ICS65.060.35B91JB/T5118-2001污水污物潜水电泵Wastesubmersiblemotor–pumps2001-09-03发布2001-12-01实施中国机械工业联合会发布()I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13型式、型号和基本参数··········································································································································································24技术要求·······································································································································································································115试验方法·······································································································································································································176检验规则·······································································································································································································177标志、包装、贮存和运输···································································································································································18附录A(标准的附录)电泵效率的确定·········································································································································20JB/T5118-2001目次()II前言本标准是对JB/T5118—1991《农用污水污物潜水电泵型式与基本参数》和JB/T5119—1991《农用污水污物潜水电泵技术条件》的修订,并由原来的两项标准合并为一。修订时保留了JB/T5118—1991和JB/T5119—1991中仍然适用的内容。同时根据科研、生产的实际和发展情况作了如下修改:1.扩大了适用范围;2.去掉了一些不合理且没有必要或无法考核的技术要求,如将整体分解等;3.增加了污水污物潜水电泵品种、规格;4.增加了污水污物潜水电泵的高压部分;5.适当调整了污水污物潜水电泵的电泵效率;6.增加了安全性和可靠性要求;7.调整了污水污物潜水电泵的通过颗粒昀大直径;8.原则性规定了污水污物潜水电泵的制造材料;9.增加了安装方式的要求;10.增加了贮存和运输的要求;11.去掉了附录中不适应部分。本标准的附录A是标准的附录。本标准自实施之日起同时代替JB/T5118—1991和JB/T5119—1991。本标准由全国农业机械标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准负责起草单位:江苏理工大学流体机械工程技术中心、中国农机化科学研究院。本标准参加起草单位:浙江丰球泵业有限公司、江苏七洲集团有限公司,浙江新界泵业有限公司和上海凯泉泵业(集团)有限公司。本标准主要起草人:王洋、张咸胜、施卫东、何智峰、韩有军、许敏田、夏丁良。本标准所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:——JB/T5118—1991;——JB/T5119—1991。JB/T5118-200111范围本标准规定了污水污物潜水电泵的型式、型号和基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、贮存和运输等。本标准适用于输送各类污水或含有泥沙、纤维物、粪便、河泥肥等不溶固相物的混合液体,流量为3.0~43350m3/h,扬程为1.4~100m,功率为0.25~1600kW的单相或三相污水污物潜水电泵(以下简称电泵)。