项目复工防疫方案(中英文)

苏州项目复工防疫方案VirusPreventionWorkPlanforSuzhouProject鉴于新型肺炎防控的严峻形势，节后复工是所有企业及项目关注的焦点，故针对节后复工需要注意的事项进行基本的说明及描述：Inviewoftheserioussituationofpreventionandcontrolofcoronavirus,returntoworkisthefocusofallenterprisesandprojects,soreturntoworkattentionsneedtobasicinstructionsanddescriptions.1.项目成立疫情防范小组Establishacoronaviruspreventionteam针对疫情，成立项目疫情防范小组，进行人员管控，环境消毒，疫情宣传，物资筹备等方面的工作，确保项目所有的疫情防护措施做到位。Establishacoronaviruspreventionteam，responsibleforpersonnelcontrol,environmentaldisinfection,coronaviruspublicity,materialpreparation,etc.,ensurethatallcoronaviruspreventionmeasuresoftheprojectareinplace.疫情防范组织架构图（领导小组）Coronaviruspreventionorganizationchart（leadergroup）EHSManager安全经理CM施工经理LeadLabor-contractor劳务分包PM项目经理每日进行体温检测,对于体温高于37.3度,咳嗽,腹泻的人员,一律不允许进入施工现场区域,由相关承包商单位的人员将发热人员送回居住地或送医院检查.如经检查发现疑似病例或确诊人员,相关承包商单位人员必须迅速组织排查其周边密切接触人员，如室友等，收集相关信息,配合医院的隔离和密切观察工作Dailytemperaturetest,forbodytemperatureishigherthan37.3degrees,coughing,diarrhea,shallnotbeallowedtoentertheconstructionsitearea。Therelevantcontractorstaffshallreturntheheatingpersonneltotheplaceofresidenceorsendthemtothehospitalforexamination。Thestaffoftherelevantcontractorunitmustpromptlyorganizetheinvestigationofthepeoplewhohaveclosecontactwiththesurroundingarea,suchasroommates,collectrelevantinformation,cooperatewiththeisolationofthehospitalandcloselyobservethework.2.项目复工运行应对策略Strategiesforprojectrestarting围绕“人机料法环”等几个方面，对项目运行进行综合考虑，制定相应的应对策略Basedonseveralaspectssuchaspeople,machine,material,law,environment,overconsiderationtheoperationoftheproject，drawupcorrespondingstrategies.2.1.人：业主，物业管理人员，CMC管理人员，劳务分包管理人员，工人，供应商，访客等统一遵守现场对疫情防控的管理要求，无一例外。People：Ownermanagement，Propertymanagement，CMCmanagement，Laborsubcontractor，Worker，Supplier，Visitor,etc应对策略：逐级沟通汇报的原则及疫情防控工作小组正常运作；检查所有项目人员14天内的旅程信息，到达苏州现场前，请主动填报苏城码为绿码的前提下通知现场管理人员，登记人员信息,在项目组书面许可情况下，方可通知到现场。无通知禁止私自到达现场。采取自行汇报且上级登记的方式，填写14天内的密切接触人员的基本信息（如家人等），对于有感冒发烧咳嗽迹象的员工进行隔离及密切关注。Copingstrategy：Theprincipleoflevel-by-levelcommunicationandreportingandthegroupoperationoncoronavirusprevention,checkthetravelinformationofallprojectpersonnelwithin14daysbeforearrivingatthesiteinSuzhou,pleaseinformthesitemanagementpeopleonthepremisethattheSuzhoucitycodeisgreen,theregistrationpersonnelinformationsheetcanonlybenotifiedtothesitewiththewrittenpermissionoftheprojectteam.noarrivalwithoutnotice，taketheformofself-reportandsuperiorregistration,fillinthebasicinformationofclosecontactpersonnelwithin14days(suchasfamilymembers,etc.),isolateandpaycloseattentiontoemployeeswithsignsofcold,feverandcough.2.2.