ICS25.040.20J50JB/T8832-2001机床数控系统通用技术条件Generalrequirementsfornumericalcontrolsystemsofmachinetools2001-09-03发布2001-12-01实施中国机械工业联合会发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13定义····················································································································································································································24技术要求·········································································································································································································25检验规定·········································································································································································································56包装与贮运····································································································································································································6附录A(标准的附录)实施细则··························································································································································7附录B(标准的附录)故障判定和计入原则······························································································································17附录C(标准的附录)可靠性试验···················································································································································18JB/T8832-2001目次II前言本标准是对JB/T8832—1999《机床数字控制系统通用技术条件》和JB/T10055—1999《步进电机驱动机床数控系统技术条件》进行的合并修订。修订中,对两个标准的内容作了调整、合并和增删。与原标准相比,在内容方面的主要差别有:1.标准名称改为《机床数控系统通用技术条件》。2.增加了静电放电抗扰度、电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度、电压暂降和短时中断抗扰度、浪涌(冲击)抗扰度等电磁兼容性(EMC)方面的试验项目,代替原标准抗干扰能力试验。3.增加了对颜色、接线、防护等方面的要求,删去了运输试验、泄漏电流试验和步进电机运行特性试验等项目。4.由实施细则取代原标准附录。本标准自实施之日起代替JB/T8832—1999和JB/T10055—1999。本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C均为标准的附录。本标准由全国工业自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:北京机床研究所、国家机床质量监督检验中心等。本标准主要起草人:郑家虎、黄祖广、邵光伟。本标准委托北京机床研究所负责解释。本标准所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:——ZBJ50002—1987、JB/T8832—1999;——ZBJ50007—1988、JB/T10055—1999。JB/T8832-200111范围本标准规定了机床数控系统设计、制造、使用的基本要求,内容包括:技术要求、检验规定、试验方法等。本标准适用于各类数控机床,包括金属切削机床、锻压机床、木工机床及特种加工机床数控系统。其它用途的数控系统亦可参照执行。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB191—1990包装贮运图示标志GB/T3168—1993数字控制机床操作指示形象化符号GB4208—1993外壳防护等级(IP代码)(eqvIEC529—1989)GB5080.7—1986设备可靠性试验恒定失效率假设下的失效率与平均无故障时间的验证试验方案(idtIEC605.7—1978)GB/T5226.1—1996工业机械电气设备第1部分:通用技术条件(eqvIEC204–1∶1992)GB/T8129—1997工业自动化系统机床数值控制词汇(idtISO2806∶1994)GB8870—1988机床数字控制点位、直线运动和轮廓控制系统的数据格式(eqvISO6983/1—1982)GB9969.1—1998工业产品使用说明书总则GB/T13384—1992机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T14436—1993工业产品保证文件总则GB15760—1995金属切削机床安全防护通用技术条件GB/T17626.2—1998电磁兼容试验和测量技术静电放电抗扰度试验(idtIEC61000–4–2∶1995)GB/T17626.4—1998电磁兼容试验和测量技术电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验(idtIEC61000–4–4∶1995)GB/T17626.5—1999电磁兼容试验和测量技术浪涌(冲击)抗扰度试验(idtIEC61000–4–5∶1995)GB/T17626.11—1999电磁兼容试验和测量技术电压暂降、短时中断和电压变化的抗扰度试验(idtIEC61000–4–11∶1994)中国机械工业联合会2001-09-03批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准机床数控系统通用技术条件GeneralrequirementsfornumericalcontrolsystemsofmachinetoolsJB/T8832-20012001-12-01实施代替JB/T8832—1999JB/T10055—1999JB/T8832-20012JB/T3051—1999数控机床坐标和运动方向的命名(eqvISO841∶1974)JB/T3208—1999数控机床穿孔带程序段格式中的准备功能G和辅助功能M的代码3定义本标准采用下列定义:3.1数控系统用数值数据的控制系统,在运行过程中,不断地引入数值数据,从而实现机床加工过程的自动控制。数控系统的基本组成包括控制器和驱动装置。3.2电柜(箱)用来安装数控系统元、部件,可以防护某些外来影响和防止任何方向直接触电的壳体。3.3可靠性数控系统在规定的条件下和规定的时间内,完成规定功能的能力。3.4平均无故障工作时间(MTBF)数控系统无故障工作时间的平均值。3.5电磁兼容性(EMC)数控系统在其电磁环境中能正常运行且不对该环境中任何事物构成不能承受的电磁骚扰的能力。3.6(对骚扰的)抗扰度数控系统面临电磁骚扰不降低运行性能的能力。3.7静电放电具有不同静电电位的物体相互靠近或直接接触引起的电荷转移。3.8脉冲群一串数量有限的清晰脉冲或一个持续时间有限的振荡。3.9耦合夹在与受试线路没有任何电连接的情况下,以共模形式将干扰信号耦合到受试线路的、具有规定尺寸和特性的一种装置。3.10电压暂降电气系统某一点的电压突然下降,经历半个周期到几秒钟的短暂持续期后恢复正常。3.11浪涌(冲击)沿线路传送的电流、电压或功率的瞬态波,其特性是先快速上升后缓慢下降。4技术要求4.1环境适应性4.1.1气候环境数控系统应能在以下气候环境中正常运行:环境温度:0~40℃;相对湿度:30%~95%(无冷凝水);大气压强:86~106kPa。4.1.2存放和运输环境JB/T8832-20013数控系统能在–40~+55℃温度范围内、湿度≤95%(无冷凝水)条件下运输和存放。但应采取防潮湿、防振和抗冲击措施,以免损坏数控系统。4.1.3机械环境数控系统应能承受表1所列条件的振动和冲击。试验后,其外观和装配质量不变,仍能正常运行。表1振动(正弦)试验冲击试验频率范围10~55Hz冲击加速度300m/s2扫频速率1倍频程/min冲击波形半正弦波振幅峰值0.15mm持续时间18ms振动方向x、y、z方向垂直于底面扫频循环数10次/轴冲击次数3次4.2功能4.2.1数控系统可以按其功能用途分为车床、铣床、磨床、冲床、电加工机床等类型。各项功能的定义应符合GB/T8129的规定。数控系统的功能应满足被控机床的使用要求,由供需双方在合同中规定,具体功能及有关参数应在产品说明书中详细说明。4.2.2数控系统的坐标轴和运动方向应符合JB/T3051的规定。4.2.3数控系统使用的准备功能G和辅助功能M的代码应符合JB/T3208的规定。4.2.4数控系统采用的数据格式要符合GB8870的规定。4.2.5数控系统应具有自动、手动操作功能,程序编辑功能,自诊断功能和报警显示功能。4.3制造质量4.3.1外观电柜、面板及零部件表面上,不得有明显的凹痕、划伤、裂缝、变形,表面涂、镀层不得有气泡、龟裂、脱落或锈蚀等缺陷,尺寸符合设计要求。4.3.2标志电柜里和面板上的开关、按钮、灯、插头座、印刷板等都应有表示其功能并符合规定的标志,这些标志应牢固、清晰、美观、耐久。使用形象化符号时要符合GB/T3168的规定。4.3.3颜色连接导线,面板上的开关、按键和灯的颜色要符合GB/T5226.1—1996中第10章和第15章的规定。4.3.4接线连接导线和电缆要符合GB/T5226.1—1996中第14章的规定,配线技术要符合第15章的规定。4.3.5防护电柜要有防止外来固体物和液体浸入的措施,其防护等级应不低于IP54的要求。如果工作、存放和运输环境有超量污染物(如灰尘、酸类物、腐蚀性气体、
