ICS27.200J73JB/T8889-1999谷物冷却机Grainchillers1999-08-09发布1999-08-15实施国家机械工业局发布()I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·······································································································································································································13定义····················································································································································································································14型式和基本参数··························································································································································································25技术要求·········································································································································································································36试验方法·········································································································································································································47检验规则·········································································································································································································78标志、包装、运输和贮存·····································································································································································8附录A(标准的附录)谷物冷却机送风量及制冷量试验方法····························································································10JB/T8889-1999目次()II前言本标准的附录A是标准的附录。本标准由全国冷冻设备标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准负责起草单位:合肥通用机械研究所、中国国际工程咨询公司、北京东方孚德技术发展中心、烟台冰轮集团、大连冰山集团。本标准主要起草人:樊高定、史敏、戴世龙、王哲、郝伟、陈金花、于明。JB/T8889-199911范围本标准规定了谷物冷却机的定义,型式和基本参数,技术要求,试验方法,检验规则,标志、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于配用压缩机功率大于2kW的谷物冷却机。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。GB191—1999包装储运图示标志GB/T2423.17—1993电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验ka:盐雾试验方法GB/T6388—1986运输包装收发货标志GB/T13306—1991标牌JB/T4330—1999制冷和空调设备噪声的测定JB/T7249—1994制冷设备术语JB8655—1997单元式空气调节机安全要求3定义本标准采用下列定义。其它定义应符合JB/T7249的规定。3.1谷物冷却机一种用于粮食低温储藏,向粮仓提供一定温度、湿度空气的设备。主要包括制冷系统以及送风和净化装置,还可以包括调湿和风量调节装置。3.2送风量单位时间内向粮仓送入的空气量,单位m3/h。谷物冷却机在任何状态运行时送风量均应换算成20℃,101kPa,相对湿度65%的状态下的数值。3.3制冷量在规定的制冷能力试验条件下,谷物冷却机从进入谷物冷却机的空气中除去的热量,单位:kW。3.4消耗功率谷物冷却机运行时所消耗的总功率,单位:kW。