联发芯软件设计(成都)有限公司联发科成都总部大楼二期新建工程(土建工程)主要施工方案编制单位:江苏万年达建设集团有限公司编制日期:2019年1月10日联发科成都总部大楼二期新建程~1~江苏万年达建设集团有限公司目录第一章、施工测量方案···························································································1第二章、基坑支护钻孔灌注桩施工方案······································································3第三章、深基坑开挖及支护、降水施工方案································································9第四章、底板抗浮锚杆施工方案··············································································11第五章、模板工程施工方案····················································································12第六章、钢筋工程施工方案····················································································16第七章、混凝土浇筑施工方案·················································································20第八章、地下室防渗漏施工方案··············································································25第九章、砌体施工方案··························································································29第十章、装饰工程施工方案····················································································32第十一章、回填土施工方案····················································································38第十二章、屋面工程施工方案·················································································39第十三章、外墙装饰工程·······················································································43第十四章、门窗工程·····························································································43第十五章、脚手架工程··························································································45第十六章、给排水、采暖工程·················································································51第十七章、消防工程·····························································································51第十八章、电气工程·····························································································53第十九章、电梯工程·····························································································53联发科成都总部大楼二期新建程~1~江苏万年达建设集团有限公司第一章、施工测量方案一、概况本工程平面布置变化较多,施工测量较为复杂,应充分考虑长度、尺寸变化等的影响,减少累积误差。测量内容及控制目标:测量内容为施工放样与轴线控制,水准测量与标高控制,沉降观测等。测量控制目标为:⑴轴线位移:5MM内⑵标高:层高±5MM,全高±20MM⑶垂直度:每层5MM内,全高20MM内⑷电梯井:长、宽、对中心线+20MM,井筒全高垂直度25MM内。二、施工准备1、测量器具准备测量仪器配备(见下表)测量设备选用表仪器工具名称规格型号数量单位精度用途经纬仪J21台2//角度测量水准仪S34台3mm/km施工水准测量铟砙尺1副沉降水准测量全站仪ZL1台+1/20万控制测量钢卷尺50m2把垂直、水平、距离测量对讲机500m范围4对通讯联络注:仪器均经技术监督局检验且在准用期内。2、人员配备为保证测量精度,设专职测量技术人员2名,做到定人定机定路线(沉降观测还应做到定时间),另配备辅助工2名。3、对前期基准点的接受与校核接受建设单位或桩基施工单位提供的现场基准点和水准点,建立现场测量控制网,对现有基准点与水准点进行必要的复核。