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB191—2000包装储运图示标志GB755—2000旋转电机定额和性能GB/T1176—1987铸造铜合金技术条件GB/T1220—1992不锈钢棒GB/T1348—1988球墨铸铁件GB1971—1980电机线端标志与旋转方向GB/T2828—1987逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB/T4942.1—1985电机外壳防护分级GB5013.4—1997额定电压450/750V及以下橡皮绝缘软电缆第4部分:软线和软电缆GB/T9493—1988灰铸铁件GB10395.8—1999农林拖拉机和机械安全技术要求第8部分:排灌泵和泵机组GB/T12785—1991潜水电泵试验方法GB/T17241—1998铸铁管法兰JB/T5673—1991农林拖拉机及机具涂漆通用技术条件JB/T6880.1~6880.3—1993泵用铸件JB/T7593—1994Y系列高压三相异步电机技术条件JB/T50080—1996潜水电泵可靠性考核评定方法JB/Z293—1987交流高压电机定子绕组匝间绝缘试验规范中国机械工业联合会2001-09-03批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准污水污物潜水电泵Wastesubmersiblemotor–pumpsJB/T5118-2001代替JB/T5118—1991JB/T5119—19912001-12-01实施JB/T5118-200123型式、型号和基本参数3.1型式3.1.1电泵为单级或多级立式,泵与电机同轴。3.1.2电泵按叶轮的结构分为:a)旋流式:旋流式叶轮;b)半开式:半开式叶片式叶轮;c)闭式:闭式叶片式叶轮;d)流道式:单或双流道式叶轮;e)螺旋式:螺旋离心式叶轮;f)混流式:混流式叶轮;g)轴流式:轴流式叶轮;3.1.3电泵的外壳防护等级为IP×8。具有特殊要求时应符合GB/T4942.1的规定。3.1.4电泵的定额是以连续工作制(S1)为基准的连续定额。3.1.5电泵从进水口方向看为逆时针方向旋转。3.2型号3.2.1型号表示方法电泵的型号由汉语拼音字母和阿拉伯数字组成,具体如下:WQ/QG切割机构(无辅助机构不标注)电泵额定功率,kW电泵规定扬程,m电泵规定流量,m3/h电泵电机特征电泵型式特征污水污物潜水电泵3.2.2电泵型式特征电泵型式特征用汉语拼音字母表示:X——旋流式;H——混流式;Z——轴流式;叶轮结构为流道式、螺旋离心式、闭式和半开式不标注。3.2.3电泵电机特征电泵电机特征用汉语拼音字母表示:S——充水式;JB/T5118-20013Y——充油式;D——单相;G——高压(660V及以下三相干式电机不标注)。3.2.4标记示例规定流量为4860m3/h,规定扬程为5.4m,额定功率为160kW,配套三相电机,电压为380V,混流式污水污物潜水电泵,其标记为:WQH4860–5.4–160。规定流量为29000m3/h,规定扬程为2.8m,额定功率为450kW,配套三相电机,电压为6000V,轴流式污水污物潜水电泵,其标记为:WQZG29000–2.8–450。规定流量为5m3/h,规定扬程为7m,额定功率为0.37kW,配套单相电机,电压为220V,闭式污水污物潜水电泵,其标记为:WQD5–7–0.37。3.3基本参数3.3.1在电源频率为50Hz,电压为单相(220V)或三相(380V、660V、3000V、6000V、10kV)时和规定的使用条件下,电泵的基本参数应符合表1和表2的规定。3.3.2表1所列参数为单级电泵规定点参数,对多级电泵规定点参数应符合表1单级电泵流量和型式下的电泵效率,其扬程应符合设计规定,且通过颗粒昀大直径应不小于单级电泵的0.75倍。3.3.3当电泵的流量参数不符合表1的规定时,电泵的效率可依据附录A(标准的附录)的规定确定,其实际值不得低于确定值。3.3.4电泵带有切割机构时,允许电泵效率比表1规定的值下降4%。3.3.5对充油式电泵允许电泵效率比表1和表2相应的规定值下降5%;对充水式电泵允许电泵效率比表1和表2相应的规定值下降3%。3.3.6表2规定为叶片安放角为0°的轴流式或混流式电泵的基本参数;其他角度为变型产品,其基本参数应符合供需双方确定的要求或合同规定,但电泵效率与表2的规定值昀大下差应不超过5%。3.3.7表1和表2所列的电泵排出口径为推荐值,其排出口径也可根据需要或按合同规定确定。3.3.8当电泵的同步转速与表1和表2不符时,可根据需要或按合同提高或降低,但电泵效率不得低于本标准规定。表1电泵效率%电泵泵效率%序号排出口径mm流量m3/h扬程m功率kW同步转速r/min旋流式其他式旋流式其他式通过颗粒昀大直径mm125370.2514.116.529.534.05225570.3717.620.233.037.553507720.2/21.623.0/24.635.540.2154254100.5517.7/19.020.5/21.931.536.0555010723.2/24.326.4/27.738.043.02065071021.6/22.624.6/25.835.540.2157325150.75300019.9/20.922.9/24.033.037.55JB/T5118-20014表1(续)电泵效率%电泵泵效率%序号排出口径mm流量m3/h扬程m功率kW同步转速r/min旋流式其他式旋流式其他式通过颗粒昀大直径mm85015727.630.941.045.720950101025.529.038.043.02010507151.123.727.035.540.215115025731.435.144.549.4251250151028.832.341.045.7201350101526.630.33
