K33JB/T8794-1998计数继电器电子式计数器1998-07-17发布1998-12-01实施国家机械工业局发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13定义、符号和缩略语···············································································································································································24分类与命名····································································································································································································25要求····················································································································································································································36抽样····················································································································································································································77试验方法·······································································································································································································108标志、标签、包装··················································································································································································14JB/T8794-1998目次II前言本标准是根据GB/T14048.1—93《低压开关设备和控制设备总则》和GB14048.5—93《低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分机电式控制电路电器》的有关技术内容而制订的。本标准为行业类组标准,考虑到行业状况(多品种生产),所以对一些技术参数只给出最低要求或范围要求,以便在具体产品标准中具体化。本标准是我行业首次编写的“计数继电器”标准,为我国此类产品提供统一标准依据,以适应对内、对外贸易,技术及经济交流和发展的需要。本标准由成都机床电器研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:长江机床电器厂。本标准主要起草人:浦玉莲、毛加龙、李汉和。JB/T8794-199811范围本标准规定了计数继电器中的电子式计数器(含电子式计数继电器)的基本要求,包括定义、符号和缩略语,分类与命名,要求,抽样,试验方法,标志、标签、包装等。本标准适用于各种工业用电子计数器(以下简称计数器),该计数器用于交流50Hz(或60Hz)额定控制电源电压至380V或直流额定控制电源电压至220V的控制电路中作计数及计数控制用。本标准不适用于特殊场合或按特殊要求制造的计数器。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。GB2423.1—89电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验A:低温试验方法GB2423.4—89电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Db:交变湿热试验方法GB2423.5—81电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Ea:冲击试验方法GB2423.10—81电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Fc:振动(正弦)试验方法GB2828—87逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB/T2900.18—92电工术语低压电器GB/T4026—92电器设备接线端子和特定导线端的识别及应用字母数字系统的通则GB4207—84固体绝缘材料在潮湿条件下相比漏电起痕指数和耐漏电起痕指数的测定方法GB4728—85电气图用图形符号GB4859—85电气设备的抗干扰特性基本测量方法GB/T4942.2—93低压电器外壳防护等级GB5169.4—85电工电子产品着火危险试验灼热丝试验方法和导则GB/T5226.1—1996工业机械电气设备第1部分通用技术条件GB10962—89机床电器可靠性通则GB/T13384—92机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T14048.1—93低压开关设备和控制设备总则GB14048.5—93低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分机电式控制电路电器JB2924—81机床电器型号编制方法JB3703—84小型通用电磁继电器ZBnK30001—84机床电器可靠性要求和试验方法国家机械工业局1998-07-17批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准计数继电器电子式计数器JB/T8794-19981998-12-01实施JB/T8794-199823定义、符号和缩略语本标准采用下列定义。3.1电子式计数器计数功能主要由电子元器件(晶体管集成电路等)实现的计数器称电子式计数器,电子式计数器主要有电子累加计数器及电子预置计数(计数继电器)两种。3.2电子累加计数器用于累积加法计数,具有计数功能但无输出信号的电子式计数器。3.3电子预置计数器可采用加法、减法、加减可逆方式计数,当计数值达到预置时发出符合信号控制电路的电子式计数器。3.4加法计数计数值随外加计数信号递增的计数方法。3.5减法计数计数值随外加计数信号递减的计数方式。3.6可逆计数方式计数器计数过程中,在外加信号作用下,能由加法计数变成减法计数,或由减法计数变成加法计数的计数方式。3.7最大计数速度vnmax保证计数器可靠工作时,计数器每秒能计下的最多计数输入信号(点信号或无接点信号)数,用CPS表示。3.8计数误差Δn计数器的计数值与输入信号数实际值的代数差。3.9计数禁止;暂停使计数器的计数值暂时停在某一数值的过程。3.10计数复位;清零使计数器回复到初始状态(一般全零)的过程。3.11手动复位利用计数器本身的手动操作机构使计数器复位的过程。3.12电动复位利用外加电信号(接点信号或无接点信号)使计数器复位的过程。3.13自动复位预置计数器计数值达到预置数后,自动复位到初始状态的过程。3.14复位时间保证计数器可靠复位所需的最短时间。4分类与命名4.1分类4.1.1按控制功能分a)累加计数型;b)预置计数(计数继电器)型。4.1.2按控制电源电压分a)交流型;JB/T8794-19983b)直流型。4.1.3按计数方式分a)加法计数型;b)减法计数型;c)加减可逆计数型。4.1.4按预置数分a)一次预置(一个预置数);b)二次预置(二个预置数)。4.1.5按数显位数分a)四位数显0~9999;b)六位数显0~999999;c)八位数显0~99999999;d)其它。4.1.6按停电记忆功能分a)普通型;b)停电记忆型。4.1.7按安装方式分a)面板式;b)其它。4.2外形尺寸和安装尺寸计数器的外形尺寸和安装尺寸应优先采用符合DIN标准的模数化尺寸,具体由产品标准定。4.3型号及含义符合JB2924的有关规定,具体由产品标准定。5要求5.1正常工作条件和安装条件5.1.1正常工作条件5.1.1.1周围空气温度周围空气温度上限不超过+40℃,24h内平均值不超过+35℃;周围空气温度下限不低于–5℃。5.1.1.2海拔安装地点的海拔不超过2000m。5.1.1.3大气条件a)湿度安装地点的空气相对湿度在最高温度为+40℃时不超过50%,在较低温度下可以有较高的相对湿度,最湿月的月平均最低温度不超过+25℃,该月的月平均最大相对湿度不超过90%,由于温度变化发生在产品上的凝露情况必须采取措施。b)污染等级计数器周围微观环境的污染等级为“污染等级3”。5.1.2安装位置正常安装条件在制造厂的使用说明书中规定,计数器的正常安装条件一般应包括:a)安装位置;b)安装环境条件;c)安装类别(推荐优先采用“安装类别Ⅱ”)。JB/T8794-199845.2基本参数5.2.1额定控制电源电压US的优选值推荐为:AC:24、36、42(48)、110(127)、220、380V50/60HzDC:12、24、36、110、220V当产品对交流频率允差及直流纹波因数有要求时,制造厂必须在有关产品标准中说明。5.2.2额定控制电源电压的变化范围优选值推荐为:AC:(85%~110%)USDC:(85%~110%)US5.2.3额定绝缘电压Ui的优选值推荐为:a)Ui≤60V;b)60V<Ui≤250V;c)250V<Ui≤400V。5.2.4计数器的使用类别优选推荐为:AC–14、AC–15、DC–13、DC–14。具体由产品标准定。5.2.5计数器的输入、输出控制信号(包括计数输入、符合输出,复位禁止,加/减控制等)具有接点信号及无接点(固态)信号两种。具体参数(包括接点信号的开关状态、无接点信号的高低电平值及信号的占空比或信号的有效作用时间等)由产品标准定。5.2.6触点额定控制电压(额定工作电压)Ue的优选值推荐为:AC:6、12、24、36、42(48)、100(110)、127、220、380V50/60HzDC:6、12、24(28)(30)、36、48、60、110、220V具体由产品标准定。5.2.7无触点(固态)额定控制电压优选推荐为:AC:12、24、36、42(48)、110、220VDC:12、24、36V具体由产品标准定。5.2.8触点额定控制电流(额定工作电流)Ie按JB3703规定选取。特殊用途或特殊规格的触点容量由产品标准定。无触点输出的额定工作电流Ie优选推荐值为0.01A、0.1A,具体由产品标准定。5.2.9预置计数器的执行继电器的额定操作频率优选