三、施工测量联发科成都总部大楼二期新建程~2~江苏万年达建设集团有限公司1、控制网的建立根据业主和测绘部门提供的测量控制点,以此为依据,纵横方向分别施测其它轴线,并在基坑外埋设永久性控制点。然后采用全站仪、经纬仪、钢尺,确定地下室开挖线、各建筑物边线及其它各细部位置。2、高程竖向传递先通过水准仪把±0.00m控制点引测到塔吊的架体上,再用50m钢卷尺在塔吊架体上标出各楼层相应位置。最后再用水准仪引测到相应楼层,弹出各楼层50cm线,作为各楼层控制高程线。3、沉降观测根据设计或规范要求设置沉降观测点,并按《建筑变形测量规程》(JGJ/T8-9)要求进行观测,基础完工后观测一次,主体每上一层测一次,砌筑阶段每砌完一层测一次,装饰阶段每一个月测一次,竣工后第一年内测4次,第二年观测2次,第三年后每年一次直至稳定为止(沉降速率小于0.01MM/d)。4、测量精度保证措施为保证本工程测量精度从而确保高质量的工程目标,采取以下主要措施:⑴设立专职测量人员,专职测量器具,做到定人定机定路线定时间。⑵对全站仪、经纬仪、水准仪、钢卷尺等测量仪器在使用前进行鉴定认可,对全站仪、经纬仪、水准仪还应及时周检。⑶全站仪、经纬仪、水准仪、钢卷尺等测量器具由专职测量员保管保养,每次用后进行擦洗或上油等保养工作,其他人员不得操作此类测量器具,在雨天进行测量尚应对水准仪、经纬仪采取蔽雨措施。⑷当露天测量时,应尽量避开五级风以上的天气。⑸采用正确的测量方法,如水准测控时,尽量将水准仪放在中间位置,减少可能存在的仪器误差。⑹采用内控法的同时进行正反复核法,对轴线进行交汇复核,标高多点复核,对偏差较大超过允许值的点、线进行重测,反复校核直至达到控制目标值;在允许偏差范围的可采取取平均值或中间值的方法加以校正。联发科成都总部大楼二期新建程~3~江苏万年达建设集团有限公司第二章、基坑支护钻孔灌注桩施工方案一、施工准备1、场地准备现场场地二次平整,道路接至施工现场,场内设置宽6m临时便道,便于材料、设备进场;同时现场设置钢筋加工场1个。施工用电申请(630KVA变压器),接到施工现场,为防止浇筑灌注桩混凝土时停电,采用一台200KVA柴油发电机作为备用电源。施工用自来水主干管DN100接至现场,泥浆搅拌用水采用自来水。2、机械准备配置潜水钻机3台;25t汽车吊1部;钢筋加工机械2台套;焊接机械10台套;凿桩头采用风镐,配备20m3电动空压机1台,风镐15个;测量放样仪器1台套。3、材料准备混凝土采用商品混凝土,混凝土进场前提供材质单;钢筋采用能满足设计要求的钢筋,进场前检查其合格证,按规范要求复试后方可使用,焊接件按规范要求试验,合格后方可成批量加工。4、人员准备钻工4人*3台*2班,钢筋工10人,电焊工3人,普工10名。满足施工进度需求。二、钻孔灌注桩施工方法及工艺流程1、施工方法:采用正循环泥浆护壁成孔、二次循环清孔、导管浇筑水下混凝土成桩的施工方法。2、施工工艺流程(见下图):3、控制要点桩位放样埋设护筒钻机就位钻孔第一次清孔测孔提钻下钢筋笼下导管二次清孔沉渣测量水下砼机具清理拔护筒、移机联发科成都总部大楼二期新建程~4~江苏万年达建设集团有限公司1、测量放样:采用间接丈量法。采用小三角网法间接丈量;也可直接采用钢尺丈量,中线精度不低于1/5000。建筑物外侧每边设置两个控制桩,控制桩要求设在离基础开挖线2m以外,不受施工干扰,易于长期保存。根据控制桩测设出桩位小样。设立临时水准点,高程从设计单位测定的水准点引出,设置在不受水淹、不被扰动的稳固处,并尽可能接近施工点,使在各施工阶段只安置一次仪器就可传递到需要的部位上去。临时水准点的容许误差不得超过±20k1/2(k为二水准点之间的距离以公里计),本水准点程需经常复核无误。2、钢护壁设置:必要时护筒使用钢护筒,用4mm钢板制作,在上下端和中部外侧各焊一道加劲肋,作成两个半圆便于施工。埋设护筒时,高出地面30cm;采用挖埋法,先在桩位处挖出比护筒外径大80至100cm的圆坑,然后在坑底填筑50cm左右的粘土,分层夯实,以备按设护筒。护筒埋深,粘性土中不少于1m,砂土中不少于1.5m。护筒的埋设中心轴线偏差不得大于5cm,并应严格保持护筒的竖直位置。护筒周围和护筒底脚紧密,不透水。3、造浆:现场按需求设置泥浆池(多桩使用),设二个制浆池,深度1m,面积25m2左右,一个浸泡粘土,一个搅拌制浆,轮换使用;同时设二个沉淀池轮换使用,一个进浆,一个清渣。选择水化快,造浆能力强、粘度大的膨润土或接近地表经过冻融的粘土(就地取材)制浆,造浆施工注意事项:1)规划布置施工现场时,首先考虑冲洗液循环、排水,清渣系统的安设,以保证施工作业时,冲洗液循环通畅,污水排放彻底,钻渣清除顺利。2)循环系统布置合理,并有排水,清渣、排废浆设施和钻渣转运通道等,泥浆采用集中搅拌。3)沉淀池不少于2个,可串联并用,每个容积一般为6m3。泥浆池的容积为钻孔容积的1.35倍。4)循环槽设1:200的坡度,槽的断面能保证冲洗液循环而不外溢。5)沉淀池、泥浆池、循环槽用机砖和水泥砂浆砌筑,不得有渗漏或倒塌。施工过程中及时清除循环槽和沉淀池的钻渣,必要时配备机械钻渣分离装置.在砂土或容易造浆的粘土中钻进,根据冲洗液比重和粘度的变化,采用添加絮凝剂加快钻渣的絮沉,适时补充低比重,低粘度稀浆,或加入适量清水等措施,调整联发科成都总部大楼二期新建程~5~江苏万年达建设集团有限公司泥浆性能。泥浆池、沉淀池和循环槽应定期进行清理,清出的钻渣应及时运出现场,防止钻渣废浆污染施工现场及周围环境。4、桩机就位:先立好钻架并调整,再安设好起吊系统,将钻头吊起,徐徐放进护筒内,启动卷扬机把转盘吊起,垫方木于其下,将钻机调平并对准钻孔,然后装上转盘,要求转盘中心同钻架上起吊滑轮在同一垂线上,钻杆位置偏差不得大于2cm。在钻进过程中,要经常查检转盘,如有倾斜或位移,及时纠正。在方钻杆上端安装水龙头,再接入输浆胶管,并接至泥浆泵,把引水龙头吊环挂起吊系统的滑轮钩上。取走转盘中心的方形套,启动卷扬机吊起方钻杆,
