ICS29.160.30K20DB37山东省地方标准标准DB37/T728-2007电动机节能装置技术条件2007-10-29发布山东省质量技术监督局发布2007-12-01实施DB37/T728-2007目次目次····························································································································································I前言··························································································································································II1范围·······························································································································································12规范性引用文件···········································································································································13术语和定义···················································································································································14使用条件·······················································································································································15技术要求·······················································································································································16试验方法·······················································································································································37检验规则·······················································································································································48标志、包装、运输和贮存····························································································································5IDB37/T728-2007前言本标准由山东省经济贸易委员会、山东省质量技术监督局提出。本标准由山东能源标准化技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:山东省产品质量监督检验研究院。本标准主要起草人:董强、刘玉珍、王锋、辛峰、卢金铎、高静、林蓝波、陈恒亮。IIDB37/T728-2007电动机节能装置技术条件1233.13.2455.1范围本标准规定了电动机节能装置的使用条件、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于额定电压660V及以下、额定电流600A及以下的电动机节能装置。规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。GB/T191包装储运图示标志GB755-2000旋转电机定额和性能GB/T1032-2005三相异步电动机试验方法GB4208外壳防护等级(IP代码)GB7251.1-2005低压成套开关设备和控制设备第1部分:型式试验和部分型式试验成套设备GB/T9651-1988单相异步电动机试验方法GB17625.1-2003电磁兼容限值谐波电流发射限值(设备每相输入电流小于或等于16A)GB17625.6-2003电磁兼容限值对额定电流大于16A的设备在低压供电系统中产生的谐波电流的限值术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本标准。电动机节能装置用在电动机输入之前,控制电动机节能运行的电器装置(不含变频器)。节电率相同工况、相同工作时间,使用电动机节能装置节约的电能量(kW•h)与未使用电动机节能装置时消耗的电能量(kW•h)的比值,用百分数表示。使用条件1)海拔:1000米及以下;2)环境温度:0℃~+40℃;3)相对湿度:≤90%(+25℃时);4)空气中无严重损坏绝缘和腐蚀金属的气体,无导电尘埃及易燃易爆的介质。技术要求外观电动机节能装置标志应完整、正确、清晰。塑料件不允许有裂痕等缺陷;金属外壳喷塑或喷漆后不漏底。1DB37/T728-20075.2节电率电动机节能装置节电率应符合表1规定。表1节电率电动机负载率30%40%50%节电率≥5%≥3.9%≥3%5.35.3.15.3.25.3.35.3.4安全性能介电强度电动机节能装置的主电路施加2500V的额定工频电压,施压时间1min,应无击穿或闪络现象;辅助电路施加2000V的额定工频电压,施压时间1min,应无击穿或闪络现象。电气间隙和爬电距离电气间隙应不小于5.5mm,爬电距离应不小于6.3mm。外壳防护等级外壳防护等级不应低于IP20。谐波电流限值电动机节能装置谐波电流限值应符合表2、3的规定。表2谐波电流限值(电流≤16A)谐波次数(n)最大允许谐波电流(A)奇次谐波3579111315≤n≤392.301.140.770.400.330.210.15×15/n偶次谐波2468≤n≤401.080.430.300.23×8/n2DB37/T728-2007表3谐波电流限值(电流16A)谐波次数(n)最大允许谐波电流(A)奇次谐波35791113151719212325272931≥3321.610.77.23.83.120.71.21.1≤0.60.90.8≤0.60.70.7≤0.6偶次谐波偶次≤8/n或≤0.65.3.55.3.666.16.26.3接地金属构件应可靠接地。接地装置应有防锈镀层,并有明显的接地标志。其他使用电动机节能装置后,不应产生异常噪声、振动等现象。试验方法试验条件a)环境温度:+5℃~+35℃;b)相对湿度:≤85%;c)大气压力:86kPa~106kPa;d)供电电源:电压和频率及其与额定值的偏差按GB755-2000的规定。外观检查在自然光下目测,产品外观应符合5.1规定。节电率在符合6.1规定的试验条件下,选择电动机节能装置要求的电动机,节电率测试接线方式见图1。3DB37/T728-2007负载电源KW电动机节能装置图1节电率测试接线方式测试方法:将异步电机负载率分别调为30%(±0.5)、40%(±0.5)和50%(±0.5),未使用电动机节能装置(即闭合开关K)运行至热稳定后开始计时,记录1h的电量值W1(kW•h)和此时的扭矩。使用电动机节能装置(即断开开关K),保持扭矩不变,在电动机节能装置进入稳定状态后,记录1h的电量值W2(kW•h),由公式(1)计算节电率,其所得数值应符合表1规定。121100%-r=×……………………………………………………(1)6.46.4.16.4.26.4.36.56.677.17.27.37.4安全性能测试电气强度试验在接线端与接地部件之间用耐压测试仪测试。所有电子器件和端子短接,试验电压为工频正弦波。试验时从零升到规定值的时间不大于10s,保持2500V(辅助回路2000V)电压时间为1min,试验中泄漏电流不超过100mA,检验结果应符合5.3.1规定。电气间隙和爬电距离测试用量具测量,测量结果应符合5.3.2规定。外壳防护等级试验外壳防护等级试验按GB4208中的相应规定进行。谐波电流测量按GB17625.1和GB17625.6规定进行。异常现象测试电动机节能装置运行期间,应无异常噪声、振动等现象。检验规则每台电动机节能装置须检验合格后才能出厂,并应附有产品合格证。每台电动机节能装置应经过检查试验,检查试验项目包括:a)外观检查;b)安全性能(包括介电强度,电气间隙和爬电距离,外壳防护等级)。有下列情况之一者,应进行型式试验:a)经鉴定定型后制造厂第一次试制或小批量试生产时;b)当设计或工艺上的变更足以引起某些特性和参数发生变化时;c)当检查试验结果和以前进行的型式试验结果发生不可容许的偏差时;d)批量生产的电动机节能装置定期的抽试,每年抽试一次,当需要抽试的数量过多时,抽试时间间隔可适当延长,但至少每二年抽试一次;e)质量技术监督部门有要求时。型式试验项目包括本技术要求的全部项目。4DB37/T728-200788.18.28.38.4标志、包装、运输和贮存标志电动机节能装置铭牌应牢固、数据清晰。铭牌应固定在明显位置上,内容如下:a)制造厂名称、地址;b)名称、型号;c)外壳防护等级;d)额定频率,单位为赫兹,Hz;e)额定电流,单位为安培,A;f)额定电压,单位为伏特,V;g)出厂年月和出厂编号;h)标准编号。包装包装应能保证在正常的贮运条件下,自发货之日起的一年时间内,不致因包装不善而导致受潮与损坏。包装箱外壁的文字和标志应清楚整齐,内容如下:a)制造厂名称、地址;b)型号和出厂编号;c)毛重;d)包装尺寸;e)在箱子的适当位置应标有“小心轻放”、“防雨”等字样,其图形应符合GB/T191的规定。运输产品在运输或吊装过程中严禁倒置和磕碰,并防止其受冲击。贮存产品贮存在清洁通风、能防止雨、雪、水侵袭的地方,不得在阳光下长期曝晒。5
