,cancelandterminatetheagreementwithoutmutualapproval.ifdissensionsariseabouttheagreement,bothsidesshouldconsultwitheachotherandmediateanydisputes.sideahastherighttoformallyrepealtheagreementreachedbybothsidesunderthefollowingconditions:(ⅰ)sidebdoesnotfulfilltheagreementorisnotconsistentwiththestipulatedobligationsaftersideahaspointedouthis/herwrongaction.(ⅱ)thediagnosisaboutsideb’shealthshowsthathe/shecannotcontinuehis/herresearchafterathirtydaysickleave.sidebhastherighttoformallyrepealtheagreementreachedbybothsidesunderthefollowingconditions:(ⅰ)sideahasnotprovidedsidebwithnecessaryresearchinstrumentsandlivingconditions.(ⅱ)sideahasnotpaidsideb’ssalaryonschedule.13.aftertheexpirationoftheagreement,sidebshouldmoveouttheapartmentofferedbysidea.ifsidebdoesnotmoveoutontime,tsinghuauniversitywilldealwiththesituationaccordingtorelevantregulations.andsidebwillbearallexpenseshe/shestaysinchina.14.theagreementwilltakeeffectafterbothsides’signature,anditwillbecomeinvalidationaftertheexpirationinitem3.sideasideb(