3.5单位功率送风量风量与消耗功率之比。其值用m3/h·kW表示。3.6制冷性能系数(cop)国家机械工业局1999-08-09批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准谷物冷却机GrainchillersJB/T8889-19991999-08-15实施JB/T8889-19992制冷量与消耗功率之比,其值用kW/kW表示。3.7空气焓差法一种测定谷物冷却机能力的方法。它对谷物冷却机的进风参数、出风参数以及循环风量进行测量,用测出的风量与进风、出风焓差的乘积确定谷物冷却机的制冷量。4型式和基本参数4.1型式4.1.1谷物冷却机按气候分为:a)A型代表热带型,其代号为GLA;b)B型代表温带型,其代号为GLB。4.1.2谷物冷却机的型号编制谷物冷却机的型号由大写汉语拼音字母和阿拉伯数字组成,具体表示方法:GL/11)22)33)谷物冷却机代号型号示例:名义制冷量42kW、A型的谷物冷却机,GLA42。4.2基本参数4.2.1A型谷物冷却机的基本参数按表1的规定。表1A型谷物冷却机的基本参数代号名义制冷量kW制冷性能系数kW/kW单位功率送风量m3/h·kW>5~14>14~28>28~501.3085>50~801.90125>80~100>100~150GLA>1501.951304.2.2B型谷物冷却机的基本参数按表2的规定,———————————1)工厂设计序号和特殊功能代号等。允许用汉语拼音大写字母。2)名义工况制冷量,数字×103W。3)型式:A型,B型。JB/T8889-19993表2B型谷物冷却机的基本参数代号名义制冷量kW制冷性能系数kW/kW单位功率送风量m3/h·kW>5~14>14~28>28~500.82244>50~800.90265>80~100>100~150GLB>1500.952754.2.3谷物冷却机的单位功率送风量按6.1.2的名义工况参数确定。5技术要求5.1一般要求5.1.1谷物冷却机应符合本标准的要求,并按经规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造。5.1.2谷物冷却机的黑色金属件表面应进行防锈蚀处理。5.1.3电镀件表面应光滑、色泽均匀,不得有剥落、针孔,不应有明显的花斑和划伤等缺陷。5.1.4涂漆件表面不应有明显的气泡、流痕、漏涂、底漆外露、皱纹和其它损伤。5.1.5装饰性塑料件表面应平整、色泽均匀,不得有裂痕、气泡和明显缩孔等缺陷,塑料件应耐老化。5.1.6谷物冷却机各零部件的安装应牢固、可靠,管路与零部件不应有相互摩擦和碰撞。5.1.7谷物冷却机的各种阀门动作应灵敏、可靠,保证谷物冷却机正常工作。5.1.8谷物冷却机的保温层应有良好的保温性能,并且无毒无异味且有自熄性能。5.1.9谷物冷却机制冷系统零部件的材料应能在制冷剂、润滑油及其混合物的作用下不产生劣化且保证整机正常工作。5.1.10谷物冷却机的安全要求如耐电压试验、绝缘电阻、防水等应符合JB8655的规定。5.1.11谷物冷却机在下列条件下应能正常工作:a)环境温度–10~43℃;b)环境湿度50%~95%。5.1.12谷物冷却机出风参数范围及控制精度如下:当谷物冷却机出口温度设定在7~18℃时,控制精度:平均±0.3℃,最高±1℃;相对湿度设定在65%~90%时,控制精度:平均±3%,最高±6%。5.1.13电镀件应符合下述规定:按6.3.11方法试验后,金属镀层上的每个锈点锈迹面积不应超过1mm2;每100cm2试件镀层不超过两个锈点、锈迹,小于100cm2,不应有锈点和锈迹。5.1.14涂漆件的漆膜附着力要求:按6.3.12方法试验后,漆膜脱落格数不超过15%。5.2谷物冷却机零部件JB/T8889-19994谷物冷却机所有零部件应符合有关标准规定。5.3性能要求5.3.1制冷系统密封性能按6.3.1方法试验时,制冷系统各部分不应有制冷剂泄漏。5.3.2运转按6.3.2方法试验,所测电流、电压、输入功率等参数应符合设计要求。5.3.3制冷量按6.3.3方法试验时,谷物冷却机实测名义工况制冷量应不小于名义制冷量的95%。5.3.4消耗功率按6.3.4方法试验时,谷物冷却机的实测名义工况下消耗功率应不大于名义消耗功率的110%。5.3.5送风量按6.3.5方法试验时,实测名义工况送风量不小于名义送风量的95%。5.3.6最大功率运行a)按6.3.6方法试验时,谷物冷却机各部件不应损坏,谷物冷却机应能正常运行;b)谷物冷却机在最大功率工况运行期间,过载保护器不应跳开;c)当谷物冷却机停机5min后,再启动连续运行1h,但在启动运行的最初5min内允许过载保护器跳开,其后不允许动作;在运行的最初5min内过载保护器不复位时,在停机不超过30min内复位的,应连续运行1h;d)对于手动复位的过载保护器,在最初5min内跳开的,应在跳开10min后使其强行复位,应能够再连续运行1h。5.3.7凝结水排除能力按6.3.7方法试验时,不应有凝结水从排水口以外处溢出或吹出。5.3.8噪声谷物冷却机应进行噪声测量,当谷物冷却机噪声测定值超过有关法规噪声限值时,应对机组进行隔声处理,其噪声声压级按处理后的测量值评估。5.3.9部分负荷调节性能带能量调节的谷物冷却机,其调节装置应灵敏、可靠。5.3.10制冷性能系数(cop)按6.3.3方法实测制冷量与按6.3.4方法实测功率的比应不小于4.2规定的95%。5.3.11单位功率送风量按6.3.5方法实测送风量与按6.3.4方法实测消耗功率的比值应不小于4.2规定值的95%。5.3.12谷物冷却机移动时,应保证安全、可靠、灵活、方便和不易倾倒。5.3.13当谷物冷却机出风静压从980Pa变化至2940Pa时,风量变化不应超过25%。5.3.14谷物冷却机无故障工作时间应不少于8
