硕士学位论文深圳前海地区城市设计项目库建构研究RESEARCHONTHEPROJECTLIBRARYCONSTRUCTIONOFTHEURBANDESIGNOFQIANHAISHENZHEN李强哈尔滨工业大学2011年12月国内图书分类号：TU984学校代码：10213国际图书分类号：711密级：公开工学硕士学位论文深圳前海地区城市设计项目库建构研究硕士研究生：李强导师：金广君教授申请学位：工学硕士学科：城市规划与设计所在单位：深圳研究生院答辩日期：2011年12月授予学位单位：哈尔滨工业大学ClassifiedIndex：TU984U.D.C：711ThesisfortheMasterDegreeinEngineeringRESEARCHONTHEPROJECTLIBRARYCONSTRUCTIONOFTHEURBANDESIGNOFQIANHAISHENZHENCandidate：LiQiangSupervisor：Prof.JinGuangJunAcademicDegreeAppliedfor：MastersofEngineeringSpeciality：MaterialsProcessingEngineeringAffiliation：ShenzhenGraduateSchoolDateofDefence：Dec,2011Degree-Conferring-Institution：HarbinInstituteofTechnology哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文-I-摘要随着我国城市建设和经济水平的高速发展，城市空间不断拓延，综合开发项目接连上马。迫切的发展需求要求规划管理部门探索新的管理技术以适应城市建设的高效发展。城市设计作为指导城市建设活动的工具之一，研究领域已逐步走向设计与管理工作相结合的方向，专业内越来越重视利用城市设计解决在城市开发中规划成果无法解决的难题。因此，如何利用城市设计成果保质保量的指导规划管理工作和建设活动，成为城市规划管理者实现城市合理发展和管理工作高效推进的主要研究对象。深圳市是我国快速城市化进程中的佼佼者，其现行的规划体制中特别重视利用城市设计指导城市建设活动。然而，在城市设计的实施管理过程中，其成果没能直接与规划管理内容衔接，缺少对建设项目的预先储备和空间控制信息的项目化提炼，使得城市设计实施不畅，同时也影响了建设项目的管理效率。本文通过对图书馆建库理论与方法的借鉴和演绎，以深圳前海地区为例提出城市设计项目库的概念。旨在建立一个高效的项目策划及其信息管理平台，通过对前海地区城市设计成果的项目化转译而实现城市设计对建设项目的直接导控，发挥城市设计指导开发建设的管理潜能，并促进其实施；另一方面，也为建设项目运作的全过程管理提供预先准备和工作依据。本文具体论述了建构前海地区城市设计项目库的理论基础，阐明了项目库应遵循主题针对性、规范标准化、操作实用性和信息共享化的建构原则，提出项目库的建构过程应包括项目的策划与分类和项目管理平台建构两个部分，每一部分又细分为三个步骤，前者分为对项目设计内容的分析、项目的策划、项目类别的划定；后者分为对项目信息的编排、计算机管理平台的架构、项目数据的录入、审核与纠正的过程，并分别探讨了每一步的建构方法。本文旨在从深圳市城市设计实施管理工作的现实情况出发，针对城市综合开发项目的特点和需求，剖析城市设计对其导控效果不佳的原因，探索适合促进城市设计实施进一步提高深圳规划管理效能的解决方法，也为国内其它城市开发项目的城市设计项目库建设提供参考。关键词：前海地区；城市设计项目库；项目分类；项目信息管理哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文-II-AbstractWiththeacceleratedprocessofurbanizationinChina,urbanspacewasrapidlyexpanding,manyprojectshavebeenidentified.Pressingdevelopmentneedsrequiresplanningauthoritiestochangetheinefficientpassivemodeandexplorenewmanagementtechniques.Asatooltoguideurbanconstruction,urbandesignhasnotonlygraduallyabandoneditsoriginalblueprintdesignstyle,butalsoeffortstocombinethedesignandmanagement.Professionalsattachedgreatimportancetotheimplementationofurbandesignmanagementissues.Howtousetheresultsofurbandesigntoeffectivelyaddressalotofconfusioninthecomprehensivedevelopmentprojectsandeffectiveguidancetheurbanconstructionandmanagementworkbecomehemainstudyobjectofprogrammanagers.ShenzhenisoneoftherapiddevelopingcitiesinChina.ThecurrentplanningsystemofShenzhenspecialattentiontousetheresultsofurbandesigntoguidetheurbandevelopment.However,intheprocessofimplementation,theresultsofurbandesignandplanningmanagecontentfailedtolinkeffectively.UrbandesignhasnotsetprojectsandprojectInformationinadvance,whichmakingtheimplementationofurbandesigndifficultandprojectmanagementinefficiency.BasedonLearningandinterpretationthetheoriesandmethodsofbuildingadatabaselibrary,thisthesismadetheconceptofprojectlibraryofurbandesignasexampleofShenzhenQianhai.Aimedatestablishinganefficientprojectplanningandinformationmanagementplatform,andthroughtranslatingtheresultsofurbandesigntoprojectformer,theplatformwillmakeurbandesigndirectlymanageprojectsandplayaroleinthemanagementofurbandesign;theotherhand,projectlibrarycanprovideconstructionprojectformanagementpreparationandbasis.ThisthesisdescribesdatabaseandprincipleoftheoryforurbandesignprojectofQianhai.Theconstructionofprojectlibraryshouldforecastingandclassificationoftheprojectandtheconstructionofprojectmanagementplatform.Eachpartcanbesubdividedintothreesteps,theformerincludescontentanalysisofprojectdesign、projectforecastinganddesignatingprojectcategories;thelatterincludesthepresentationofprojectinformation、structurecomputermanagementplatform、reviewandcorrectionofprojectdata.Thispaperalsodiscussedtheconstructionmethodofeverystep.Thispaperaimstomanagementstatusofimplementationofurbandesign,butthecharacteristicsandneedsofthecomprehensivedevelopmentproject,analysisthereasonsforpoorresultsofguidanceandcontrolofurbandesign,projectlibrarywillnotonlyexploreforpromotingtheimplementationofurbandesignandimprovi哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文-III-planningmanagementinShenzhen,butalsoprovidingareferenceforothercitiesintheconstructionofurbandesignprojectlibrary.Keywords：qianhairegion,projectlibraryofurbandesign,projectclassification,projectinformationmanagement哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文-IV-目录摘要.....................................................................................................................IAbstract.................................................................................................................II目录..................................................................................................................IV第1章绪论..........................................................................................................11.1研究背景.....................................................................................................11.1.1时代背景..............................................................................................11.1.2项目背景..............................................................................................31.2对象阐述与范围界定...........................................................................
