I.J.IntelligentSystemsandApplications,2010,1,51-58PublishedOnlineNovember2010inMECS()ResearchonAssociationwithFreightTransitPeriodandForwardingTimebaseonLogisticsconditionsCHANGFENG.ZHU*SchoolofTrafficandTransportationEngineering,LanzhouJiaotongUniversity,Lanzhou,ChinaEmail:cfzhu003@126.comQINGRONG.WANGSchoolofTrafficandTransportationEngineering,LanzhouJiaotongUniversity,Lanzhou,ChinaEmail:wangqr@mail.lzjtu.cnAbstract—Thewholeprocessoffreightforwardingincludesmultiplelinks.Theconsumptiontimeofeverylinkanditsoperationalefficiencymayaffecttheentirefreightforwardingtime,whichcaninfluencethetransitperiodoffreight,aswellastheformulationandachievementofthetransportationorganizationsschemeandthetransportationcontract.Inordertoanalyzetheexistedproblemsinpresentcalculationmethodofrailwaytransitperiod,andtheeffectsoflogisticsonforwardingtime,onthebasisofinvestigatingandliterature,Railwayfreightforwardingprocessandfactoroflogisticsonrailwayfreightforwardingtimewereanalyzed,andaveragespeedofthroughtrain,ordinarythroughtrainandhigh-speedtrain,anddailyaveragerunningtariffkilometerandtimewereanalyzed,andstatisticalresultswereexainedbyadopting2χtestingmethod,finally,dailyaveragerunningtariffkilometerandtimeoflogisticsdevelopedandunder-developedareawerecomparativeanalyzed,fromwhichdailyaveragerunningtariffkilometerandtimewereobtained.Theanalyticalresultsshowthattheaveragespeed,dailyaveragerunningtariffkilometerandtimerespectivelyobeysnormaldistribution,themaximumdifferencevaluebetweenthetransitperiodcalculatedbypresentmethodandthepracticalforwardingtimeoffreightisfour4.5days,whichshowthatthemethodcannotobjectivelyrespondsthefreightforwardingtimeofeachkindoffreighttransportproductunderlogisticscondition.mIndexTerms—Forwardingtime,TransitPeriod,logistics,Probabilitydistribution,StatisticalanalysisI.INTRODUCTIONWiththeadjustmentofrailwayproductivitydistribution,theneededoperationlinksofrailwayfreightdeliverydecreasegradually,andtheparametershavinginfluencesonθvarytodifferentdegree,ofwhichincreaseconstantly,anddecreasegradually,whileandchangeslightly.plvztxtytwtInthecontextofrailwayproductivitydistributionadjustment,averagespeedofnon-throughtrain,ordinarythroughtrainandfastfreighttrainaswellasdailyaveragerunningtariffkilometerareanalyzed,andthestatisticresultshavebeearriedout2averagespeedofeachkindoftrainandthedailyaveragerunningtariffkilometerobeynormaldistributionrespectively.Finally,thedailyaveragerunningtariffkilometersoffreighttrainsbeforeandafterrailwayproductivitydistributionadjustmenthavebeencomparativelyanalyzed,whichshowsthatthetimelinessofrailwayfreightforwardingnctest.Theanalyzingresultsshowthat:boththeoffreightforwardingincludesmII.ANALYSISOFRAILWAYFREIGHTRailwayfreighttranthetimeistakenfortransportingfreightfromoriginationtodestinationwithcorrespondingorganizationmethods.χimprovesconstantlyinthecontextrailwayproductivitydistributionadjustment.Thewholeprocessultiplelinks.Theconsumptiontimeofeverylinkanditsoperationalefficiencymayaffecttheentirefreightforwardingtime,whichcaninfluencethetransitperiodoffreight,aswellastheformulationandachievementofthetransportationorganizationsschemeandthetransportationcontract[1].Inrecentyears,aseriesofmeasureswhichinvolveinmergingrailwaystationandsegment,shuttingdownthesmallintermediatestation,developingstrategicloadingorunloadinglocation,carryingoutlonglocomotiverouting,etc.havebeentakentoadjustrailwayproductivitydistribution.TheimplementationofabovemeasureshasbeengreatlypromotedChineserailway'stransportcapacityresourceoptimizationallocation,realizedthesystematicspeedraisingofexistingrailway,andconstantlyupgradedthetimelinessoffreightforwarding,inthemeantime,boominglogisticshaveaffectrailwaytransportationproduct,andthewholeprocessofrailwayfreightforwardingissimplified,andfreightforwardingtimeisshorten.Basedontheresearchachievementofrelativereferences[2-5]andinvestigatinganalysis,adoptingrandomprocessandmathematicalstatisticstheory,inthispapertheinfluencesofrailwayproductivityarrangementonfreightforwardingtimeisanalyzed,relationshipbetweentherailwayfreightforwardingtimeandtransitPeriodwhichcanprovideatheoreticalbasistofurtherdeterminingfreighttransitperiodandtransportationorganizationscheme[3].FORWARDINGPROCESSsitperiodisdefinedasCopyright©2010MECSI.J.IntelligentSystemsandApplications,2010,1,51-5852ResearchonAssociationwithFreightTransitPeriodandForwardingTimebaseonLogisticsconditionsfytTttt=++∑(1)Amongthem(2)Whereryllt/=Trepresentsfreighttransitperiod;representsansmissionoperationtime;representstransportatiotime;representsadditimspecialoperaton;kilometer;metrageforchargingrates.Atpresent,thevalueofparameteris1d;thevalueofparameteris250kilometers(forgeneralfreight)or500kilomerexpressfreight),andcrrentfreighttransittheseconddayofacceptanceofcarriage.mainlyreferstothespecialoperationtimeintransportforpartload,suchascontainerof1t(5tro6t),refrigeratorcar,carloadfreight,andstandardmilegaugeexchange,etc.Theorganizationprocessofrailwayfreightincludesoperationinloa