机：所有的设备，特别是每日需要使用的机械设备Machine：Allequipment,especiallyfordailyusedmechanicalequipment应对策略：采取专门的消毒措施，可以考虑设置专门的简易消毒站进行消毒，也可用75%酒精喷撒并擦拭。Copingstrategy：Specialdisinfectionmeasuresandcanbeconsideredtosetupaspecialsimpledisinfectionstation，canalsouse75%alcoholsprayandwipe.2.3.料：所有到货现场的材料及现场配备的防疫物资Material：Allthematerialssuppliedandthecoronaviruspreventionmaterialswepurchase.应对策略：针对到场所有材料，均对外包装采用75%医用酒精消毒。合理发放防疫物资，必须保证人手一个医用口罩和防护眼镜，口罩每人1只，每天更换，眼镜破损更换。口罩，眼镜，75%医用酒精，消毒液，始终备有2周用量，库存最低不少于一周用量即开始采购。原则上在国家针对疫情解除警报前，施工现场必须佩戴口罩和防护眼镜，在疫情警报解除前作为项目必备PPE要求之一。Copingstrategy：Forallmaterialsonsite,75%medicalalcoholisusedtosterilizetheexternalpackaging，reasonabledistributionofviruspreventionsupplies,wemustensurethatthehandsofasurgicalmaskandprotectiveglasses,masksperperson1,dailyreplacement,glassesdamagedreplacement.Mask,glasses,75%medicalalcohol,disinfectant,alwaysavailablefor2weeks,stockminimumofnolessthanaweekbeforethepurchase.Inprinciple,beforethenationalalertfortheoutbreakislifted,theconstructionsitemustwearmasksandprotectiveglasses,asoneofthenecessaryPPErequirementsfortheprojectbeforetheoutbreakalertislifted.2.4.法：防疫的主要方法为：测温：早上进场测温，下午进场测温，一天两次测温。如有晚上加班，则需安排值守人员，执行晚间作业进场测温并记录。消毒：下午下班时人员离场后用84消毒液或75%酒精进行全场喷洒消毒杀菌。距离：人员尽量保持2米距离。Method：Themainmethodsofepidemicprevention:Temperaturemeasurement:inthemorningandtheafternoon,twiceaday,ifyouworkovertimeintheevening,youshouldarrangethewatchmantomeasurethetemperatureandrecordit.Disinfection:Afterwork，thewholefieldissprayedwith84disinfectantor75%alcoholfordisinfectionandsterilization.Distance:personnelshouldkeepadistanceof2metersasfaraspossible.2.5.环：管控环节，现场一个出入口原则，在出入口集中管控人员进场测温，同时管控屋顶和室外施工人员按上午和下午进场时测温，一天两次；对施工现场，现场办公室，卫生间和宿舍每天进行消毒杀毒处理。每日做好记录。Environment：Inthecontrollink,theprincipleofoneentranceandexitonthesiteistomeasurethetemperaturebycentralizedcontrolpersonnel.Meanwhile,thetemperatureoftheroofandoutdoorconstructionpersonnelismeasuredinthemorningandafternoon,twiceaday.Sterilizetheconstructionsite,office,toiletanddormitoryeveryday.Keepadailyrecord.应对策略：做好环境治理，预防感染的措施，可以设置隔离站，具有急救资质的相关人员。Copingstrategy：Doagoodjobinenvironmentalmanagement,preventionofinfectionmeasures,cansetupisolationstations,andtherelevantpeoplewithfirstaidcertification,especiallyforthepublicareassuchascanteen,dormitory,etc.tocarryoutsterilizationtreatmentinadvance，theentranceandexitoftheconstructionsiteshallbecontrolled.3.疫情防护用品清单Listofcoronavirusprotectionequipment3.1.个人防疫用品：医用外科口罩，医用一次性口罩，防护眼镜Personalprotectionequipment:surgicalmask,medicaldisposablem
