TRANSLATIONAGREEMENT(翻译合同英文版)PartyA:_________Address:_________PartyB:_________Address:_________BothpartiesofPartyAandPartyBhavesignedtheTranslationServiceContractbasedontheprincipleoffriendlycooperationandmutualdevelopment.Thearticlesareasfollows:1.PartyAentrustsPartyBwiththetranslationservice.PartyAshallprovidelegibledocumentsintimeandgiveclearrequirementsandcontrolthetranslationqualityofPartyB.2.PartyBshallcompletethetranslationworkintimeanddeliverthetranslationbyprintedhardcopyandarelevantdiskwithintheagreeddate（withtheexceptionofthedelaycausedbyForceMajeure）.Detailsaboutthedeliverytimewillbediscussedbetweenthetwoparties.Fortheurgentrequest，thedeliverytimewillbediscussedaccordinglybetweenthetwoparties.3.PartyBshallkeepconfidentialityofanydocumentsprovidedbyPartyAandcannotdisclosetothethirdparty.4.Calculationoftheloadoftranslation:Forelectronicdocuments，thetranslationloadshallbebasedonthestatisticsofthecomputer（ChineseVersionWord2000“Chinesecharactersnotincludingblankspaces”）.Forprinteddocuments，thetranslationloadshallbecalculatedaccordingtolinesofChinesecharacters（theoriginalprintedcopy），i.e.lines×rows.5.PartyBwillchargethetranslationprojectfromPartyAwithfavorableprice:ForEnglish-ChineseRMB／_________Chinesecharactersandmarks（Morethan_________Chinesecharactersandmarks）.6.PartyBcanevaluateandnoticePartyAtheestimatedtranslationfeebeforethelaunchoftheproject.PartyAshallpaytoPartyBtheamountoftranslationfeeaccordingtotheactuallycalculatedloadoftranslation（asspecifiedinClause4ofthisContract）.7.PartyBpromisestoprovidenecessarymodificationstothetranslationdocumentsfreeofchargeafterthedelivery.8.Termsofpayment:PartyAshouldpayPartyB50％ofthetotalpaymentwhenthetranslateddocumentisdelivered（onthesameday）.Theremaining50％willbepaidfullywithin_________days.Whenthepaymentisnotreceivedin_________days，alatepaymentchargeof_________‰dailyisapplied.9.PartyBshallguaranteethatthequalityofthetranslationandrelevantservicebeuptothereceivedevenhandedstandardofthetranslationindustry.Incaseanydisputesarisingfromthequalityofthetranslationmaterial，itshallbesettledthroughthejudgmentofathirdpartyagreedbythetwopartiesorapplytoarbitrationdirectly.10.Thiscontractiswritteninduplicates，oneforeachpartyandshallcomeintoforceafterbeingsignedandsealedbybothPartyAandPartyB.PartyA（signature）:_________PartyB（signature）:_________Date:_______________________Date:______________________
