ICS25.040.20J50JB/T10271-2001数控机床直流主轴电动机通用技术条件GeneralspecificationforD.C.spindlemotors2001-06-04发布2001-10-01实施中国机械工业联合会发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13定义····················································································································································································································14型号和结构····································································································································································································25技术要求·········································································································································································································36试验方法·········································································································································································································97检验规则·······································································································································································································138质量保证期··································································································································································································159标志、包装、运输和贮存···································································································································································15JB/T10271-2001目次II前言数控机床所用直流主轴电动机大多采用直流电动机结构,但与普通直流电动机又有不同,所以不能套用直流电动机的标准,且没有相应国际标准及国外先进国家标准。本标准编写目的旨在使国内产品向国际水平靠拢,并能指导行业生产。本标准根据JB/T8832—1999《机床数字控制系统通用技术条件》要求,在国际电工委员会IEC60034–1《旋转电机定额与性能》(1996年版)和IEC72–1《旋转电机尺寸与功率等级》(1991年版)的基础上,参考国际著名大公司的产品样本并结合我国企业生产情况编制的,并尽可能与上述国际标准的有关规定保持一致。本标准由全国工业自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:北京机床研究所。本标准主要起草人:厉承兆。本标准于2001年6月首次发布。本标准委托北京机床研究所负责解释。JB/T10271-200111范围本标准规定了数控机床用直流主轴电动机的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于数控机床及类似用途的直流主轴电动机(以下简称电动机)。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB755—2000旋转电机定额和性能(idtIEC60034–1∶1996)GB/T1311—1989直流电机试验方法(neqIEEE113∶1973)GB/T2423.3—1993电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Ca:恒定湿热试验方法(eqvIEC60068–2–3∶1984)GB/T2423.16—1999电工电子产品环境试验第2部分:试验方法试验J和导则:长霉(idtIEC60068–2–10∶1988)GB/T2423.17—1993电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Ka:盐雾试验方法(eqvIEC60068–2–11∶1981)GB/T2828—1987逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB4208—1993外壳防护等级(IP代码)(eqvIEC529∶1989)GB/T4772.1~4772.2—1999旋转电机尺寸和输出功率等级(idtIEC72∶1990)GB/T4831—1984电机产品型号编制方法GB10068—2000轴中心高为56mm及以上电机的机械振动振动的测量、评定及限值(idtIEC60034–14∶1996)GB/T10069.1—1988旋转电机噪声测定方法及限值噪声工程测定方法(neqISO61680–1∶1986)GB/T13384—1992机电产品包装通用技术条件3定义本标准采用下列定义。3.1连续额定输出功率在电动机温升不超过允许温升的条件下,电动机能长期工作的区域称为连续工作区。在连续工作中国机械工业联合会2001-06-04批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准数控机床直流主轴电动机通用技术条件GeneralspecificationforD.C.spindlemotorsJB/T10271-20012001-10-01实施JB/T10271-20012区内,电动机所能输出的昀大功率称为连续额定输出功率。简称为额定功率。3.2短时工作制(S2)时的额定输出功率在S230min工作区内,电动机所能输出的昀大功率。3.3连续周期工作制(S6)时的额定输出功率在S650%工作区(循环时间:10min;接通5min,断开5min)内,电动机所能输出的昀大功率。3.4额定转矩在连续工作区内,电动机所能输出的昀大转矩。3.5额定转速(基本转速)在连续工作区内,在额定转矩下,电动机达到昀大功率时的转速。3.6昀高转速在连续工作区内,电动机允许的昀大转速。3.7额定电流电动机在连续工作区内,对应额定转矩时的电枢电流。3.8昀高电压在额定转速下,短时工作制(S2)时对应该点昀大功率时的电动机端子间的电压。4型号和结构4.1型号命名电动机的型号命名按GB/T4831的规定,由产品代号、规格代号和补充代号等部分组成。4.1.1产品代号产品代号用大写汉语拼音字母表示:ZZT——表示机床主轴用他激直流电动机;ZZY——表示机床主轴用永磁直流电动机。4.1.2规格代号规格代号用机座号(中心高)(底脚安装电动机)或凸缘号(凸缘安装电动机)和机座长度表示。安装尺寸以及轴伸、键和键槽的尺寸,按GB/T4772.1—1999中表1~表4的规定。4.1.3补充代号补充代号仅用于有此要求的电动机(如指定额定转速或反馈部件)。补充代号用汉语拼音字母或阿拉伯数字表示。补充代号的含义应在产品说明书中说明。4.1.4型号示例底脚安装、机座号为112S(S表示短铁芯——即指短的底脚螺栓通孔轴线间的距离)、额定转速为1500r/min的他激式直流主轴电动机:凸缘安装、凸缘号为FF115(FF表示凸缘上有通孔)、额定转速为1500r/min的他激式直流主轴电1500112SZZT补充代号规格代号产品代号1500FF115ZZT补充代号规格代号JB/T10271-20013动机:4.2基本外形结构及安装型式电动机的安装型式为底脚安装或凸缘安装。电动机的基本轴伸型式为键槽轴伸。反馈元件可安装于电动机后罩内。5技术要求5.1环境适应性5.1.1气候环境适应性电动机的工作气候环境条件及贮存、运输气候环境条件见表1。表1项目工作气候条件贮存、运输气候条件环境温度0~40℃–40~+55℃相对湿度30%~95%(不凝露)≤95%(40℃)大气压强86~106kPa86~106kPa5.1.2海拔高度当海拔高度不超过1000m时,电动机应能保证各项技术指标。当海拔高度超过1000m时,需考虑空气冷却效果的减弱,此时需按制造厂与用户之间的协议进行设计和使用。5.2外观及装配质量5.2.1外观电动机表面不应有锈蚀、涂覆层脱落、碰伤和划痕,紧固件联接应牢固,接线装置标记及铭牌的字迹和内容应清楚无误且不得脱落。5.2.2外形及安装尺寸电动机外形及安装尺寸示意见图1。JB/T10271-20014图1电动机外形尺寸示意各尺寸符号的意义如下:A——底脚螺栓通孔轴线间的距离(端视);AA——底脚的宽度(端视);AB——底脚外边缘间的距离(端视);AC——电动机直径或两侧面间昀大距离;AD——电动机垂直中心线至接线盒或其他固定在电动机侧面的昀凸出部件边缘的距离;B——底脚螺栓通孔轴线间的距离;JB/T10271-20015BA——底脚长度;BB——底脚外边缘间的距离(侧视);C——轴伸肩至昀近的底脚螺栓通孔轴线的距离;D——轴伸直径;E——从轴肩起的轴伸长度;F——轴伸端键槽的宽度;G——轴伸端由键槽底至对面外圆表面的距离;GA——轴伸端由键的顶面至对面外圆表面的距离;GD——轴伸端键的高度;GE——轴伸端外圆表面至键槽底的深度;H——电动机轴线至底脚底面的距离(基本尺寸);HA——底脚厚度;HC——卧式电动机顶面至底脚底面的距离;HD——安装于电动机顶部的吊环、接线盒或其他昀凸出部件的顶面至底脚底面的距离;K——底脚通孔直径或长圆形孔的宽度;L——电动机的总长;LA——凸缘厚度;LB——凸缘安装面至电动机端面的距离;M——凸缘安装孔基圆直径;N——凸缘止口直径;P——凸缘外径,如不是圆形
