福建省工程建设地方标准DBJ13-82-2006建设部备案号:J10790-2006居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程Technicalspecificationfortheconstructionofenergy-efficiencyprojectofresidentialbuilding2006-04-14发布2006-07-01实施福建省建设厅发布建设部备案号:J10790-2006主编部门:福建建工集团总公司福州四新科技发展促进中心批准部门:福建省建设厅实行日期:2006年7月1日2006年福州福建省建设厅关于批准发布省工程建设地方标准《居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程》的通知闽建科[2006]20号各设区市建设局:为贯彻执行国家建筑节能政策,改善我省居住建筑室内热环境,提高夏季空调和冬季采暖的能源利用效率,提高节能工程施工技术水平,确保工程质量,由福建建工集团总公司、福州四新科技发展促进中心主编的《居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程》,经审查,批准为福建省工程建设地方标准,编号为DBJ13-82-2006,自2006年7月1日起实施。在施行中,有什么问题和意见请函告我厅科学技术处。该规程由省建设厅负责管理,省工程建设科学技术标准化协会组织出版发行。福建省建设厅二OO六年四月十四日关于同意《居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程》等两项地方标准备案的函建标标备便[2006]57号福建省建设厅:你厅“关于报送《居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程》备案内容的函”收悉。经研究,同意所报的《居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程》等两项地方标准作为“中华人民共和国工程建设地方标准”备案,备案号为:《居住建筑节能工程施工技术规程》J10790-2006《居住建筑节能工程施工质量验收规程》J10791-2006该两项标准的备案公告,将刊登在近期出版的《工程建设标准化》刊物上。建设部标准定额司二OO六年四月二十六日前言本规程是根据省建设厅闽建科[2005]40号要求,由福建建工集团总公司、福州四新科技发展促进中心会同有关单位共同编制而成。在编制过程中,充分吸收了省内施工、监理、建设和质量监督部门的意见,并考虑了我省施工技术水平和气候特点。本规程共有7章,主要技术内容有:总则、术语、基本规定、屋面保温工程、外墙自保温砌体工程、外墙外保温工程、节能外门窗工程。在执行本规程过程中,请各单位注意总结经验,积累资料,将意见和建义随时函告省建设厅科技处(地址:福州市北大路242号,邮编:350001)以供今后修订时参考。组织单位:福建省土木建筑学会建筑施工学术委员会主编单位:福建建工集团总公司福州四新科技发展促进中心参编单位:福建省建筑科学研究院厦门中联建设有限公司福建省第一建筑工程公司福建七建集团有限公司协编单位:福耀集团(福建)工程玻璃有限公司福州秦恒科技有限公司福州宏凯新型墙材有限公司欧文斯科宁(中国)投资有限公司福州创益实业有限公司福建华意新型建材有限公司上海可耐建筑材料有限公司厦门市富晟防水保温技术开发有限公司主要起草人:戴益华罗蜀榕林功宝刘晖郑肃宁林武王赛华卢达洲卢文英黄可明赵士怀黄夏东林忠文张常涛李中胜谢日清林实蒋耀坤赖礼榕主审人员:陈金昌王韶国审定人员:刘忠群林栋陈义侃梁章旋刘越生蔡森林蔡景荣黄立新总则······················································································(1)2术语······················································································(2)3基本规定··············································································(5)4屋面保温工程······································································(7)4.1适用范围········································································(7)4.2一般要求········································································(7)4.3板(块)状保温层·····························································(7)4.4现喷硬泡聚氨酯保温层················································(11)4.5种植屋面········································································(14)5外墙自保温砌块砌体工程················································(15)5.1适用范围········································································(15)5.2一般要求········································································(15)5.3材料要求········································································(15)5.4外墙自保温砌块砌体施工············································(16)5.5外墙抹灰施工································································(17)6外墙外保温工程··································································(19)6.1适用范围········································································(19)6.2一般要求········································································(19)6.3外墙外保温粘贴工程···················································(22)6.4现浇混凝土墙预置外保温板工程································(25)6.5现喷硬泡聚氨酯外墙外保温工程································(28)7节能外门窗工程··································································(30)适用范围·······································································(30)7.2一般要求·······································································(30)7.3外门窗及玻璃安装······················································(30)本规程用词说明····································································(32)条文说明················································································(33)为贯彻执行国家有关节约能源与环境保护政策,改善福建省居住建筑室内热环境,提高夏季空调与冬季采暖的能源利用效率,规范建筑节能工程施工,特制定本规程。1.0.2本规程适用于我省新建、扩建和改建的居住建筑围护结构节能工程施工。公共建筑可参照执行。1.0.3居住建筑节能工程施工除应按本规程执行外,尚应符合现行国家和地方标准的有关规定。凡不注明日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本规程。按照建筑节能设计标准的规定和本规程及其它相关标准,对新建、扩建、改建的居住建筑围护结构所进行的节能设计、施工等各项技术工作和完成的工程实体。2.0.2围护结构exterior-protectedconstruction包围建筑物周围的与室外空气相接触的围挡物,如外墙、屋顶、外门窗等。2.0.3外墙外保温工程externalthermalinsulationonwalls将外墙外保温系统通过组合、组装、施工或安装固定在外墙外表面上所形成的建筑物实体。2.0.4种植屋面plantedroof在屋面防水层上铺以种植介质,并种植植物,起到隔热作用的屋面。2.0.5平衡含水率equilbriumwatercontent材料在自然环境中,其空隙中所含有的水分于空气湿度达到平衡时,这部分水中的质量占材料干质量的百分比。2.0.6外墙外保温系统externalthermalinsulationsystem由保温层、保护层和固定材料(胶粘剂、锚固件等)构成并适用于安装在外墙外表面的非承重保温构造总称。2.0.7基层substrate外保温系统所依附的外墙或屋面。2.0.8保温层thermalinsulationlayer由保温材料组成,在外保温系统中起保温作用的构造层。2.0.9抹面层renderingcoat抹在保温层上,中间夹有增强网,保护保温层,并起防裂、防水和抗冲击作用的构造层。抹面层可分为薄抹面层和厚抹面层。用于EPS板和XPS板及现喷硬泡聚氨酯时为薄抹面层,用于EPS钢丝网架板时为厚抹面层。2.0.10饰面层finishcoat外墙外保温系统的外装饰层。2.0.11保护层protectingcoat抹面层和饰面层的总称。2.0.12胶粘剂adhesive用于保温板与基层粘结的胶粘材料。2.0.13挤塑聚苯板rigidextrudedpolystyrenefoamboard亦称XPS板,是以聚苯乙烯树脂或其共聚物为主要成分,添加少量添加剂,通过加热挤塑成型的具有闭孔结构的硬泡沫塑料。2.0.14泡沫聚苯板expandedpolystyreneboard亦称EPS板、泡沫塑料、泡沫板,是采用加入发泡剂(可膨胀性)的聚苯
